Convenient and quick care. I was able to walk in for animal scratch/bite. In and out in less than one hour. Staff were friendly and the provider is an MD/Physician. The provider made sure I was informed and understood my plan of care before leaving. I received a written summary and my prescription was e-prescribed to my pharmacy without issue.

I just feel like they give a general diagnosis and basic medicine. . The staff was nice butOverall for simple medical needs its not a bad place, the front desk was nice.Better than sitting for hours in an ER.

Very short wait to be seen. The care providers (RN & PA) were very professional, caring and thorough. I have used this Urgent Care a number of times and have always been happy with the results. Braintree if fortunate to have this facility. It beats the ER of any hospital by a long shot. Highly recommend this facility

Yours is an epitome of excellent service delivery in healthcare. Smart and neatly dressed staff. Great timing. Good reception and warm patient and Doctors relationship. Very clear procedures and simple interpretation to patients. You deserve more than a 5 STAR.

Needed a clearance to go back to work. My own doctor was booked for weeks. AFC took me in and did the exam, without an appointment, and with hardly any wait time. I'll use them again and have told other coworkers about their service. 5 stars for sure.

Very rapid sign in as well as being examined and sent to xray. Got my results and was on my way in under an hour. Not my 1st time here. Definitely a good spot to start to get your injuries etc..on the correct path for sure.

First time going to urgent care for a knee injury. The staff and doctor were great! X-ray, knee brace and crutches. In and out in less than 40 minutes. They were all so kind and caring.

I arrived feeling very sick. The staff was so patient and caring. This is the 4th time my family has used AFC Urgent Care and I cant imagine using a crowded ER again unless it was a serious injury.

We were in and out, thank goodness!!! Not too bad 4 days before Christmas. we waited about 20 minutes in the waiting room we were in the back for about 25- 40 minutes. We were done a little over an hour and that was with my daughter getting an x-ray and a splint put on!!! I would give it five stars but I got a wait and make sure that I am billed correctly!!

Amazing front staff, medical assistants, NP’s, Nurses, Doctors. Me and my 3 boys went in for a sick visit at 7pm (never been there before) & they took us all in at once. They were kind, listened to all of our concerns and didn’t make us feel bad for going in so late. In fact they treated us so well! Did all testing and was quick!! We were in and out by 7:40 pm. Thank you AFC and staff, we will definitely be back if need to!! HIGHLY recommend this Urgent Care!

AFC was very busy the day after Christmas but they were able to see me after a bit of a wait. They were efficient, professional and kind. I was very happy to be seen and diagnosed.

I came in for ankle/lower leg pain. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Guy (PA) listened to my concerns and issues, ordered Xray and discovered a break. He was kind and gave me l needed information. The MA was great too. One of the staff walked me to my car. I would highly recommend this facility if you need urgent care. Thank you.

The experience was just ok. Check in took a lil over an hour. Unfortunately they didn’t have a x-ray tech available, they are on site 2 days later, so if you think you need an x-ray done, call first. Customer service was ok but would’ve like to know what is available, and I had a condition that was looked at differently but they didn’t apply pressure, so I’ll give it another try if I have an issue next time

The office was clean, and the front staff was very kind and courteous. The wait time was not long and the doctor was also very helpful. I went for my lower back pain and they also took an x-ray. It definitely beats going to the emergency room.
