This is the smallest custom salad I’ve ever received from any Sweetgreen location. I can see the bottom of the bowl and the salad’s not even half full. Tiny portions for $13. However, it is very fresh.

Customer service is garbage. Employee behind the counter seemed irritated I was there and had a belligerent demeanor overall. I just paid and said thank you. Probably should find better employees.

Their mettle is tested daily by a horde of young professionals seeking to get their health on with a lot of taste. The food took me off guard. I'd been reluctant to try it, but dropped in around lunchtime one day at my colleagues' insistence. I'd really been missing out! Salad was way more filling than I thought it'd be and full of flavor. Would recommend to anyone to try it at least once (you'll probably have to come back!).

Nice restaurant in a convenient location downtown. Clean and pleasant interiors, nice music, very good service. The food is fresh, tasty and nutritious, good size portions, fair prices. The salad bowls and even utensils are compostable, that's awesome! The only thing I would add is name tags for employees, and a jar for tips, they deserve it !

This place is terrible. The portions have become much smaller over time, which is unacceptable considering the prices they charge. I also noticed that the atitude of the staff has declined. From the person preparing the salad to the cashier, everyone seems to have an attitude. I’m disappointed with the decline in your service and I hope that you will take steps to address these issues.

I happened to go to this sweetgreen at its busiest time. I would have gotten my food faster if I ordered when I got there. The line waiting for online orders was very long.

Came here with my daughter *shes a regular. I mentioned that I was overwhelmed by the selection and Edith showed an incredible attitude and patience in making sure I had a salad I would love. Super professional and kind. The salad was good too.

Great place for a light lunch

You can tell it is a good place when you see a long line during lunch time. The line moves pretty fast though :-) I tried this restaurant for the first time, and I loved everything about it. Healthy delicious food served quickly at very reasonable prices. I will definitely go back.

No better place to get a bowl in the city. It's fast, fresh, delicious, and they manage to deliver a consistent product Everytime, while still making you feel like you're getting something uniquely yours. It's expensive as heck, but you get what you pay for and the portions are pretty big. Definitely the gold standard in the fresh bowl game around the city
