I have been working with Aaron at 12SM for about 18 months with terrific results. When I first came in my knees and back hurt to the point where climbing stairs and getting up out of chairs was a painful challenge. Today, no knee pain, no back pain and I'm playing tennis 2-3 times a week. Aaron works me hard but keeps it fun. Highly recommended!

I will be forever grateful for what Aaron and Yann have done for me. I came to them with a beat up knee from soccer and tried various methods to fix it but nothing truly got rid of the pain. Thankful I was able to train Aaron and after a few sessions my pain was completely gone. I later decided to work with Aaron to help improve my performance on the field to play at the semi-pro level and I’ve never felt more athletic and pain free in my life. From the training on the field to training sessions at their new location, I can say confidently that Aaron is an amazing coach and one who progressively challenges his clients to be better. I2SM is without a doubt the spot to go to if you’re in need of getting rid of pain or looking to just be better in whatever you do.

Nick and the rest of the staff down at I2SM work as a well oiled machine to help diagnose exercises to strengthen your body and ultimately eliminate your current pain. I came in need of severe back pain relief and spent months targeting areas of my body that are working harder than they need to due to my injury. Stretching these areas correctly with the proper guidance has allowed me to have great pressure relief in my constant agony through daily life routines. I am finally at a comfortable place to get through my day of physical labor and we are now working on strengthening my body to the further goal of eliminating my pain. I could not be more thankful of this team and where they have brought me considering months ago I was sure I needed surgery. I highly recommend this company if you experience similar issues. You will not regret the little sacrifice of time you put in to finally get your body back to where it should be.

A+ service all around. Any injury recovery training is rarely enjoyable and sometimes tend to feel like a drag but at I2SM that’s the complete opposite. Aaron is so in tuned and so well educated about what he does, that the experience is not only done in a fun way but you feel an immediate response in your body. I walk into my sessions feeling like I’ve been hit by a bus after my work week and walk out feeling ready to run a marathon. The only negative thing I could say about this experience is that I waited until I got injured. Really wish I started before.

When I first started working with Aaron, I was in the middle of 9-man season and I had just sprained my ankle to the point where I couldn’t stand without help. Aaron not only helped me continue to play, but he also has helped me correct issues that has led to playing pain free, which a lot of us volleyball players struggle with. He’s been an excellent mentor, and knows what it takes to be great. If you’re serious about being great or even just want to live pain free, he’s the guy to go to!

I2SM is such a unique place. The staff is caring, welcoming and friendly. Aaron is gifted at his ability to get to the root of what is causing your pain or issue - and then on the spot - structure exercises that get results immediately. I am so grateful for having Aaron and the i2SM team in my back pocket so I can stay active and be my best!

I have always been a very explosive player with a decent vertical. With this came lots of inner and lower knee pain. I’ve been suffering from soreness/pain since summer began and finally decided that I needed to see a professional. In just one session with Aaron, I was able to not only complete a deep squat with my knees over my toes but also was able to pinpoint some muscle imbalances that may have led to my pain. I walked away with a better understanding of how to “bulletproof” my knees and strengthen the surrounding muscles. Thank you so much Aaron!

I had the pleasure of working with Arron. My right shoulder blade felt like I had a pinch nerve, and it would send pain to my arm and all the way to my neck. This pain was continual for almost three years. It was not allowing me to enjoy playing volleyball. At some point during a game I could not lift my arm up anymore. Arron was able to help me and teach me movements that would reach that pinch allowing it to release with every visit. I appreciate his wisdom. I am able to play again, and play in a more competitive level of volleyball at that, thank you!

Aaron and IISM have been an enormous help to my family, me, and for my clients. He worked with my daughter and me on our vertical jump (she plays D1 Volleyball at Cornell). He helped her correct an issue with her foot. And recently, Aaron gave a live presentation to 70 of my clients at a retreat during which he helped them to improve their flexibility and balance. My audience loved him and we will definitely have him back again!

I had the pleasure of working with Aaron over at I2SM and cannot overstate what a great experience it was. I went in with pain that kept me from being able to work out and from our first appointment I was experiencing relief and a fuller range of motion. It is obvious that the team there is both knowledgeable and passionate not only about their work, but about genuinely helping their clients. The level or care and professionalism is beyond compare and I would urge anyone to pop in see what they’re all about. Even if you aren’t experiencing pain I’ve seen them work with perfectly healthy athletes in order to improve performance. If you’re considering this kind of treatment at all you couldn’t do better than I2SM.

