Looked good. Smelled good. Memories of actual Kelly’s locations were good. Extra time waiting for plane so why not!? Fish tasted like city tap water. Tarter sauce was straight Mayo. My stomach started hurting before made it half way through. Nice workers at least…

These people are miserable and they are taking it out on every customer. Fighting behind the counter, throwing boxes of food at people, getting upset and snatching items from customer's hands because they messed up order after order after order. I watched one lady get her food and wish the rest of us luck. The chicken tenders were pretty good, though, after two tries to get them. Sometimes a person has a bad day but it was the entire staff lol... Who knows. I usually give the benefit of the doubt but definitely not eating here again.

To be fair, it's a restaurant IN an airport...it's a tough fight, but they make it work. The people here are fantastic, helpful, and kind. They forgot our sauce and very quickly amended it. The food is ok. It's basically fast food sandwiches. The fish is a bit tasteless but it's well battered and is solid when smothered in their tartar sauce. Also had the grilled sandwich which was pretty good. My advice is eat it at one of the gates. The seats here are hard and flat, not comfortable at all. And they already pack it in a carton to go for you.

We were departing here at Logan and landed here, (get it?) at this eatery, because we wanted seafood one last time before leaving Beantown. The New England clam chowder was disappointing and too runny, my wife's hamburger...ok, but my Reuben...now we're talking. Sauerkraut and Swiss cheese on that "mountain of meat" on a nice and warm marbled rye bread...(oh yeah, break out the Barry White 🎶), and so tasty with those crisp pickles... Love em! Nice cold beers that you can order up (next door only at the walk-up bar),and they have plenty of seating for dining in, especially for Logan! Keep your eye on that bar line, as it fills up quick, since the place is just outside security and most of the crowd heads straight here. It can get 20 people deep very quickly! Their service counter staff was very kind and personable, even with the rush of hungry traveler's swarming her! I was impressed for sure! Nice touch, especially in today's work climate!

Kelly’s at the Logan airport is a good change from typical overpriced airport restaurants. The pricing is ridiculous cheap. I ordered a blue moon and a fish sandwich. The fish was too good! Extremely hot, like just out of the fryer hot. Served with a bag of chips and a side of tartar sauce and 2 pickles. Wanted to try something else but fish made me full.

Not sure why people give Kelly’s Roast Beef at Boston Logan bad star reviews. Sure, it’s expensive…it’s at an airport. Typical. But the food is always flavorful and you can tell it’s freshly made. The people there are always friendly and the place doesn’t randomly shut down like the sandwich shop across from it. The Roast Beef is 🔥. So are the fries.

Cashier was rude and acted like she did not want to be their. She had no idea what I was trying to ask for. I wanted the turkey wrap on the bread the sandwiches come on but her response was they don’t have sandwiches. In an airport as busy as this one you just talk louder especially with a mask on. And if you a required to wear a mask at least wear it correctly. 2 stars only because the food was decent.

We picked up lunch at Kelly’s while waiting for our flight. Service was quick, food was overall good for quick airport food. The chicken for Caesar salad was hot and tasty. Had to assemble the salad myself (add the Parmesan and dressing and mix), but enjoyed it. Chicken fingers and fries were as expected, nothing terrific, but way better than something at a standard fast food.

After reading reviews, this place exceeded my expectations. I got the surf and turf. The lobster was fresh and the roast beef was tender. I knew this place was good because ALL the pilots and airplane staff were eating here👀 must be good

Prices aren't bad for the airport, staff was actually super nice and helpful. Treat people with respect and you get respect I guess. Food wasn't 5/5 but it's the airport. Roast beef was a bit dry, and the bacon on the fries tasted a bit different than the other locations, but best you'll get here! Will make it a mission to come back !

I had a stop in Boston and had plenty of time to eat , I was craving a lobster roll so I stopped by Kelly’s. I probably should’ve gotten some roast beef but I was told the lobster roll was a hit and it was. Very delicious..maybe a bit too much Mayo but still great. I also got a clam chowder (was so hungry I forgot to take a picture before 😆) . I even got a fish sandwhich (a fancy fish filet) and it was great. I loved the buttery bun it was toasted nice and also how it came with some pickles & chips.

Heard some good reviews of this place so got one on the way out of Boston airport. I really like how loaded these sandwiches were! Got the plane roast beef with lettuce and pickles. It was a really good flavor. Roast beef was nice and tender. Only thing missing was some sauce. It was a bit too dry plain on its own. I added some mustard and turned out really good after that!

By far the worst fish and chips experience in my 36 years of experience. Fish smells and tastes ROTTEN! No seasoning no salt on super thick tasteless breading! Fries is good! Tartar sauce is tasteless! Over all experience 2/10! Def not worth the $17 spent!

Had time before our delayed flight so stopped in here for lunch. Cashier was very unfriendly and acted like we were bothering here. Husband had the steak and cheese sandwich which looked good and he said tasted good. I had the clam chowder. Hard to say something is "chowder" when it's as runny as whole milk! It had good flavor but very disappointed with consistency, way too runny.

No one was at the counter, so it wasn't clear that the left side of the counter was different from the right side of the counter. Ordered my food at the kiosk on the counter, got my receipt, and stepped into the dine in area. Guy comes out and asks me what I want, not how he can help me, but "What do you want?" I tell him I'm good and I show him my receipt. He tells me that the dine in area is for customers that order to dine in, and I ordered to go, so I have to go out to the comon seating area to eat my food, so get out.. I asked so I'm good enough to order from your establishment, I'm just not good enough to eat in it.... point of the review is that if you are in the Boston Airport terminal B, don't waste your time eating at Kelly's... I don't need my ego stroked, but I expected better service to a vetern, especially on Veteran's Day...

I don't write reviews, but my mother had to throw out the food from this place, and I only made it a little bit further. Don't get a reuben if you can help it. It's $15 with a small bag of Lay's salted potato chips and a pickle spear, with very little corned beef, half-melted swiss cheese, little (maybe no?) sauerkraut, and no Russian dressing. Their "Russian dressing" was two packets of Ken's thousand island salad dressing thrown in the plastic bag. Their fries are unsalted and clearly frozen. I wouldn't leave a review ordinarily, except that these were $15 ($21 for the one with fries)! Service is better because they gave me a cup for water and told me where the nearest fountain was instead of forcing me to buy a bottle. Atmosphere was fine. Charming. Don't come here for food.

I ordered a simple chicken finger platter from takeout before I realized they had a bar attached to it. First let me say I couldn’t finish the platter, so for the money -11 tax included it was well worth it. Their Honey mustard dressing was fantastic, as well as their fries!! Like I said earlier, I realized they had the bar attached. So I sat at the bar, and my experience just got better! The bartender, was excellent! He rushed my food along for me, he made sure I had everything I needed, but most importantly he commanded his space. He was in complete control of the bar, breaking down the differences in the Sam Adams drafts they carried to customers, stuff I could careless about, but others do. Anyway, I had a great experience here, and highly recommend. The bartender I keep bragging about was AL 😃
