person,
but
it
has
to
be
said.
I’m
not
sure
where
to
even
start
here,
but
this
was
not
only
terrible
service,
but
a
bizarre
transaction.
I
came
in
to
order
a
take
out
order
of
15
wings.
It
was
a
Tuesday,
so
I
asked
if
the
BOGO
deal
was
still
happening.
They
said
yes.
The
person
taking
my
order
then
said
they
could
not
do
it
because
I
ordered
Bonless
and
not
Bone
In.
So
I
looked
it
up,
and
saw
that
was
wrong.
So
another
person
canceled
that
order,
and
then
placed
a
new
order
of
15
boneless
wings,
with
a
bogo,
for
a
total
of
30
wings.
Pretty
simple,
no?
Clearly
not
for
this
place.
So
I
came
back
15min
later
to
pick
up
the
food,
and
they
said
I
would
get
a
refund
for
the
first
order
because
I
was
charged
twice.
The
kid
working
asked
for
me
to
leave
my
phone
number
and
last
four
of
my
credit
card
so
the
refund
will
be
processed.
He
then
said
they
will
call
me.
Excuse
me?!
What?!
Who
says
they
will
refund
someone
and
then
calls
them.
I
said
I
wanted
it
done
now.
He
said
the
manager
was
busy.
I
said,
that’s
fine,
I
will
wait.
How
do
I
know
someone
may
just
“forget”
to
do
it.
Who
doesn’t
process
at
refund
at
point
of
purchase
in
front
of
the
customer.
To
complicate
this
already
ridiculous
experience,
when
I
asked
the
kid
working
for
a
couple
sides
of
ranch,
he
responded
that
he
could
not
provide
them
because
he
did
not
put
the
order
in
the
computer.
It’s
worth
what,
$0.79,
and
it
doesn’t
already
come
with
the
wings?
I
had
no
problem
paying
for
it,
but
to
say
he
won’t
even
give
them
to
me
is
insane.
Especially
after
all
of
the
other
nonsense.
Finally,
I
get
home
to
find
out
my
order
was
wrong
anyway.
Not
the
flavors
I
asked
for,
and
uneven
distribution.
I
asked
for
it
mixed,
not
separate.
Oh,
and
did
I
mention
they
still
left
out
the
additional
15
wings
I
was
originally
charged
for.
Never
thought
ordering
wings
would
be
this
complicated.
UPDATE!!
Sorry
to
do
this
again,
but
here
we
go.
Somehow
gave
this
place
a
second
try
despite
the
events
of
my
last
visit.
I’m
not
sure
what
is
so
difficult
here,
but
following
instructions
is
not
a
part
of
this
restaurant’s
philosophy.
Ordered
the
same
thing
as
last
time.
15
boneless
wings
with
a
bogo.
Unlike
last
time,
it
was
honored
this
time.
However,
I
literally
asked
for
the
flavors
to
be
mixed
together.
Did
not
receive
that.
They
were
separate
again.
Food
was
also
cold.
Not
to
also
mention,
fries
were
rock
hard!!!
Literally
like
chips.
Oh,
and
one
side
of
ranch.
For
30
wings??
Seriously?
What
is
the
problem
here???
