Went here all 3 nights we were in Boston. Walk in and smell the piss. A true dive bar. Laura was an absolute beauty. Free pool, cheep beer. Benny tried to take my wife home. Otha than that. 11/10

Feel like my review is similar to others - was in Boston for a trip and stumbled upon this bar, but it ended up being the best part of the entire trip! The bar is definitely a locals Boston favorite, but they were all so friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend making your way here if you’re in town- we had a blast hanging with the bar owner and his friends. Will definitely be coming back here next time we are in town!

Don't go here. You won't like it. They won't like you. I was lucky this time. They liked me. The regulars are appreciated, weiners are not. Don't be a weiner and you'll be fine.

This place is great. You get what you pay for. We came at 3pm and were served by DeeDee. She was great, didn’t know how much drinks cost but damn were they good. The funny thing is we can back at 1am and the bouncer said that DeeDee hasn’t worked here in ages. Not sure if DeeDee was a ghost but all in all a great experience. Highly recommend.

Very nice neighborhood pub. Nice music and vibes, good beer, cheap prices, you can bring/order your own food, pool tables, darts.. I like it.

This is easily the best place that I have ever been in my life. I came here from New York and stumbled in one night, and I have never felt more at home. The drinks were reasonably priced, the people there we're amazing and made you feel right at home, but the best part was the bar man Jerry. That dude is a legend. Thank you, Croke Park, for the amazing time that I got to spend there, and I cannot wait to see you again and again and again. All the love, Terrence Teofan. 🇮🇪☘️🍻

Funny place. Avoid using the bathroom here. Even though the entire place SMELLS like a bathroom, the ACTUAL bathroom is not a place you want to go. Stick ONLY to bottled beers. They don't clean the beer taps so you don't want the drafts, and you don't want a mixed drink since you shouldn't be touching/drinking out of their glasses either.

My favorite bar in Boston. Everyone is talkative. Try out a game vs the pool regulars there, look up APA before though. Beers are cheap. Lara is a mix between a mother and a wild best friend, amazing. Haven't been here in a while, I hope its still open!

A quiet little pub. Come for a pint and stay for great conversations with bartender and other patrons.

Can't really think of a way this place could be more of a perfect dive. It is what it is. I had a few cold PBRs on draft. It's the kind of place you can walk in with a $20 bill and most likely leave satisfied. I'll be back next time I'm here for work.

A true southie neighborhood bar. Played pool with a guy who had been going there for 33 years. Some tips: - Pool is free, but you gotta put your name on the whiteboard to get on the list - Cash only - Drink bottled beer not the beer on draft - People are friendly, get to know them

America's #1 dive bar. Free pool tables, cheap (and strong) drinks, great juke box, great bar staff, friendly and funny owner, and the world's most handsome door guy. Everything you could ever want in a small dive.

This was such a great hole in the wall. Pool is free. Drinks are reasonable (5 people, 5 drafts, $36) and the clientele and staff are all very welcoming.

Popped in after lunch at Loco. Low key and divey in the best way possible. Cash only. Ice cold domestics. Know where you're going and respect the locals. Jerry is a great real deal bartender. A nice Tuesday afternoon respite!

Love this place! We came from Nova Scotia and the locals made us feel right at home. They chatted us up at the bar and played a few games of pool with us. Bartender was friendly and attentive. I 100% recommend this place and would come back.

Excellent service and not too rowdy, especially considering it is quite the dive.

Exactly as an old bar should be like! Clientele was neighborhood esque. Typical gribes from the barmaid and humorous commentary from the patrons.