I suffer from Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS). It is a genetic disease that weakens the connective tissues of your body. Since the tendons and ligaments that hold my joints together are weak I am constantly dislocating major joints in my body which causes consistent/ constant pain. I played college volleyball but after three knee surgeries and many years of physical therapy, I gave up on the idea of ever playing competitive volleyball again. In 2021 I tried MSE for the first time. At the start I couldn’t squat more than a couple inches with out pain, by the end of the first session I could squat fully pain free. By the end of a package of sessions I played my first volleyball tournament in 4 years. Half way through I cried because I WASNT in pain and I had never in my entire life played a sport pain free. I2SM can be pricey but I will never be able to say enough about how worth it is. They also have junior engineers you can work with for less $! Thank you to Aaron, Nick, and Catherine for continuing to help me off and on for the last year and probably for the rest of my life - because of y’all I can play my favorite sport in the world again and even squat with heavy weight!!!

I have dealt with knee pain since an injury in high school, and for a long time just learned to live with the fact that if I spend a lot of time jumping (i.e. playing volleyball), I’m going to pay for it afterwards. Nick was able to diagnose the issue in one session, and work with me in subsequent sessions to correct movements/strengthen certain muscles in a way that better supports my knee. I am now at the point where I can play an all day tournament and not think about my knee ONCE, which is an amazing shift. I would absolutely recommend an evaluation to anyone with nagging aches and pains that may be holding you back from a more active lifestyle :) Thanks Nick!!

I had a fantastic experience working with Aaron. He helped me make progress on a chronic hip injury i’ve had for 5 years. He is extremely client/athlete-centered in his approach: attentive to my feedback in what I was feeling/symptoms, personable and informative.

I went to I2SM because I was finally tired of living with constant pain and stiffness in my neck. I was feeling very sore and stiff the day when I went for my first consultation and after an hour of work with Aaron my stiffness was gone! At my consultation, Aaron not only treated the issue but identified and treated the CAUSE of the issue. During my weekly visits Nick led me through a stretching and strengthening program to correct my muscle imbalances. Now I rarely have neck pain, but when I do I experience soreness I have a solution and a team to help. The staff at I2SM is not only professional and knowlegeable, but also exceptionally personable! Sessions are productive and fun, I highly recommend!

I have been struggling with pain on my shoulder since two years ago when I was playing volleyball. It has been a major issue whenever I would hit the ball, therefore some people recommended me, Aaron, to help me, so then I went to the International Institute of Sport & Movement, and I began a session with Aaron. It was already only my first session with him, and I already felt so much better. Along with that, after my second session with him I could already hit the ball and feel no pain. Not only has he helped me with the pain he has also taught me how to prevent the pain from happening again. I am very grateful that he has helped me with the pain, and also because he has taught me better techniques to hit the ball.

I had my free consultation with Aaron Jessee for an ongoing shin splint problem that was literally debilitating and was stopping me from playing. After my 1st session I saw immediate improvement! I decided to continue sessions with Cat Hunter and have had such an amazing and positive experience. She is very educated, patient, and dedicated to her craft. I am happy to say I no longer have and lasting shin splint issues and have even seen a increase in my vertical! I highly recommend I2SM to any athlete looking to recover from injury, looking to improve of certain skill sets, or just looking to get back into the sport and wanting some guidance!

A few weeks ago, I had my free consultation with Cat Hunter. I saw her advertise on social media and figured I had nothing to lose as the consultation was free and she was willing to come to my home. I have been dealing with ongoing lower back and sciatic nerve pain down my leg that has been literally debilitating and stopping me from doing any form of exercise. I have always enjoyed exercising and working out, but due to this pain, all of it had to stop. It was affecting me more than I would admit. I was determined to give it a try and see if she could help me be able to move again. After my first session I already noticed improvement. Not only is Cat knowledgeable and patient she also is great at making you feel super comfortable and always tries to connect with me personally. Working with Cat, and still have more sessions to go, I have already noticed that my back is getting better. I have been able to take long walks and get back to some of my workout routines. I would 100% recommend Cat to solve and help with any injury that is causing you pain or holding you back from things you enjoy. I am looking forward to seeing what more she can do to help with my injury.
