We've recently discovered this wonderful outlet since converting our GSD pup to a raw diet (she took to it like a duck to water!) We've been back several times and enjoy the friendly helpful personal service, good website, and easy parking. Haly loves the products. What a find!

Very pleasant and polite lady who was easy to talk to, I apologise as I did not catch her name. She advised me on questions I had about weaning my litter of kittens onto raw/kitten food. My adult cat has eaten balanced raw before but never whole prey and took to the frozen chick I bought as her first whole prey item right away!

Visited the shop for the first time for some advice and guidance on feeding raw to my new puppy. The staff member was really helpful and willing to answer my questions. Definitely recommend them and will b back for sure

I have used them for over a year for home delivery and popping into the shops at times. I have always had great service, in the shop and with online orders. Delivery is quick, they are always really friendly and go out of their way. Fairly priced as well. I do definitely recommend them.

Great advice for my three Jack Russell Terriers, I’ve been feeding them traditional supermarket products for years. I had no understanding of the nutritional importance for animals. Friendly, knowledgeable and free advice lead me to try an alternative which my animals absolutely adore. The healthy dog treats are also going down well ! Well done pettittandboo

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff with the best stock of raw dog food that I've seen in Norwich. I didn't know this place was here until recently when an online retailer let me down and I didnt want to go back to the other local place after bad experiences. By luck I found Pettitt and Boo and I was so impressed with the prices, stock and how friendly the staff were. 5 stars for you guys, I'll be back soon with my Bulldog in tow.

**updated review** the manager/owner dealt with my complaint efficiently and effectively. I have visited Pettitt and Boo prior to that visit and the staff have been very helpful. Therefore I am changing my review, will always pop in when I'm in the city for a doggy treat 😊 Charged £3.99 each for two treats that were clearly priced £2.99. When questioned, the member of staff just said they were priced incorrectly and offered no apology and was very rude. Won't be returning.

Fantastic shop! Helped guide me through the 1st time raw feeding process and have never looked back. Everyone is lovely & helpful. Communication is great if any issues with my online orders. My boy loves all he treats & food. Love that you are just down the road for me, free parking...always a bonus!

Great products and prices. My animals have been spoilt after visits here. I couldn't get to a store today, so opted for delivery.. 2 hours later my order turned up. How about that for service! Very pleased. 100% recommend.

Pettitt and Boo is such an amazing place. The staff are incredibly friendly with fab knowledge about dogs, the raw diet and supplements. Our dog loves going there and thrives off the food and treats provided by them. Highly recommend. If you’re not sure about the raw diet, please go and speak to them. There’s no judgement at all and they’re more than happy to assist with any questions.

Good place to go for raw pet food and other pet food alternative. A good range of products. Staff are friendly and helpful can be a little expensive.
