    Service was good and efficient, when the person who actually does minor fixes for cars was there, he fixed the minor issue in minutes, he was polite and helpful.

    My 16 yo son went there to have his bike fixed. The technician said its x part gone, did not want to quote or offer a repair slot, was arrogant according to my son, so he's left. My husband had to call customer service number, they've quoted him £28 (happy to pay), asked if he can book it. The answer was no, needs to be done on website. Wanted to book it on the phone, so was promised a call back, still waiting after 3 days. Whats the point of having customer services if there is no service provided?? I know its not a big repair, but we bought a number of bikes over the years. Getting it fixed with local independent. Avoid the place if you want a good service, better alternatives around.

    Picked up online order with no problems after trying a few days earlier to purchase in the store but waiting an interminable time for previous customers to be served. I gave up waiting and went home. I guess I just picked the wrong time.

    Great choice and variety, but of a wait after being asked to wait, then we were forgotten about. Then we were told we were in the wrong place. The young man who did help us was really nice and apologetic and did sort us out in the end

    Went in today to get my headlight changed, told it’s a 20 minute wait.. I waited for 45 mins to then be told they dont have time to do it. Now I can’t do the journey I needed to and I’ve wasted 45 mins sat listening to a colleague chat to a customer 😫not impressed.

    Very poor service I ordered some number plates on line and it said they would be ready in an hour so I could collect after work. I was then told they don’t make number plates until you turn up I said but you shouldn’t be allowed to order them if you don’t make them for you to collect straight away. Member of staff said I can cancel the order if you want. Poor couldn’t care attitude and poor service.

    Buying from this website is hopeless. In store they were very nice but I had to buy online to get the bank holiday discount. My advice is take a look at Screwfix or Toolstation to find out how to do it properly. I wanted to buy two batteries for two different motorbikes. In retrospect the ten percent that I saved wasn't worth my nerves.

    Placed an order online for a motorcycle battery, click and collect in an hour. Received an email to say a text and email would be sent to confirm order was ready to collect. Two and a half hours later, still waiting for confirmation. You cannot ring the store directly, you have to ‘chat’ to a supposedly live member of staff who turns out to be a chat bot. Eventually managed to get a real person to come into the chat who gave me a general telephone number to see what was happening with my order. This number failed numerous times before eventually being answered by someone clearly not in the UK. Got as far as giving my name and got cut off! Tried again at least 30 times before it was answered again, same problem. In the end I drove to the store to see what was happening with the order. I said I was here to collect a motorcycle battery paid via click and collect, at first the guy behind the counter said he didn’t think they had any…. He went to check and came back with my order which was put through the till 20mins after I placed the order. According to the tracking system my order was still waiting to be processed? It’s not the guy behind the counters fault but someone or something failed miserably. Either sort the telephone system out or extra training is needed to process online orders.

    I bought 2 bulbs and paid to have them fitted. The sales assistant was also the gentleman who changed the bulbs for me. He was courteous and professional, did a great job whilst offering some excellent advice. Very happy.

    Came in today, (kettering) wasn't too sure on the battery I needed, olly helped to double check it was right one, fitted it aswell really good, he might remember me (blue jaguar) thanks again.

    I had to visit Halfords in Kettering today and I must say it was a great experience. I was served by a young man named Olly and he was brilliant. He made sure I was ok and went above and beyond to help me all the time with a friendly smile. Well done Halfords and very well done Olly.

    I use a lot of aerosol paint on my model boats and use Halfords because of the vast stock of colours they keep and the Staff are always helpfull And friendly.

    Great service! Went there to get a couple of bulbs fitted (headlamp had blown the night before). Was served straight away, bulbs replaced with new ones and done in minutes. The person who helped me was friendly and professional 👍🏽

    The first time that I have done Halfords click and collect. Easy peasy, placed the order, paid online, collected within the hour. Walked in gave my name was handed my oil and off I went. Perfect.

    I needed a touch up kit for scratches on my car and wasn't too sure what I needed. The young man in the Kettering store was extremely helpful even came out to look at the car and I got the correct paint, excellent service.

    Dropped my daughters bike off today for a repair. Got a phone call a hour later to say was fixed. Ryan who works in the bike area was fantastic. For a young guy very knowledgeable and extremely polite.
