Coffee was incredible. Vibe and decor are on point. Staff is friendly and they know how to make good coffee. I got a salted caramel latte and a white chocolate latte and both were absolutely delicious, I subbed almond milk for regular milk (+$0.50). Sometimes when people use almond milk it makes the latte watered down, but what I got was rich, smooth, creamy and thick. The espresso flavors really shined without being overpowered by the milk or flavored syrup. Please go here if you’re looking for good coffee and good vibes. 👌🏾

I want to give 5 stars for the coffee & food, because it’s really high quality. The service is so disappointing that I always leave there feeling sad. When they forget to make my drink, which happens about half the time, I get stared at while I wait as though I’m bothering them by standing there. The owner is really friendly and gives great service but the staff always seems to have trouble completing my order. This morning the associate was acting as though I was trying to take another customer’s food order, while I was just trying to ask for my coffee that was not served with the food. I’m sure that’s an issue being by the train, with people taking the wrong order, but maybe try not to treat a customer like a thief. Last time I visited, I had ordered a latte and about 3 other guests that arrived after me got their drinks before I did, and I had to remind the barista what my drink was. As a woman who is always solo I am sensitive to being passed over, especially for services I’m paying for. I wait weeks between visits because I dread being treated this way. I go back hoping for a different experience every time. Maybe I’ll try ordering ahead online…I know food service can be challenging but I just want to be treated with kindness while I get breakfast. This is written with love, I hope it gets better and I’ll keep trying because I’d like to support businesses in my community, but when I do I want to feel welcomed as part of the community.

Noway this place has a rating of 4.4 if your looking to get a decent breakfast I recommend just heading to dunking. At least they make their muffins in the morning. As soon as I saw the pastry and ordered one, immediately I could tell it had preservatives and low and behold they're from were identical to the ones sold at BJS. The price for the quality you get is the craziest part. Whenever I greeted or said hello the response was to ignore me. I've never met someone who would ignore people who help PAY YOUR BILLS. I remember when flat black owned this store. Good times. The only reason I'm assuming ripple is open is due to lease they signed. Hopefully you get your act together or you'll be hitting the road else where. Cook ur own pastries 🥲🥲🥲

So happy that this spot opened up. The owners are passionate about their craft, know about their coffee and are just genuinely good people. Haven’t had the chance to try their new food options, but just by the looks of their Instagram, I can tell it’s delicious! If you live in the area, and want a quality cup of coffee, have no hesitation & just go to Ripple!!!

Absolutely love this establishment steps away from my home. My favorite is there mint tea hot or cold ice tea both are great. The pastry and breakfast sandwiches are always fresh. I especially like that it’s across the street away from the rif raf at the dunking donuts that allow folks to gather out front drinking and smoking and harassing folks as they walk by. You want quality and comfortable surroundings go to RIPPLE.

Uber eats order .. coffee size is terribly small for $6 ... turkey avacado blt is fresh and quality ingredients bit for a $12 sandwich I couldn't find any turkey on it. Called and person who answered was rude and blamed uber for the cost. I don't mind paying if the sandwich is decent and comes as it was ordered.

I ordered a Moroccan Mint ICED tea (which I always order) and the cashier said to me “that’s out of season” We are only serving hot. I said oh??? ok lol… then I see three ppl order and leave with ICED tea and coffee …. like WHAT???😂😂 idk if it’s because I’m black or what but chile …. that’s crazy to lie like that… They gave me my muffin i also ordered and then never even made the hot tea they made me order…. a customer walked in and they took their orders and made their orders right away, so I’m waiting for my tea for like 5 minutes smh … I finally go up to the register and the girl looked lost like she didn’t just see me order that 5 minutes ago… then proceeds to ask her coworker, not me the customer, what size my drink was like???? what the heck is the problem???

Disappointed with the service. They were out of two items we specifically came for. When we requested additional time to review the menu, the manager/waiter was quite rude, stating that we couldn't sit or remain in the guest area if we weren't ready to order. Despite our attempt to explain the situation, their impoliteness persisted, so we decided to leave. They kept talking about us while we were leaving the coffee shop - extremely rude!

