    I'm usually not one to write a review but just had to based on this bizarre interaction I had today that made me very uncomfortable and self-conscious. I have acne and am getting treatment from a board-certified dermatologist, and came in today seeking an affordable product that could brighten my eye area (unrelated to my acne). Not only did the worker assisting me tell me "you get what you pay for" (I am a college student that can't spend $80 on a vitamin C serum at the moment, so sorry), but she condescendingly assumed I needed unsolicited advice on treating my acne. Went into a whole talk about inflammation as if I did not know all this already (again, I'm seeking professional treatment). This location has always been great and is convenient to get to, but I will likely not be returning. This employee, whose name I did not catch, was nothing short of arrogant and was again extremely condescending without knowing my background.

    There’s a great selection here however beware of the quality of items before you purchase. I noticed after I got home that the safety seal was taken off and product removed from an eye glitter gel I got which I spent $25 on… it was in a box and everything. The girl on the phone said somebody probably didn’t check a return before putting it back on the shelf. I also am unable to get a refund since I can’t make it to a Sephora store :( feeling pretty bummed out about the quality control of expensive products being sent out and the inability to help me get a refund over the phone. The staff that helped me today was really nice however. Quinn was amazing - thank you.

    Just was there the other day.. they are very racist at this location. There’s a big caucasian guy who works there with a full face of makeup, he tends to always follow black girls around the store and was following me. I try to ignore it but it’s ridiculous at this point and makes me hate going to this location. I need to file a complaint with corporate..…. To my black women beware of this Sephora store!! Smh it’s always something

    Spent thousands of dollars here but when you want to use the chair to sit at service studio just remove your make up, someone would tell you the seat is only for customers who get service. Especially when no one there for the service! Been coming to this store for past five years, the first time this things happened to me And friend. Huge disappointment :((( the girl who helped us pick the lipstick shade was helpful tho

    I went into Sephora with the intent of purchasing numerous beauty and skincare products. However, when I arrived in store and began to browse I received zero acknowledgement or help from any of the staff and was simply ignored for 15 minutes straight. Mind you, the store was nearly empty and there were numerous employees throughout the store. This treatment was instantly off putting and I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Despite this, I continued to look for my needed items and came across an unfamiliar brand. I politely asked a nearby employee to explain some of the products to me and she curtly replied “No, I can’t”. I then asked her if she could direct me to someone that could and she simply ignored me and walked away. I was disgusted and appalled by this behavior and left the store without purchasing anything. I have been spent thousands of dollars at Sephora and have been to many stores throughout the country and have never been treated this poorly. Needless to say, that is the last time I will be shopping at that particular store and will warn friends and family about this experience.

    I received this Moroccan oil as part of my birthday gift and I love it. Previously I had a full size of same oil but the “light” version and that didn’t work for my hair. But the original one (this one), worked great for my hair and I intend to buy the full size. My hair really looks great after using this.

    This is an amazing Sephora location! It's a big store and the setup is great. They have everything here. All of the employees were so nice and helpful. The Prudential Center is beautiful and Sephora is no different, it's a beautiful store. Definitely recommend coming here!

    My favorite location ❤️💕 I went on Thursday afternoon and was greeted kindly by the lovely person who had red hair and glasses and was help with finding all my needs the specialist there are very helpful and knowledgeable. about the products the company really has improved their customer experience by having a great team!

    I went on Wednesday and had so much help from a girl named Kristin. She color matched me in 2 seconds. It was like magic. The store is huge I had her help me find everything I needed since I only had 20 mins left on my break. I am definitely going back and hoping she is working that day!

    This is such a great Sephora! First off I went during the sale and it was the busiest I’ve ever seen a Sephora but the workers were so nice and helpful. This wonderful young woman did my makeup and did such an amazing job and listened to exactly what I wanted, her name was Sarah. She also insisted on making me a foundation sample that she used (that she color matched PERFECTLY to me) and now I’m obsessed with it even though I didn’t end up buying it at the time. I went back the next day and bought more stuff during the sale. And it’s right across from Eataly!

    I am so sad and disappointed. It was my first time visiting Sephora in the US. I found an eyeliner I wanted, checked the tester for the colour and the brush, and was pleasantly surprised. Grabbed a packaged product, paid 20$+ just to find out at home that it was completely dry. How is this even possible? The other item I bought was good, but I recommend checking the items you buy more properly.

    Sephoras beauty insider had some sort of system outage. They requested customers pay more than the insider price with no remedy or come back after the fact. I called customer service to complain. Why would I need to break my budget to support your bottom line. The customer service rep hung up in my face. Needless to say I went to Ulta beauty got what I needed and double the discounts! I’ll be shopping at Ulta from now on.

    I went in today to find a foundation and this location is much bigger and has more options to choose from than other locations. Specifically looking for the Merit foundation stick and this location had all the new shades that released recently. Also, I needed help shade matching my face so big thank you to Veronica for finding my perfect match (shade and undertone). Veronica was so excited for me when she swatched it on my face and it blended into my skin perfectly and I was so happy to find my perfect match after all these years.

    The salespeople here act like they are personally offended every time I dare to speak to them. I buy a lot of fine fragrance and often Sephora has new releases right when they come out. But if you ask to try it before you buy, god help you. I was in the neighborhood yesterday so I stopped in to try Ebene Fumee from Tom Ford since I hadn't had the chance to sample it yet. The tester appeared to be empty so I assumed it was just a display-- I asked the sales associate if I could try it and she glared at me and just said "that's the only tester I have and it's empty." I couldn't contain my annoyance and just walked away. Is this what we are doing now? I'm going to buy a $200+ bottle of fragrance and you can't even pretend to want to help me sample it first? Guess I will go to Nieman Marcus from now on.

    I continued shopping here even after I was denied a seasonal cashier position despite my experience as a previous business manager for Tom ford and shseido since I never felt like business was personal; But since the staff purposely cancelled my pick up order because that was easier than walking over to the Mario badescu display for my lip balm and fragrance for my travel spray and then left the other one as “pending.”to avoid the same problem I feel that’s not true. After waiting patiently in line since I didn’t know where to grab my pick up order and certainly wasn’t greeted at the door I was STILL told to proceed to the front of the store only to receive my “pending” incomplete order that they conveniently didn’t bother to update the status n in the app, and despite being a VIB rouge member with plenty of points at the time I was not asked if I wanted a single gift. My experience at the Sephora in south shore plaza where parts of my order were cancelled and I was never informed beforehand and also wasn’t asked if I wanted to use my points was equally annoying. To be scraping the bottom of the luxe cosmetic world and employ staff like this takes more never than I will ever have in this lifetime.

    I was browsing the items with my girl friends. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The trash bins were all broken though. We couldn't find a single one that we can step on the paddle which makes the lid open.

    I stopped here for a quick shopping. I got what I wanted to buy. They have many brands. Great for the younger generation especially. I got a good service! The young sales lady was very knowledgeable and super helpful. She answered for all my questions and concerns.

    I had a wonderful experience at this Sephora location today! The employees here are kind, caring, and knowledgeable about the various products in the store. With their help, I was able to find everything I was looking for and also learned a few new tips about how to best use the products.

    Had a Perk facial here the past weekend with Andrea - who was so lovely! The facial felt so nice and Andrea was super thorough, and used great products on my skin such as Biossance. We had a nice chat as well. Highly recommend the Perk facial!
