This place is amazing, especially as they have "Puppy Hour" every Saturday morning which Bobbie my 4 month old Welsh Terrier loved! The range is fantastic and Calvin couldn't have been more helpful when discussing food and treats, he really knows his stuff. Bobbie and I had a great time. 😊

Tabs at Royston pets corner was very helpful and knowledgeable. I came in to get a new dog harness, which she gave good advice on and also healthy treats for my dogs. Will come again

Hands down the best pet shop (potentially all round shop) that I have ever had the pleasure of being in. The staff are absolutely incredible, polite and knowledgeable beyond belief. I have never felt that my animals have been in safer hands and cannot recommend enough. I suffer from crippling anxiety and the staff truly made me feel at ease. Will never shop anywhere else. Please give it a shot as you will not be disappointed I can promise you that.

I popped in to store to have a chat and get some Dubai roaches and ended up leaving with a bird cage upgrade for my conure :) oh and my roaches Harvey and Nicola was super helpful and seemed to really know there stuff Great store with great colleagues couldn’t ask for more :) Thankyou guys

Went into the store yesterday and had excellent service from Harvey. Made sure the cat tree I purchased was stable. The dog collar and tag were perfect for my dog. Harvey also kindly helped me load the cat tree into my car. All in all a five star ⭐️ service.

We have a dog for a long weekend so I had no clue about toys, chews and treats. Luke is a gem. He knows dogs inside out and could recommend things for the Westie based of his own experiences! Which type of treat and how best to use it (tips with having spare Hide to swap out when wet). Good knowledge of why it is best not to give a dog a standard tennis ball and which other toys are durable. Will definitely be going back the next time we dog sit.

I Popped into local pets corner earlier this week to buy supplies for my working cocker spaniel. Lukes customer service was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable of the products and was extremely polite and friendly. He quickly made friends with my dog who is usually quite nervous of strangers. Staff always have time to discuss and advise and seem very knowledgeable on products available for your pets. Our dog Lilo just loves visiting as she is made a fuss of and always enjoys her treat.

Visited the store last week and was greeted by a friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable manager. We were talked through the different types of food that would be suitable for our mini dachshund and the reasons behind it. You could tell that the assistant enjoyed and really cared about what he was speaking about. We felt that nothing was too much to ask or too much trouble and couldn’t recommend the shop more, if you are searching for a excellent quality food or need some guidance or advice.

After an amazing experience after visiting Pet's Corner at Dobbie's Garden Center this week, I needed to write a review to encourage the Team there what an incredible service they offer. I was particularly impressed with the customer service from Tabs who went out of her way to help me find a singing cricket out of so many boxes of crickets to keep as pets for my new grandson. Tam without being asked googled the appropriate substance to put on the base of the crickets new home and I was impressed with Tams knowledge of their food sources and the optimum conditions for their happiness in their new home. We went into look at a hamster as a first pet and came away really educated about caring for them and what they need to thrive. Trent was especially helpful with talking to the two 6 year olds I had with me and explaining things in a way they could engage with and understand. Overall a positive experience during an expensive trip out :)

Harvey and Nicola are an absolute asset to your company and couldn't have been more helpful when I popped in. I was looking for a dog food for my greyhound (and their notoriously sensitive digestive system) and Harvey recommended Tribal for her based on a nutritional comparison of her current food. I then complicated matters by saying I needed to be able to buy it in France. Both Harvey and Nicola went out of their way to research this possibility; calling their Regional Manager to confirm European distribution of Tribal then finding an actual shop in Calais where I could but it. Upon arriving in France all the stress of ensuring our dog got the food she was used to was removed and started our holiday off perfectly. Thank you so much, Harvey and Nicola! Amazing service!

Visited the store today to browse puppy items for our new arrival. We’ve had dogs for the last 16 years, but even so it’s quite bewildering when starting again with a puppy. I wandered around for a while, and selected a few items but eventually I just asked for some help. I’m so glad I did. The assistant Nicola was so helpful, from toys to food. I was amazed she was only very recently recruited with the knowledge she had. A really pleasant trip.

Every time I have been into Pets Corner in Dobbies, Melbourn, I have always been treated really well. Rosie has been very helpful and kind. We have also had lots of fun at the puppy hour every Saturday. We have also been given lots of great advice about dog food brands from Harvey, and I have now changed my puppy over to a much better quality food. A really lovely store. Thank you!

He had a relaxed yet knowledgable manner about him. His friendly approach meant I could have taken notes as he gave me helpful information about the different food I could give my poorly dog. I really hope this young man goes far in your business, he deserves to.

Feeling incredibly lucky to have this pet store locally. Popped in to the Royston branch with our 2 year old dog who was immediately welcomed with lots of attention and love, as well as a tasty treat. He loves coming to this store as he is always made a big fuss of. The staff here are wonderful, very knowledgeable about all of the products, and really compassionate when handling the animals. The manager in particular (Molly I think?) went above and beyond to make us feel like valued customers, talking us through all of the different food brands and their benefits, and then carrying the heavy bag we purchased out to the car for us. It was a delight to shop here from the moment we entered to the moment we left, and I will definitely be spreading the word to everyone I know with furry friends. Many Thanks!

I went to the store to look at items for the new puppy we were getting. The young lady that helped me ( Emily i think) was brilliant. She was very informative and was nutritionally trained. She gave me advice on puppy treats and the different types of food. She gave me all the time i needed whilst also serving other customers when they were waiting.
