We ordered paneer biryani and had the worst paneer ever. The paneer was hard and like rubber…not chewable. Had to discard entire box. Attaching picture of paneer.

I have placed an order for chicken majestic and boneless chicken biryani. But chicken was spoiled and tasteless. Person who is working front is very rude over the phone. I suggest better order in paradise lowell.

Please PLEASE don’t try this. Just had their chicken biryani and butter chicken curry. I can’t explain how awful their Biryani was which should be their speciality. Literally semi-cooked chicken pieces with very less spices. So TASTELESS food. When I went for pickup, restaurant was empty on Friday evening. At that moment, I knew this is highly unpopular place and nobody would come here. Will never try it again.

Wanted to give minus rating but there is no option.Worst Experience My order=paradise chkn fry-tiny peice massively coated with all purpose flour, butter chkn-all watery, dum ka gosh-taste like dal with mutton peices horrendous taste, garlic naan was okay but garlic only in the middle part of naan not all over and finally they got Biryani which we asked mild or medium for which they served us jeera rice with boiled chkn..At that moment i got so mad and i told them what the hell is this thn they took biryani back and changed but there was no difference..soo we only ate peices from curry because we dont want to make issue but i had never tasted this bad food in my life.and thn they charged us good money for worst food. I will not prefer to go again even if its free and i am surprised to see people commenting they had good food there.i mean seriously..

They are serving stale food for sure! When brought to their attention, simply no response. You can see the cauliflower in their Gobi65 has literally gone bad. Noticed this in multiple cauliflower pieces. Food quality and customer service at worst! Stay Away from this place!

Food What an amazing place. We came here for buffet and every single item in the buffet was great. They have all kinds of biryanis in the buffet as well. Everything else They have something called family packed biryani, which is enough for 2 people.

The family pack biryani is an amazing value. The amount of food you get for the price you pay is very good. The chicken biryani itself was good, and had a good amount of spice. If you are ordering for several people this is a great place to go.

So far has been a great experience. Food is definitely a cut above some of the other Indian restaurants around the area, while pricing is comparable. Service has been fast and friendly. I plan on coming back. The chicken tikka masala is one of my favorites here.

Not happy with their delivery partners Grubhub. Delivery driver was extremely arrogant that she delivered the food in some random address or possibly might have eaten that food. When I got a notification that food is delivered I saw that there was no delivery and when I tried to call her to help her to redirect to correct address she refused to pick the call. I had to call customer care and when they tried to reach out to that driver she refused to correct her mistake and said I will not deliver it and mind you it happened with in 2 mins from delivery confirmation notification. I had to wait for almost one hour for the food and it was delivered in wrong address or possibly eaten by that driver who even refused to pick the call for proper directions. @paradise biryani if you are aligned with delivery partners who are this rude perhaps you should rethink on it. Not happy with either Grubhub or with paradise biryani. @Grubhub Shame on you for hiring such arrogant drivers who don’t care anything about customer or they refuse to even go extra mile for customer satisfaction.

This review is updated. I had given 4 stars few years ago but now unfortunately I had to change the rating to one star. That's because the food is extremely spicy. Even if we ask them to make it mild, they make it medium spicy or even spicier. So many times after having their food my stomach has gone bad because of the level of chillies is so high. The staff is very rude and they argue with you if you tell them how bad their food was. Please don't eat here. This restaurant should be reported and closed.

Tried takeout from this place. Tried the Paneer biryani and Chicken fry biryani. Chicken fry biryani is the best in the area. Highly recommended.

I didn’t try any of the chicken dishes personally, but others who order chicken biryani were quite happy with the quality. Each portion of biryani easily serves 2 people. I mostly tried sea food in appetizers and every dish really meet my expectations. I was somewhat disappointed with egg biryani as the rice wasn’t dum cooked and has some veggies. Overall a very good Indian food as compared to other Indian restaurants in Boston or around.

This restaurant was good earlier. But yesterday ordered chicken boneless biriyani. Pieces were old and black in color. Very foul smelled pieces. Some pieces were not edible at all. Coming to biryani, we had no feeling of eating a Hyderabad style biryani. It would be appropriate to say chicken 65 on basmati rice. No aroma not much masala. Would not go back again.

Never try the biryani’s here !!! We almost order 4 biryanis( chicken, goat, chicken fry biryani and vegiie fried rice) none of them were good.. we called the staff and told the goat pieces were hard and chicken biryani smell raw and the chicken fry biryani was not cooked properly ,he took biryani inside and said we just made all of them soo i cant do anything, i wonder is that a proper reason? Finally he charged for all the biryanis which we didnt even eat… waste of money never gonna be there again.. I waste my time in writing the review also and please dont waste your money at this restaurant

I ate here couple of times but last time the food was unbearably SPICY ! I’m desi n we prefer spicy food but this was just not SPICY this was spicy to another level . I think it’s harmful for people to eat this much spicy and health concern for sure . Even though we didn’t mention them we want spicy food on top of that just eating 2 bites of it ended up with bad diarrhea. Please be careful when u order here I do t think I will ever go back there . They are not even cooperating when I told them it’s not safe for ppl to eat this munch spicy food .

