The place is great during the week, weekends its a bit of a free for all. Some staff are brilliant and will serve you and assist when needed, others its pretty much self serve. Overall the place is good but is in desperate need of a revamp to make it a little more interesting and exciting for the kids. Its then i would get an annual pass! The food is average and in serious need of more healthy options - Or allow for customers to bring their own food.

Booked the centre out for 2 hours for my little girls birthday tonight and must say the staff was exceptional, polite, friendly and went the extra mile. Would 100% recommend to anyone

We had our little girl’s 3rd birthday party here last weekend, and it was fantastic. Our party host Mia was amazing and took control of everything: serving food, cutting up the cake and sorting our party bags! As a parent of two young children, this took the stress away and allowed us to enjoy our girls party meaning we had a wonderful time. The price was super reasonable too! Jangos in general is our favourite soft play as it’s always nice and clean with friendly staff and great food! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had to leave for 15 minutes for cleaning ,made up drink for children £2.95 and its more like coloured water gggrrrr

Taken grandkids to location several times. They obviously love the ensuing chaos lol. It's not a full two hour visit though. As they have a 15 min clean up. 13.30 - 15.15 is today's session.

After our visit on Saturday 4th March, I would just like to praise the girl who has pinkish hair for her work. She was running around like a headless chicken ensuring the rules were being followed by the children. There was a group of girls in the under 1s area who would've been at least 7 years old. Staff members chose to ignore this and continued to walk past, this is appalling. I watched a Dad leave with his young infant due to this. If it wasn't for the member of staff mentioned above the younger ones wouldn't of been able to play safely as they should. Secondly, there were a group of ladies with a group of children who werent following the rules and going into the under 1s area whilst a blonde staff member was sat with them and she said nothing! Infact she almost welcommed the older children to go wherever they wanted. This again is appalling and should not happen. Lastly, again I cannot express enough how the pinkish haired lady worked. She is a credit to your team.

Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Venue is constantly been cleaned. Food and drinks are nice and reasonable. The play area is very clean and well maintained. My little boy always has fun when we come here!

I was welcomed to this kids play area with my children and my order was completely messed up and the young lady who as described with a septum piecing and ginger / brown haired in charge of the tills and orders mixed my order around and by the time it finally got to me the food was cold and I has seen her giggling about the situation behind my back. Never coming back here again especially after that incident 1/5

Party area is way too small!!! When there are two parties on at the same time, the space is redundant. Very uncomfortable and very cramped. Too many kids running around. Overall, jangos is a great play centre, it's one of the biggest around. If there is no party, its a superb place.

Nice and clean indoor play area. So pleased when we got there. Well worth the price. Toilets were clean too, which is usually not the case in some areas I have been to. Staff are so pleasant, definitely recommend this and definitely will be visiting again. Keep up the fabulous work.

Under one's area a little sparse, but for older children, facilities are brilliant. My little one had a great time

Kids love it here. I just wish more was done to stop bigger kids from going in the under 5 section by staff.

The staff are always friendly and the place itself is always clean and tidy. Lots for the kids to enjoy.

Booked online for 6 people which was really easy and paid by PayPal, the visit was for our Granddaughter’s 2nd birthday, we got there for 13:30 and was greeted by the staff with a warm welcome, once we got in the our Grandson and Granddaughter got straight in to playing in the ball pit and slides, the place is very well organised and the staff are constantly around making sure everything is ok, it was very busy but this didn’t distract from freely doing everything. Parents, grandparents and children all really enjoyed this visit, we purchased drinks for all of us which were reasonably priced and great quality, we didn’t eat so can’t comment on the quality of the food but the prices are reasonable, see photos, all in all a really great family day out

WOW just WOW. Went to Elf Fest tonight and it was incredible. Santa was amazing and didn't rush the children, the children absolutely loved the naughty Elf he was really funny, the atmosphere was lovely buffet for the kids was so good loads of choice. 100% booking again especially the events. Thank you Jangos 😊

Very expensive food and drinks.. there is next to nothing in the under 1s play area except from two foam blocks no toys or nothing …. Tried to take my 5 month old on the slide and got shouted at because she’s not over 4 , yet there’s big kids playing in the under 1s area chucking stuff!! Definitely will not be returning anytime soon.

Great for the kids, good clean play centre but under staffed always getting ordered mixed up and the wait time isn’t great when ordering food/drinks.. A friend was left waiting at the door to enter for nearly ten minutes because nobody was at the entrance desk..

Staff very busy making sure everyone is OK. Lauren the manager busy all over and even dashed off to get me some ketchup.

The kids love it here , it's a great place for the kids to burn energy.. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming

We booked our sons birthday party here and had the private hire, 6.30pm-8.30pm. It was amazing value for money and the staff were so helpful, the kids had a great time. Would definitely recommend booking the private hire if you have more than 20 children coming! Sorry I’ve totally forgotten the guys names that were working tonight but they were fantastic, every thing ran smoothly and they kept us in the loop about why was happening during the party. Excellent service guys, thank you so much!! (Party was September 9th)
