The lady on the phone was rude not only once but twice. First we ordered delivery she called yelling about the driver not seeing us, and the driver went to the wrong house. The driver called us to tell us the mistake and that he was on his way. He went back to the restaurant and the lady then proceeded to call and yell again blaming us for what happened. We never got our food that day. This time we ordered pick-up when we were on our way to pick it up she called and yelled at us to hurry up, not wanting to keep finished food around. But first of all she called not even to tell us it's ready for pick up but to get it out of her way. Second it wasn't even a lot only 2 bags. Honestly never spending money here again. Customer service is horrible.

I stopped in there to get a rice and chicken fingers and all I asked the lady was can I have my chicken fingers fresh because the last past three times I brought them from here they have been dry and overcooked. She found me off and told me don’t buy the chicken fingers and walked off. They are such rude, ignorant people. If it wasn’t for us buying stuff, they wouldn’t even have a business. I will never get nothing from there again and I’ve been dealing with them for over 25 years

Chinese food with soul, Been here for like 20 years, go for the cheap generic chinese takeout. Its a classic joint with character, the usual yelling chinese dudes. Chicken wings & spare ribs are dope. One of the only places you can get late night food in the neighborhood when everywhere else is closed.

This Chinese restaurant has been around for a long time and it is still one of the best out there I use to live very close to it but then in 2007 we moved not too far from it but just little far but somewhat close but there are times where I would order from here now and again I love this place orientals is one in a million an awesome Chinese restaurant definitely recommend it no matter what.

The only thing going for this place is the chicken wings. Boneless ribs are your typical neighborhood style (get them well done when you order). The fried rice is overly salty and too soft, but if that how you prefer it then don't let me sink your boat. Definitely could do without the rude attitude and demeanor from the woman taking orders. If taking orders is such a pain, maybe she should quit because the customers are who keeps their business alive. Either way, last night will be the last time I order from them.

Awful customer service can't stress it enough. They need to get better at it, however that lady is answering the phone is very unprofessional. Sad to say as this was one of my favorite spot the food not the same as years past I'll probably never order here again.

I do not know how on earth this place has low ratings. I've ordered delivery off postmates here more times than I can count now and the food arrives packed full piping hot and full of flavor. Terrible photo attached but that plate (I already ate some of) was only 13 dollars and it was fantastic.

This place is not what it used to be! The food and service has down graded significantly since being taken over by new owners! This used to be the go to best but not anymore. Save your $$$$

Just had to return $30.00 worth of food, I guess I got that Christmas rap dinner! The ribs were burnt,stale and dried out, the chicken look like wood and full of feathers and the rice was sour and stale. She tried to tell me that the food is made fresh daily, (that’s a joke), I told them I was going to report them and she gave me my money back . I would never ever order or eat at this place again,

Told me 45 min tops for delivery. Never got my food and they never picked up the phone when I was calling several times.

Ordered food from this place. Took forever for someone to come to the counter to take mine and another customers order thats been waiting. I ordered meatless rice and my rice was cross contaminated with pork which i do not eat and the rice taste like mold and dirty water. Lady also did not wash her hands after handling customers and went straight to touching food. Never again.

Okay lets get into it.... I've been eating Oriental since I was a kid. That's over 20 years. Same people aren't there so I figure its been passed to someone else and they just don't care as much as the original people did. They will literally serve you anything and I mean you can clearly see it needs to be trashed and they will still bag it up. Today I went in there and ordered General Gao chicken and it was so dry, no sauce. Hear me when I tell you.... No type of sauce. Never ever have I seen it like that. Not sure if they did that because I asked can they make the rice over because sometimes its too salty. Waiting for my food to be bagged and I see two dead roaches and one flying one that was just walking around chilling. Went home and trashed it. I didn't even bother with a refund. Nope I will never eat here again in my life and you shouldn't either.

The food is great. But they are continuously changing there their chefs, so Food Is always different week to week Otherwise food is OK

I paid 8.00 dollars for 3 dried out beef teriyaki and house fried rice with not too much meat.bad food.

They really messed up. They only give me pork fried rice but not shrimp fried rice which was my irder. They charged $32 and delivered a third of the order. They also did not include rice with my chicken and broccoli order. Quick bite to grab during marathon weekend with a Lesson learned. Check your orders before leaving this place. The food taste wasn't great either.

Service Awful. Placed An Order to pick up, got their and they Sold my food to someone else. I won't do business with them ever again! My First and Last Experience and Won't Do it Again Solid On That Fully

Just spent almost 50 dollars and the food was horrible, the rice was way over cooked, the ribs were dried out, lobster sauce nasty, this will definitely be the last time I order from here, I called the store and the lady just hung up!

I am visiting because of the Marathon. I ordered 3 dishes to take out. I only got 2 and one of the two had no rice . The food looked and tasted HORRIBLE. Please do not waste your time getting any food from them. The only reason that I did not returned the whole thing is because I was too tired to drive back out. .