My go-to Indian restaurant! Love the butter chicken , garlic naan, and paneer. I have to say the flavor varies from not spicy to really spicy though, other than that I always order here

Very poor experience no physical manu. They ask you to scan a barcode for manu and when you go online you just see name and (high) prices no photos which is so annoying. Ordered curry and plain nan but got butter nan.regret waist of time and money. Simply not wort it.

Their food is just amazing! Excellent food, good attention, good parking, easy to locate... the only suggestion I would give, is to put some descriptions in the menu, as the menue is foreign. Apart from that...this is just perfect. Even the coffee is good!

  • 5/5 Matt G. 1 year ago on Google
The food is outstanding with one of the most complex sets of flavors I've had for Indian food. It is well worth a visit, but you should know: - Portion sizes run on the small side for the price, this restaurant focuses on quality and flavor not volume - The food is spicier than your standard Indian restaurant, if you're sensitive to spicy food ask them for suggestions or have something something like milk onhand

  • 5/5 David K. 1 year ago on Google
Went out to lunch with work friends, and it was amazing! The chicken tikka masala was the best I have ever had. Very rich and creamy sauce. Highly recommend!

  • 1/5 James G. 1 year ago on Google
20+ bucks and all you get is a single serving I even called and asked if it was enough for two. It had maybe 8 small pieces of chicken.

  • 5/5 Ryan L. 1 year ago on Google
The chicken tikka masala was good. The biryani was good, and the goat was good too but I recommend against getting the goat in the biryani since the bones are a little difficult to separate out of the biryani.

We ordered family pack chicken biryani which they charged 40$ and barely fills two persons belly. The quantity this time compared to before was very very less

  • 1/5 mangesh k. 1 year ago on Google
I have been ordering different items from them and so far only liked dal fry.. They are ruining the Andhra dishes name for sure, their chef definitely has not tasted the Indian curry even once.. All curry items so far ordered are sweet and anyone can guess that the base of curry is tomato sauce.

Man who was serving food was too rude. Taste wise it's good but the staff make dining hell. We were eating the food, and he came in the middle to pay the bill. No words for hospitality

I've tried this place twice during COVID. Made a small order through the app which was easy and ordered over the phone for a large group at work on a very short notice. They did awesome even allowed us to pick up the order a bit past closing time. Very nice staff. We ordered a wide variety of appetizers, breads, biryani, meals and desserts from vegan to meaty and from mild to very hot. We all loved our food without exception. Favorites were the samosa and goat biryani but the paneer and chicken meals were absolutely amazing. We highly recommend them.

Vegetarians Watch out !! If you order vegetarian items you may end up getting Non-vegetarian items. We experienced it the hard way today where we got Chicken instead of Panneer. The management refunded the bill amount but they initially asked us to return the entire food items in order to get a refund, which is strange due to currently ongoing Covid guidelines. While I was on the way to restaurant to return the picked up items they called us again and said you please don't come back. While I explained that am already on the way, the manager said you need not come, we will do the refund online and has cut the line. Very upset to experience this during the hungry hour !!

  • 5/5 Jennifer H. 3 years ago on Google
Delicious!!! Prices reasonable, serving size good and flavor is amazing. They did mild well and spicy even better. My girls devoured their chicken tikka masala. I loved their malai kofta and my husband loved the flavor of the biryani. It's a drive through so you don't even have to get out of your car and it's very conviently located on 9. New favorite.

Biryani was average. Rice was normal, didn't seem like Basmati. Looked more like pulav but taste was good.

  • 1/5 Abhijit C. 4 years ago on Google
I used to like the food here. But, After the chef has changed.... food quality has become so poor that surely they will run out of business. Horrible! I mentioned the poor quality to the management a few times but seems like they don’t care! Low quality food and even lower quality management skills.

I am regular to this place but now a days it’s really not worth spending Money what we are getting served. I have ordered for boneless chicken biryani(today) and ordered natu kodi biryani(before two weeks) the quantity is totally different from both and what am I wondering is there is no sufficient chicken boneless pieces in biryani. Do we only paying for cup of rice.?? Eww it’s gross actually. Trust me there is no customer else when I visit their place but still they are negligible on their business. Customer satisfaction is must for what they paid. This is about to improve business but not to destroy it.!!

  • 1/5 Mani K. 4 years ago on Google
Stay away from this place, they don't know to make briyani. We ordered boneless chicken briyani last night, but I found few bones LOL, not just that. The taste was worse, it tasted like tamarind rice with curry leaves. We called to reorder. The 2nd briyani was even worse than the 1st. Overall, I am never going to visit that place again. This is the first time I am seeing curry leaves in briyani. This is surely not real paradise. I have tasted different paradise, they have a standard that you can trust. But after trying in this location i can surely say this is not the real paradise.

OK food but hygiene is sub par. Place felt dirty with empty cartons visible for seated guests. Just not family friendly. I would not go there again!

Ordered an hour before they were closing. Driver got to the point of being there to pick up the completed order. And it was canceled. The store ignored my calls 30 minutes prior to being closed. Terrible business practice.

Ordered food from this place on DoorDash. Order was delayed by over half an hour. Did not get the right order. Plus the chicken in the Natu Kodi biryani was uncooked. "Boneless" chicken biryani was a joke. Would not recommend this place at all. Dharani has better biryani than this place.