I had such high hopes. The decor is so nice and calming and the pictures make your mouth water. But holy hell the disappointment. The avocado toast was obviously premade (the whole thing was fridge cold and the avocado was brown from air exposure) the breakfast sandwich’s had really small filling for a big chewy bagel. The frappe was 40% carmel sauce my daughter literally couldn’t get through the bagel so she took the insides and made an English muffin and said now it’s doable. And don’t get me started on the frozen egg on top of the avocado toast lol.

The coffee is good but way too overpriced. A cappuccino with almond milk and flavor cost $5.50 and with an extra shot of espresso is $6.50.

The music was too loud to having attempt a quick meeting w/ staff. When I asked one of the employees if she could turn the music down a bit, she replied "no". Not a great place for a group meeting over coffee and breakfast.

This is the second time I’ve been here and both times it takes at least 15 mins to get a a small dripped coffee or a simple black small hot Americano. what’s not cool is that I see 3 orders after me get done first. If I didn’t followed up, I dont think I’d even get my coffee. The interior is nice and cozy, for hanging out. But probably not best if you’re in a schedule.

I went twice and they messed up both times. I wanted pumpkin spice in my coffee… they put coffee in my pumpkin spice. It was so sweet, I was annoyed. I went today and I asked if they had a strong brew.,the smart girl at the register said it’s strong enough for her, instead of just saying no. Barista said only one brew today. I asked for pumpkin spice and idk what they put but it was some sludgy stuff at the bottom, not pumpkin spice. I like the cheese danish and the pumpkin spice flavor is pretty good from what I remember.

I go out of my way to come here in the morning and you should too! Service with a smile and the good and coffee are delicious! I ordered A small hot salted caramel coffee with cream and agave and a bacon egg and chz on a croissant was only 10$. The sandwich and coffee were perfect! The chipotle Mayo on the sandwich is brilliant. Adds a little extra flavor (not spicy). Make time in your morning to go to Ripple!

This cafe is cute, affordable, and nearby. We have ordered pickup from them many times when in a rush. The front of house staff has also generally been pretty nice, though sometimes understaffed and stressed. The problem is that literally every time we order takeout (we use Toast or similar) our sandwich orders are very incorrect. We don't do anything crazy or off menu, just choose from the options that they list with checkboxes. I don't understand how I can be consistently getting food that is so different from what was ordered. I want to give this place a higher rating, but getting sausage sandwiches when you order egg, cheese, avocado is unpleasant. I hate sausage. We'll keep trying because we really like the idea of this place and want it to succeed. But I wish that their processes for tracking order prep were a bit more locked down.

I absolutely love Ripple cafe. After searching tirelessly for a cafe near, this is exactly what I need for good coffee and a place to work. I loved the music and environment. Thank you so much ❤️

This place is great! Good coffee, even better people. They explained multiple menu items to me and made sure I had the WiFi password as I had my backpack with me. 5 stars anywhere you can give them!

Awesome vibe! Customer service was on point. Food and drinks were 🔥🔥🔥 Ordered a large Strawberry Fresca and no cap I’ve never had a more refreshing drink in my life!

Just finished the sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Great quality, service, and price, don't know what kind of sauce that was on it but that was wonderful too. I'd recommend stopping by, staff were very pleasant.

We have a very good cafe latte and cheese Danish here today. The coffee was great and the cheese Danish was good. It's a nice place and I recommend it.

Went there due to vegan options. We got 2 coffees (which were very nice) 1 bacon and egg sandwich for my dairy allergic wife and a steak and cheese vegan pattie. The bacon and egg had a weird sauce that they didn't tell us would be on it and could not tell me if it had dairy. The vegan pattie was the tiniest microwaved thing shoved into a crassiant. 2/10. Edible but would never eat it again. Overall kinda disappointed in the food, coffee was good.
