    The customer service is here is amazing, every time Iā€™ve gone they are so helpful and make returns easy. I canā€™t say the same for nordstrom rack which continually tells the opposite information that Nordstrom knows to be their policy. For this reason, Iā€™d prefer to go to Nordstrom! The sales associate that helped check me out was so nice and easygoing and his manager was also helpful, and made everything a breeze! Love nordstrom!!

    1 year later and rating dropped below 0. This ghost town needs to be closed down or serious training with all careless employees needs to take place. I approached one of the lazy Willeys resting on the counter with a simple request to order a product for me, please forgive me my intention get you a commission (use to work in retail, trying to be empathetic) and was smacked with "it is not available for order" while you can clearly see on the screen of the working phone that this item ready to be loved and sprayed. Ending up ordering from a different retailer($360)... The vibe of this place is generally wacky and unpleasant, spending money is fun, but definitely not here

    Bizarre shopping experience in Nordstrom yesterday. I get the covid challenges for retail and we need to adjust our expectations. But for corporate to design and rollout the current promotion is nuts. I walked through and saw all these great sale prices. Spent some time picking out a few items get to the register and the sales associate informed me that I was not a Nordstrom card holder and the sale prices were not available to me. I was visibly shocked and all she kept saying was I'm happy to ring them up at full price for you. At the least they should have communicated that in the signage so I wouldn't waste my time. BTW Nordstrom I am a card holder but did not have it with me as I have not used it in a long time. Very little effort to find me in the system and no offer sign me up as a cardholder so I could get the sale prices. Nope just a big fake smile "I'm happy to ring those up at full price". I'm not even sure this sale is legal per the consumer protection laws of Ma. I know it is illegal to advertise products for sale and not have them available for purchase. I think they would need to re-organize as a membership club like a Costco to meet the restrictions created by those laws. At the very least they would have to clearly disclose in that advertising that it was for cardholders only and it was not.

    I had the great pleasure of working with Figen today at then Dior counter. Let me tell you this lady has the best personality ever, she is NOT pushy, she was very honest about all the makeup I tried and was incredibly patient with my mom and myself who are very indecisive. What a gem to have in an era in which great customer service is a rarity. You made our day!

    The customer experience at any store really rests on the backbone of its employees. The lingerie department at this store is great, especially Diana. Iā€™ve been to quite a few Nordstrom stores and she is an absolute standout as an employee. She knows so much about the products in her department and found me the perfect bra during winter holiday. Before getting her help, I didnā€™t even know I was wearing the wrong size for many years. She was extremely patient, professional, honest and knowledgeable and spent over an hour educating me on what to look for in the right bra, and you canā€™t expect this service from just any Nordstrom store. She went above and beyond, caring more about helping me than making a sale. I just had to take the time to give her a shoutoutā€” she represents the very best of Nordstrom and I donā€™t know where Iā€™d be without having learned the knowledge I did from her. Will definitely ask for her help again if I shop in lingerie at Nordstrom Natick.

    This is my third bad experience at the Natick Store. Especially at the shoe department. Unfortunately I did not get this ladies name but I spoke to Matt - supposely the dept manager and reported to him. I arrived at the counter to make a return and asked this lady if someone was available to help me, she rudely replied that I had to wait for someone to become available to ā€œhelpā€ me. I understand they are busy but the way you interact with a customer can make a difference. Her tone annd attitude were not polite. Again, I will continue to shop online but will refuse to step foot at the Natick store.

    I had a great experience working with Patricio from the Indochino inside the Nordstrom. He was very thorough with me and my groomsmenā€™s suit alteration and the suit came out great! Heā€™s very friendly and has great charisma and I highly recommend having him do your alterations. Make sure to request him and not depend on the Indochino website to assign him to you.

    Older women with glasses at Chanel counter, with accent and dark hair didnā€™t want to help me. I donā€™t know why they have all the old women working there at cosmetics. They have no idea about makeup or trends with makeup. Itā€™s a ghost town for sureā€¦

    I went here to find a dress . Drove an hour and 17 mins. I loved walking thru this store . We used to have one in my hometown but they closed it . I didnā€™t find what I was looking for but I found my dress at another store in the same mall.

    Every time Iā€™ve been in there they treat me like Iā€™m going to steal and it makes me very uncomfortable. I typically get 3-4 employees from the makeup section staring me down and following me but rarely ask if I need help. Even when I do buy something I still feel very judged. Sad but I just try to avoid it now if I can.

