    Berto from sunglass hut @ Macy's was really courteous and Knowledgeable with all the brands they supply. I was looking at another pair of raybans that I usually get and he suggested other pairs that are similar and much more affordable.

    Incompetent Sunglass Hut! I ordered spare sunglass lenses and they never came in. Waited a month to find out the order went missing. Not acceptable in this day in age. Waste of my time.

    Horrible customer service. After standing at the sales counter, directly in front of an employee waiting for her to notice I finally had to get her attention. After spending over $450 on 1 item, I would have expected that the employees would know more then just how to sell sunglasses. The sales girl was utterly clueless. She didn't know what the store's policies were. I WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM SUNGLASS HUT AGAIN.
