I love Lord & Taylor and I was a long time customer with the Store Credit Card. I admire the employee working in the shoe department who are very patient and friendly to serve the customers back-and-fort by bringing the shoe-boxes. However, the employees in the women's dress sections are opposite. Once I went there in my active sport clothes and the sale person working in the middle section for the luxury clothes asked me if I can afford to buy, when I asked her if I can try the dress. She came with me to the fitting room and waited outside of the door. I have never heard this kind of things before, but I was experienced there. It was very intimating and harassing situation. Since then I have never shopped there and cancelled my Store Credit Card. However, recently, I had some gifts and went there to return or exchange. The sale person was so rude to me. She was blaming me if the item had ever worn and washed, even it was not a case at all. Now telling my friends do not go there! And, get your gifts from somewhere else..

Located in downtown Boston. This This is a large box store. remind me a lot Like JC penny's. Not quite like Macy's, but high end and beautiful. Very expensive for no reason. I was not impressed but beautiful nonetheless. The clothes are very expensive. And unassuming. If you are in to shopping at high in stores with not much depth the place this is for you. enjoy.😉

My favorite store in Prudential center. You can find many brands and good price. There is always good deals for friends and family or just general sale. I love the winter coats selection. It is very unique and chic. Not to forgot the special occasions dresses 👗, so beautiful and wise range of different dresses and brands.

Lord & Taylor is a shopper's Paradise. they have the latest clothing for men and for women the design of section is flawless and their taper to measure in order to measure is extremely extremely good. Their staff is knowledgeable the friendly they're courteous and they'll help you in any way that they can this is an extremely great value.

Not a bad place to shop for leather bags at decent prices.

U can find anything and everything here... i've got amazing dress for my brother's wedding here before, ohh.... everybody was astonished... quality of things is very good, prices variable, as u can catch some sales here from time to time.... staff usually very pleasant and helpful, though sometimes difficult to find.... )) definitely one of my most favourite places for shopping.

This store has some very nice products. Women's clothes are excellent quality and attractive. Jewelry is excellent quality and beautiful designs. You should check out the window displays before you go in shopping.

Over my last few visits to the store it’s evident the staff is not trained in customer service or products. I was returning an item in the jewelry department and was told to go to the main check out to get parking validation. There I was told they don’t do validations for returns to the store, only purchases. I’m blown away by this statement since I am a paying customer just not today and showed my receipt of the exchange done moments ago. Well, longer since there wasn’t anyone at the main registers for over 10 minutes. She didn’t care and rudely said she would do it this time, but next time we will not validate. That’s not a problem because I will never shop here again. It’s not shocking stores are closing.

If they had self-service checkouts, they might be friendlier and more available than the associates in this location. Tried to shop there on two separate days (weekday and weekend) and only because I badly needed some things, then found some clothes on a really good markdown, did I even make a purchase. Not the store I'm ever going to make a plan to come back to. Couldn't even find clothes in normal guy sizes, such as strellson, to buy, and I wanted to buy some new fashionable clothes.

We came for their going-out-of-business sale, so not sure how applicable this review will be, but we got some good quality items for quite cheap. Very friendly sales associates as well. Would probably be a bit over priced if everything weren't on sale though.

Today they had a prom fashion show! There was a DJ and all sorts of raffles. Apparently, they have events pretty routinely. The staff is great, very helpful but give you space to shop w/o hovering. The prices are reasonable too.
