The tacos were amazing. Lots of flavor, and super tasty. The cocktail was also really good! Definitely super recommended! The service was top notch as well

We have been dying to try Yellow Door for a while. We found it to be waaaay too loud. Drinks are good, tasty & beautifully presented but pricey for the size of the drink. Waitstaff/servers were wonderful . . friendly and helpful. Tacos are fresh, homemade, nicely presented & good.

The food here is really good. I will say, however that I did find it to be a bit overpriced and $6-$7/taco, but that also seems to be the norm lately at these trendy taco spots. Tacos had great flavor and unique ingredients. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating. I didn’t get one but the margaritas look delicious, I would definitely like to go back and try one!

Tacos were all pretty good. The por belly one was my favorite. I like the duck one but it had too much plantain puree and the sweetnes takes over. Nice service

The service was truly amazing. I loved it. The food...it was OK. My guacamole was over salted and so were the tacos. Their queso dip was quite good. The place itself is cute and nicely decorated.

This place was amazing. I ordered the margarita, chips and guacamole, Birria tacos, coconut shrimp tacos (spicy), and chicken tinga flautas. Everything was honestly amazing. The drinks were strong, the food flavorful, and fantastic service. I came from New Jersey hoping for some good food, drinks and service and i can say that this place gave that.

Was in town for work and was referred this place and I'm so glad I was! Such a unique, cool spot you can tell puts a lot of effort into presentation! My favorite aspect was the drink menu and the fun staff made me feel so welcome. Would come back again and again!

Small taco bar but big flavors and personality. Every dish on the menu is a delight of the senses and reasonably priced. Massive tequila selection as well if margaritas are your thing. Staff is friendly and attentive. Location while being small has a lot of life and is decorated well to keep you interested. A must eat in the area and cannot recommend more.

The tacos are a delight. Fresh and flavorful, full of bold flavors. The chicken tinga was rich and mildly spiced. The fish taco was lightly fried, with flaky chunks of fish and a wonderful pineapple salsa. There is a nice variety of beer, cocktails, and even a cider on tap.

Yellow Door has always been an absolute favorite spot, however, our most recent experience solidified how amazing their staff and management are. Yellow Door recently our Welcome Drinks on a Friday to kick off our weekend wedding. We worked with Monica who handles the events at Lower Mills and she was nothing short of a dream. Incredibly responsive, answered every question we had, and went above and beyond to make sure our event ran smoothly. She even changed the staple sign that hangs above the restaurant, every last detail was perfect. Each friend and family member who stopped by could not stop raving all weekend about YD and what a great experience they had while there. The food was delicious, the drinks were tasty and the atmosphere was exactly what we wanted. Jessie, the general manager, is also incredible. We have nothing but positive and glowing reviews for the lower mills location. We strongly recommend reaching out to Monica for any events you may be thinking of hosting--you will not regret it!

The food, drinks, and service are great! I go there all the time. My favorites are the elote, scallop taco, duck taco, and the shrimp taco. My friends have ordered the others and we are never disappointed. The atmosphere is quaint, and the decor is beautiful. In the summertime, they have nice outdoor seating. Depending on the time of day, seating can be limited, I recommend calling ahead to confirm the wait times. It is a great place to enjoy alone or with friends, I highly recommend that you dine here, you will keep coming back.

Have to say this place is very inviting. Very pleasant and very happy servers. Food is very full of flavour and fresh. I would definitely invite more people and come again with family.

Ordered takeout from here and went to the location in the south end with friends. Loved both experiences!! The vegetarian options are excellent and my husband loved the pork belly and steak tacos. Highly recommend the street corn nachos as well! Great experience

Not only are the drinks top notch and the food delicious, the bar tenders are attentive to the goings-on around the bar. Within seconds of a predatory man trying to make moves on a woman, the bartender (long hair gentleman with tattoos) immediately got in between them and got the man out. It doesn’t seem like this happens often here and has never happened in the many times I’ve been before. 10/10 all around.

Food was okay, I got the carnitas tacos and they lacked some flavor. The broccoli taco was a bit strange (my friend is vegetarian). Our server was amazing and super sweet! Weird outdoor seating arrangement because you’re in the street.

Overall, really enjoyed my experience at Yellow Door. However, they are not without fault. We ordered the queso for an appetizer, and while it was tasty, it was too runny for my liking. The tacos were good, but not great. They are on the small side, and the tacos felt like they lacked taste. The margaritas, however, were spot on! They were delicious and had plenty of tequila. I definitely recommend the drinks here. Like previously stated, the sum of its parts make this restaurant worth a visit.