    The middle aged RBF brunette woman with circular glasses working at the Nars booth is insanely unfriendly and unlikeable. Not helpful when it comes to Nars makeup or proper sanitary measures. The attitude she gave me when I questioned applying a tester lipstick was INSANE especially given that, you know, we all went through a pandemic. The rest of the women working the makeup floor were kind and knowledgeable though when I spoke with them. Not sure what the Nars associateā€™s problem is but Iā€™ll steer clear of her next time.

    My fiancĆ© and I had wonderful service today at the shoe department with Christine. Highly recommend finding her when youā€™re in the shoe dept. She is very friendly and assisted us all the way through check-out.

    With the demise of the Providence Nordstrom this is by far the go to location in the RI/MA corridor. The store is always gleaming and in spotless condition, fanciest store bathrooms youā€™ll ever see, and the elevators take you right down into the basement parking garage. Staff is friendly like youā€™d expect at Nordstrom. This modern store appears to have less floor merchandise than previous generations however on my visit on 9/25 I found the most merchandise on display at this location yet.

    Awful customer service; I stopped in to try on a pair of shoes and grab a candle. There wasnā€™t anyone available to help me with the shoes, and after 10min of standing, I gave up. Lots of the employees were just standing on their phones and would ignore guests. Not up to the Nordstrom standard.

    I purchased shoes and a shirt. The shoes werenā€™t in the box but the shirt was. I was told by Nordstrom they would refund the shoes and I could order another pair. I paid for a second pair and received them. However, the internal investigation team told me my claim was denied and gave me advice to protect Myself from theft in the future. This was not a package theft, I signed for the package. Nordstrom is the thief here. I would like you to refund what I paid for the shoes I didnā€™t receive. This is not ok. I will make sure to shop at neiman marcus in the future. Never Nordstrom again!

    Nothing but the best at Nordstroms! Employees are so kind and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile! Special shout-out to Jasmine in the beauty department who made my experience one of a kind. She was so personable and kind and I felt like I could talk to her for hours! She did the absolute most for me in store and made sure I was all set! Experiences like this just donā€™t exist at other stores and always makes me want to shop at Nordstroms more.

    We arrived around 6pm Sunday at the Nordstrom in Natick Mall. The customer service towards my husband and was not friendly. The cashier at the time who was wearing a pattern skirt and a blue top, brunette short hair didnā€™t make us feel welcomed. We made a return and she never made small talk with us after that we went to check out the car seats and she never offered any assistance she looked at us a few times and continued to check out customers and was quite friendly with them from my observation. Iā€™m not one to make a review about my shopping experience but this one really bothered me.

    I set up an appointment for a personal shopper to help my wife find a formal suit. They proceeded to call her an hour later and inform her that they had nothing for her unless she wanted to wear an evening dress. Unhelpful.

    Went to find a dress for a black tie wedding since none of the ones I own fit my postpartum body. Found one dress that didnā€™t make me feel like a dumpling. Got sassed when I asked to have it held. I know Iā€™m not buying a prom dress but I figured it would be rude to ruin a dress because I didnā€™t go pump in time. Iā€™ll go try my luck at Niemanā€™s instead.

    The only sales person at this Nordstrom that is nice and treat her customers well is Nancy. However, the rest of them are RACIST. All the time when my friend and I go there they do not offer us help unless we ask ourselves and they keep staring at us like we are stealing or something else. Unfortunately, we noticed that they donā€™t do the same thing to white customers. Even if white customers donā€™t purchase anything they still get help. NANCY IS THE BEST! If youā€™re black and you are wealthy that has nothing to do with how you should treat your customers. We should be treated all the same.

    The salesman in the shoe department made the visit very unpleasant. He was all about getting credit for the purchase and rushed us to make a decision so he doesnā€™t have to ā€œmake a mess with all the shoe boxesā€. we only tried on one pair he got for us and heā€™s like ā€œokay letā€™s order if you like themā€ instead of giving us time to think or try on different shoes. Once we said we wanted more time to look around before purchasing, he took all our shoes away and didnā€™t even acknowledge us anymore. He didnā€™t even let us write down the info of the one shoe we tried on and liked. Meanwhile the salesman in the suit / dress shirt department was so helpful and we ended up purchasing with him.
