The girl at the front desk is very unprofessional!!!! I recently signed up for their services and was told I had to sign some paperwork in order for them to legally handle my mail. I told her I would be there at a specific day and specific time. I drove almost 40 minutes, paid for parking, and got there at exactly 4:30 just like I said I would. But as soon as I came in, she didn’t even look at me and just assumed I was there for some 3rd party finger printing company that was renting out some space. She just told me “2nd door on your right.” So I figured, ok, and just went to the 2nd door on the right. When I got there, the 3rd party company associate looked at me just confused because she had nothing to do with why I was there. So when I figured out this was something completely different, I went back around to the front desk, and the secretary was already gone. Mind you, it’s still 4:30pm. I was wearing a hoodie and a hat because it’s a cold October afternoon. And being a black guy, she must have assumed I wasn’t here to sign paperwork for office space leasing for a corporation I just started!!! The funny thing is, I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about this location, and hesitated to sign up. Then I gave them the benefit of the doubt and signed up. Now I see why this location has a 3.7 star rating!!!!! This secretary is completely unprofessional!!!! She should have asked how may she be of assistance instead of assuming why I was there!!!!!!

Just a horrible company. I would strongly recommend Workbar. Unlike Regus they actually help their customers.

Staff at this location are extremely unprofessional. You are not greeted upon entering as the receptionists are too engrossed in their cellphones to acknowledge your presence. In addition, they express outward disdain for their job during simple interactions such as mail handling. For example, eye contact is not made when mail is brought up to the front desk despite greeting them and announcing you have items to ship. When mail has been left at reception after hours, fully stamped and good to go, it was completely ignored by the staff. Upon noticing our letters were not mailed (three days later) I inquired as to why and was told "they were unsure what to do with it". NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE TENANT - If i had not noticed the letters they would have been left ignored (though directly on their desk) even longer. Needless to say I would never invite clients to meet at our current office as the staff are rude, unwelcoming and mentally "checked-out".

Very poor experience. I would NOT recommend this location for coworking. Any form of customer service is virtually nonexistent. There is a lack of professionalism among the Regus employees and a complete disregard for the tenants. SAVE YOUR MONEY. You will have better luck down the road at wework or industrious. Disappointed to say the least.

The space is absolutely beautiful but the company is horrible, dishonest and unprofessional. Regardless of the fake good reviews, you can simply go to BBB (best business bureau) website and will find tons of complaints filed against this company.

Horrible experience with this center. IT is constantly inoperable and the center has no ability to service or make corrections. Constant over billing, fraudulent billing and failure to adhere to contract terms. Regular blame shifting distain for the customer/tenant. Complete incompetence.

I recently moved in and found the staff to be extremely professional and helpful. The office is in great condition too. I would highly recommend based on my experience with the staff here.

The office space is extraordinary for either small groups or startups. The views of the harbor are spectacular. From Day 1, the staff here has been most helpful in getting us setup to be productive quickly. The common area has all the amenities to provide a quick break or have large group meetings. Simply, a great place to work!

Great space...it has all the modern conveniences one needs to operate a business. The people at Regus One Marina Park are excellent and very helpful. They have exceeded my expectations.
