Went on a Thursday evening, was busy but no busier than other McDonalds ive been to around the same time. Waited over 35mins for 1 meal and 1 burger. Burgers were cold, salad was a joke. Will not be going to this McDonalds again. Online customer service was very very good though.

This was a strange experience for us. This McDonald's was mostly populated by people who appeared to be of retirement age plus, there were quite a number of dogs too. I have never experienced this at McDonald's before and found it unusual 😊. As you turn into the car park entrance, you have to immediately turn to the right to enter the main car park. This can be tricky as almost at the same point (on your left) is where the exit of the drive through is and straight in front of you is the exit from the main car park. (You have to see it to believe it). Whoever planned this car park was no Einstein. Added to this, you also have to go through the car park if you want to go through the drive through. However, if you manage this (as well as manoeuvring around people going the wrong way around the car park) then the McDonald's is just as good as any other.

We went in here for breakfast, and my porridge was really good for the price and so was everything else! The service could be a little faster, but I know they have to keep up with the drive through!

Staff not understand what to do. Mixed order, order waiting 45min it's fast food or 5star restaurant ! Food is cold it's disgusting.

Very poor, 1058 AM, and can't order food. Only thing available a dried up muffin and hash brown that smelt of fish. Told to drive round again if wanted a burger and come back after 1100 am. Near or £7 for that is outrageous.

Terrible car park. Only 2 disabled spaces. Far too small. Disabled toilet either locked or used by non disabled people. Floor alwzys dirty. Other toilets smelly. Very busy place. Needs to be extended quickly as it is on a very busy roundabout off the a47.

Seemed more interested in serving druvethru or delivery people than those in shop! Waited well over 10mins for 2 big mac meals and it wasnt busy inside. Fast food - maybe not! And saw cheese slices being added to burgers by a guy with no gloves on, really🤢

This is the busiest drive through McDonalds I've ever been to. Been here twice. Will avoid if I can. This time the ordering speaker packed up halfway through order and had to wait to order at the pay desk which was fine, but long wait for the food both times.

Breakfast was spot on to be fair less greasy than other McDonald's in the area. Quick service would of been 5star if they had large coffee cups on that day

Stopped off after a weekend away on the journey home for a light snack. We grabbed a couple of McPlants via the app and used click and serve. The member of McDonalds staff that brought our food to us was friendly and professional. Sadly out burgers were quite cold, I'm guessing they may have been sitting around for a bit and then served to us. I've had a McPlant once before and throughly enjoyed it, but on this occasion it simply served its purpose as sustenance.

Service was ok, apart from asking for sauce through drive thru, tried charging 10p yet you can do your own sauce inside for free?? Ordered 3 meals, and 2 of which ended up giving us food poisoning. Do not go there. If I could I would rate the food zero. Chicken nuggets also seemed to be under cooked.

Not been in a McDonald's for several years, and the thing that struck me most was how soulless the place was. They've always been pretty functional establishments, but I think the conversion from the hustle and organised chaos of lots of staff rushing around taking orders and serving customers to the use of bland, lifeless touchscreens has completed killed any atmosphere that existed previously. Having said that, there was nothing wrong with the food and drink (the coffee was as good as ever!) and the staff that were there couldn't have been more helpful.

Ok. Used drive through today and it was a really long wait. However obv there was some sort of staffing/equipment problem so it was fine. Sadly I was buying for an emergency worker who was called away before I could pay/collect order. Even though staff were having a horrible time of it, when I explained they said when he got back they would do his order fresh. Which they did. Thank you

Not the first time how you spend 30+ min at drive-trough just to find out that no iced drinks available... To make it worse, you still have to stand in a line just to get!! Surely a sign could be placed near entrance to inform that no iced drinks available, giving a chance to turn away and not waste precious time for nothing!

We were travelling home when our car broke down. We had the car recovered to the nearest location which was this McDonalds. The staff were incredibly helpful as we were stressing out about the car. Michelle and Danielle were friendly and supportive whilst we figured out what we needed to do next. It was unfortunate our car had to break down, but it was amazing to have the support and kindness when you need it. Thanks again for everything.

Quite possibly the friendliest McDonalds I've ever visited!! Called in on the way home from Skegness, never visited this branch before and was pleasantly surprised that the good was super hot and the staff were really accommodating and so friendly! If I'm ever in the area again will definitely visit 🙂

Food good, always hot and McDonald’s standard. Service definitely could be better in the ways they speak to people. asked for help with the app and was very polite- however staff was rude and sarcastic?? Lady who gave me the food was lovely though.

Love mcdonalds 😋. Great for a quick family stop off. I was a little disappointed with our fries 🍟. They were soggy and limp. Not at all good for dunking. Not something I have ever noticed at other visits. Everything else was fab. 👌

Food was okay but they gave me a breakfast wrap instead of the mighty mc muffin I ordered. Still got the hash brown though 🤔
