This was the worst place I’ve ever been. It’s a disgrace. It was understaffed, and the staff that were there were mean. It’s very small and squished. It’s is not well planned out, so you sometimes have to wait an hour to play something. Little kids are crying everywhere, and it’s sad. The food is overpriced, and they rake in money. You can’t jump with Launch socks or anything. You have to pay like 3-5 dollars for socks, and if you are over 7 years old, it’s no fun because little kids get the run of the place and you can’t jump without almost or sometimes even bumping into them by accident. Never go here. Go to the one in Everett or Westborough, but not this SkyZone.

This place is great! We went for their Monday morning Toddler Time and and tons of fun. The place is clean, the staff was nice and helpful, and there's even a section for adults only to jump and see their toddler through safety netting. There's also a section open on other days off the week for American Ninja Warrior type fun

We brought our little one here months ago for the early toddler only time and she still regularly asks to go back. Had a lot of fun and was great to just have the littles jump without bigger kids running into them will definitely be back when we find time.

This is the WORST trampoline park I've ever been to - and I've been to numerous parks in different states. DO NOT waste your money here!! The toddler area is a JOKE, and they will not let your toddlers anywhere else in the park. The staff was incredibly rude to our kids and to us. They have an obstacle course that no one can complete, so our older kids were just incredibly frustrated. They tried to complete it different ways, but every time were told they couldn't do that etc. Also, my kids were so frustrated that we couldn't jump with them. If you're looking for a fun, family activity, steer clear of this place! They literally had a rule for EVERY little thing. I am a huge safety freak, but this was absurd. We were incredibly disappointed with this place ☹️☹️☹️

We went for the Holiday Glow Night. It was advertised as a special themed event. Unfortunately there was no theme, nothing holiday about it. There was no difference from any other night.....I wouldn't recommend paying for any special events because that was def false advertising. OTHER than that....the kids had a very good time, and it wasn't crowded. The employees were all friendly and helpful. When one of the girls slammed a basketball off of the other ones face, ice was immediately brought over! I would go back. The only other issue we had....a man that was there with his kids pushed one of mine up the obstacle wall and she couldn't get down as the only way is to slide down a full height fire pole and she is six.....she was crying and staff had to rally, and eventually send someone up for her. Not the fault of Skyzone but maybe post something so adults with little common sense know better? I am not sure how else that could have been avoided. He was just standing there and pushed her up. Anyways, kids are resilient and they did have a blast.

Just had our Birthday Party there and had a great time. The staff was very accommodating to changes in our party size, as many people brought smaller siblings and showed up unplanned (ugh!!!) Many thanks Aaron and crew for their help with the party. They were very thoughtful and understanding.

We went there last night for my grandson’s 13 th birthday. The kids have been to other parks before and all said this was the best because of the kids they had working there. They were AWESOME!!! So great and helpful to all the kids big and small! They made it the BEST TIME! Great work guys!!!! Nana Jean

We had our daughter's 7th birthday party at this place and we simply loved it. It was on Saturday but wasn't crowded at all, only birthday parties, kids had to play away from adult. Pizza was so good, the couch was a little bit sleepy and not as energetic as he should but it was okay. Would come back again..

The only thing I don't like about this place is that they keep all kids under five in a ridiculous little area away from the rest of the trampolines. We've been to other Sky Zones where the little kids are separate but still get to do more and be closer to the action. Here it's really difficult to bring your three or four year old when your older kid as a birthday party. Other than that, it's great the kids loved it. And I love it.

👍👍 Super cool place. The layout of the courts/shuffleboard was great. The brunch was awesome, highly suggest the bacon. Definitely stop by, play some pickle ball or shuffleboard and grab a drink while your at it. All street parking, but not terribly hard to find. The parking lot across the road is not...

👍 This is one of the nicer views in Boston and it's well-used by many. However it's not in the best of maintenance and the city should invest in remodeling it. Great place to work out and you'll find many games of pickup soccer and football happening throughout the year.
