Travelled 1.5hrs to get there, it was good and picked up a few bargains. Brand max down stairs was really good, upstairs had a home department which I liked. They had a separate clothes section upstairs which was shocking. The clothes were all ripped or stained and over priced. What would make this place better is if they had toilets and a place you could buy food.

A terrible place, Don't waste your petrol, your time your effort one signless you have to go round sports direct all the gardens and then ask people where it is. 2 when you get inside it is like a jumble sale all prices are over inflated, it used to be many years ago the place to go to it has gone down the hill. I wasted my time going from Leeds today there and came back with a bucket and mop that went to throw in the window . Please do not go to this place it needs to be shut down I've been hearing so many people going all the way across the country hoping for cheap designer brands your better off going to TK Max.

You have to be a super savvy shopper with tons of patience... and if Lady Luck is by your side, you can grab some good bargains. Some of the other stuff is ridiculously priced - but its all about the brand name. If you get all excited by seeing stuff tagged 'Calvin Klein', 'Jack Willis' and the like, you may hold a different perspective to me, and find some "okay deals" at all times. But if like me, you're after stuff that's cheap and decent, (and you get horrified by the thought of spending hundreds of pounds on a single garment) then what I said at the beginning matters..

Huge store and very spacious so suitable for pushchairs, wheelchairs etc. Great variety of departments, some bargains to be found, lots of brands available, Calvin Klein, Michael Kors, Barbour, North face, Kickers, and many more. Full of gifts perfect for Christmas at the moment. Good Black Friday deals, new England Kit available, plenty of free parking, £20 voucher back on £100 spend at the moment. Downside was no staff near the tills and the self serve instructions are still clearly on show, imagine my embarrassment when I started following the instructions to be told that you have to wait to be served now 😳🤦🏼‍♀️ Would definitely recommend a visit and I will return.

Stuff is ridiculous! The price on the package £35, and she suddenly counted £48 to me. She doesn't know why the price on barcode is different (because that's what you gave for this product 🤦‍♀️). A handbag with a price of £20, and the cashier told me to pay £100! You can't do that! I do not recommend it, because the people working in this store are rude.

Hilarious. Staff are rude. Prices make no sense. If you want to waste your time go there.

Full of bargains especially on named/branded items, I purchased 2 Large ferns for my garden I love them.

Great shop, purchased some Firetrap boots. Nice range of Hugo Boss shoes (Which I will be buying on pay day)!

A bit like a bigger TK MAXX the upstairs is home and garden furniture accessories & a discounted section featuring low priced football boots shirts sports equipment shoes and designer clothes , sometimes it can be worth spending time going through the rails as you can always get a bargain ,downstairs again is clothes shoes toiletries and many other things marked down in price

First time in here, bought a good pair of walking boots! A well laid-out store with plenty of parking!

Staff are really rude. Accusing me and my freind for stealing we we are looking to buy 4 items. Then after they realised we didn’t steal they still kicked us out. JOKE

Personally, I found it to be a down market TK Max. That view may have been caused by the fact they didn't have what I wanted. Who knows. I found it haphazard inside. Although stock type was generally in one area, it was spartan & didn't feel laid out in any order. Maybe I just didn't get it.

Bad management. Upstairs clothing and shoes no words 😒 Prices are ridiculous for damaged items. Get new management. Get it sorted.

Some decent stuff at decent prices, you have to dig through it for a while to find the gems though

I cam always find a good deal for my family or friends. Last year i stoo shopping upstairs because of the rude and disrespectful staff, but im always more then happy to shop on the ground floor

It had changed slightly since the last time I went more toys etc downstairs the clothes up stairs are in a bit of a mess but if you are willing to search through them you can get a real bargain I bought a leather jacket for £65.00! women's leather boots £30.00 and Hugo boss jeans for £40.00 which were all very good value the only drawback was it took a long time to find what you wanted as not everything was in the right place

1st visit. Didn't know outlet was there. Lovely household goods n handbags. Upstairs a bit strange some returned items. But will definitely go back. Staff lovely as well

Generous on price and always have a lot of stock. Various items from clothes to shoes and household items. Go here first before going to a named shop.

They have some nice quality goods and some not so good but you can find a good bargain I got some China mugs a pound each, bargain or what.

Great place to shop if you love a bargain 😁 The staff are really helpful. I have IBS and asked if there was a public toilet. I was told that they didn't have one but due to being in pain I was taken to the staff toilets... Believe me this doesn't happen in many shops.. Thank you for being so understanding!!
