👍👍 Took my 9 year old and 7 year old during the school holidays. It was busy but still plenty of spaces to sit while the kids played. The new bit that's recently been added looks amazing. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves, I barely saw them for the 2 hours of play. The coffee sizes could be a bit... People often mention play, good, time, kids, children, area, staff, soft,

Came here with my 6yr old and my 6month old and they both had a great time want busy at all. The play area is very big with lots of slides and things to do. There is also a smaller play area for children under 2. There is also a projector room where you can play games and play music with a projection on the floor. Had a good selection of food and drink available and very tasty and fast. Only thing I would say is the food and drink is quite expensive £2.50ish for a bottle of Pepsi. But all in all a very good experience with very friendly and welcoming staff. Would definitely visit again and recommend a visit.

Took our 3 here, and they absolutely loved it. Price was not bad, plenty of seating with good views of the play areas. Children can go in and out and quickly find you. Couple of people breaking the health and safety rules by not wearing socks - one little girl hurt her foot going down the yellow slide. Socks are available to buy - I think the announcement said £1. The rule is not just there for hygiene it helps prevent injury. Food and drinks available for adults and kids alike - and reasonably priced. Car parking is good. Well worth a visit.

Lovely place. Soft play is pretty good, nice and clean with free WiFi. Plenty of comfortable seating and the food is pretty good. Staff are really nice and helpful too.

Brought my daughter here today whilst we were on holiday. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and always had a smile on their face. The atmosphere was very welcoming, strangers chatting away to people on other tables, children making friends and enjoying themselves. I took a book as I was alone with my daughter, but very quickly got chatting to another family. The place was clean, and lots of comfortable seating. Children were allowed to play way past the alloted 2 hour time slot, we arrived at 2pm, and left just before closing. The toilets are large so kids can go in the cubicle with you, if required. Also a small toilet for very young children. Highly recommend, will definitely be coming again on our next holiday here.

Brought my two sons here (10&7) for a little run around while on holiday and they both loved it. Barely seen them as they were too busy playing in the soft play. We arrived 10 minutes late to our slot due to not having signal on my phone near the beach and I'm not from here so had no clue where to go and I was nicely told I can still have the full 2 hours I've paid for which was lovely as never had that happen in other soft plays before! Definitely recommend this soft play! My two boys say its a very good soft play with plenty to do!

My daughter loves it here. It is clean and much quieter (sound, not necessarily number of people) than other soft play areas around here. They also do a term time pass, which is more than worth the money if you live nearby. Good drinks as well (haven't tried the food).

Kids love this place, and looks like they have added more to the play area. Only had chocolate brownies and coffee...but the brownies was amazing 😋

First visit here. Excellent experience from the start. Although we had booked in for one o'clock but never got there until nearly two as we were held up due to traffic but they allowed us the extra time. Nice helpful and friendly staff especially the lady that was on reception. Good value on food and drinks with a large selection. I will definitely take my grandchildren there again. Worth five stars

Quite expensive. 8 per adult and Not much animals to see: ducks, chickens, rabbits, goats, owls, domestic pigs, donkey, little peonies and 3 meerkats. There is a play ground. But in pay area. Nice garden and shop, but over priced for animal area.

Fantastic play area inside for kids and good seating for adults near cafe. Very pleasant experience for my 3yr old great nephew...who didn't want to leave at the end of our 2hr session. Plenty of parking and entrance fee pretty reasonable. Will go again.

Booked for a children of 2 and 12 they had a good time. Was very busy but staff took that into consideration and the 2 hours time slot was adjusted accordingly. Had a drink and some cakes while there queue for this was quiet long but staff were quick once being served was barista coffee very nice cake was tasty.

Really great venue for the children on a rainy day. Only complaint was the food wasn’t good at all. The chocolate cake was dry and stale, and the scone was doughy and under cooked. Other than that, highly recommended.

Lovely facility, we took out 1.5 year old nephew for a few hours and he had such an amazing time. The Food is lovely but a little pricey for what it is. Unfortunately, only three stars due to how much of an issue unsupervised children were. Took my nephew in the ball pit and he was having a great time until an unsupervised child, maybe about 4 years old, came in and launched balls at him like she was some sort of rocket launcher. Nephew was terrified and we ended up taking him out, asking her to stop only led to her throwing them at us instead (which spared little'n but can't say we appreciated it all the same). Just one example. However, little'n did have a great time overall, lots of running around and laughing and we'd definitely consider bringing him back. I'd like to see more staff on hand supporting with unsupervised kids.
