I recently came here for a hen do and the staff were super friendly and everything went so smoothly. They helped me organise the booking really easily and then on the day they were so lovely. The best value for money I've found at a pottery painting cafe too! I would 100% recommend.

Very cute little pottery painting shop. It was very easy to book a slot, the staff were all friendly and helpful also eager to go through the method of painting, tips and tricks etc with us. They also provided a great table service for hot drinks and cakes which were delicious. The only thing I had an issue with was the prices, more expensive than I've experienced at any other pottery painting shop but I still had a great time and I'm looking forward to collecting my plate!

Me and my girlfriend loved this place. She booked it and I didn’t think I’d enjoy it much. But ended up being the highlight of our trip. The staff were helpful and lovely! Time flew by. I’m not very creative or artistic as do manual labour work but I enjoyed it a lot! Would defiantly recommend! Would defiantly go back! Looking forward to receiving them to our awkward address 🤣

This was a really lovely place. Having seen it all over my FYP on TikTok, I knew we needed to pay a visit. The booking of the session was really straight forward and easy. The lovely ladies explained what we had to do when we arrived and gave us some top tips. There’s plenty of choices of ornaments, paints and tools. The environment is so calming and relaxing. I noticed that everything possible was hand painted and made which was a really lovely touch. Will definitely be back here again when we visit Brighton in the future. Thank you

A very cute and inviting atmosphere as soon as we walked in. Good options of pottery to paint and super lovely staff. Found the experience very mindful and will return!

What a wholesome, wonderful, whimsical place to visit! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our date here, sharing smiles and giggles throughout the process. The staff were brilliant at welcoming us, providing tips and tricks before leaving us to our creative devices, keeping us hydrated and giving us a 30-minute reminder! They were very transparent about the collection time, and it was very thoughtful of them to notify us when they were ready for collection. I can't wait till our next visit! All the best to the team X

Had a Pottery class with 7 others. Was great fun and we all enjoyed it. I was very impressed by the service she gave us. The tutor was lovely and was more than happy to help you. She gave the instructions very well and clearly. But most of all she made it fun and enjoyable. Can't wait to go back. LW

Fantastic atmosphere at the the cafe! I've loved everytime I've gone back to paint new pottery. Amazing staff, who are really warm and friendly, with a big shout out to Fern for her patience and understanding with my queries about my pottery 🙂

Our son had to miss a friend's birthday party here (due to covid), so later we took the birthday girl there for an extra session. A lovely experience, staff very friendly and helpful, everything you could want. While the kids were painting I also painted a vase for home - and despite my complete lack or artistic skill it came out really well, so a really fun experience and something useful out of it at the end too!

Went here with my younger sister this past week and was absolutely lovely. Staff were all so kind and helpful, nice chill happy vibes :) and they were also kind enough to put our pottery through urgently as we were visiting Brighton for the week otherwise would have had to arrange postage

Such a fun date idea! My partner took me here as a surprise and we both got so carried away painting - thank you to the staff for letting us stay so long. We never felt rushed, everyone was so helpful too. They were also happy to hold our pottery for a couple months until we next visited. Couldn't fault them.

Lovely experience! Nice atmosphere, fun activity and very friendly service. We were only in Brighton for the weekend and the staff made an exception so we could come get our pots the next day! Really happy with the results too. Definitely recommending this place to everyone I know :)

Myself and my fiancé went down to this cafe at about half past one! Staff were very welcoming and gave us a introduction and an explanation of how to use the paints. They were very kind and chatty but left you to concentrate on your painting when you where ready. Tea, coffee and cakes were for sale there and for really good prices! Myself and my partner were there for a really long time, probably four hours!!! And they were so lovely about it, and didn't try to rush us out of the door! Absolutely loved it!

10/10 Although a small pottery cafe, it is very organised and fun. I would say book in advance i went on a wednesday and it was pretty much packed tge whole time ! Staff are friendly and welcoming, they go through everything you need to know about painting the pottery. Not cheap but not too expensive

Had so much fun!! We came here just before Valentine’s day, it was quite busy and noisy inside but it was still pleasant. Highly recommend, it was a great morning.

Not honest! Unfortunately had a very bad experience. Painting the item is a lot of fun. When I wanted to pick up my painted item, there were several complications... I couldn't pick it up as agreed, the second time I came they couldn't find it, then she tells me it's broken, after asking longer it's not broke but the oven does not work and and. One excuse after another. After hours of waiting I finally got my painted bowl, they told me it was fresh out of the oven so it was very hot... it was definitely not hot!! It's not a nice feeling to be lied to like that. I definitely can't recommend it any more.

An amazing place magical indeed. Very peaceful. Very friendly and helpful. Booking required. The will let you choose one from the pre done pottery and let you paint it in peace. I come every year to do more.

This was my second time visiting The Painting Pottery Cafe and I can't recommend it enough. Staff are friendly, give great advice to newcomers and make a damn good cup of coffee as well! There is pottery dotted around the whole cafe for inspiration if you can't think of what to paint - me and my partner were so happy with the results of our afternoon date, worth every penny <3

We came to your wonderful pottery cafe as a group of 4 today and LOVED IT! It was the perfect activity for a gloomy Sunday afternoon. Those in the group who claimed to be “unartistic” were pleasantly surprised by their epic designs. The 2 hours flew and that is probably my only critic. It would have been nice to have 30 mins-1hr more - simply because we enjoyed it so much!! The staff were also super pleasant! We’ll certainly be returning!!! X

Visited the painting pottery cafe today, it was super enjoyable and we all had a great time. Very informative demonstration at the beginning of the class so everyone had the information they needed to get creating. Our instructor Al ‘the Christmas elf’ made the experience very enjoyable and was extremely helpful when people needed some guidance, a credit to the team. Highly recommend this activity for a group of friends!
