I have been dealing with Andrew Craig Estate Agents for a fair few months now and feel that I am in a decent position to leave an honest and fair review. I can not fault the staff. They are professional and friendly. I have recently been dealing with Louise and have found her to be efficient and very understanding of individual needs, the same can be said for her colleague Andrea who I dealt with during a previous potential purchase. The negative to this is that I do feel they over value their properties significantly, especially during the recent market boom. I guess its their job though to sell as many houses for as much as possible. I would advise any potential buyers to research comparable properties first ad get an independent property valuation before entering into negotiations...however, that's business!!! Back to the staff... I feel that I can approach them with any questions I have, no matter how stupid it may sound. I also feel that they listened to my concerns and treated me as an individual and not just someone that they wanted to take money from. Id happily use them again.

Although a buyer rather than a seller through Andrew Craig, I am happy to say that they provided me with a lot of help and information during a rather lengthy purchase process.
