Service is Very Helpfull Of All Staff Optometrist Mr. Vishal Behavier Is Very Polite

Very bad experience ..have gone to buy my father in law 's specs on father's day...after selecting a frame,staff member who was guiding us asked for advance and told that we would get specs in 2-3days... after taking advance there was no response at all from him...and it took almost about 15-20 daysand after that he had ordered the specs ...and in top of that he had lost the eye numbers checked there only and again he delayed by saying..I will call you back ...I will call u back ..worst experience ever...

Absolutely fantastic experience. First time for my prescription glasses made at Titan and couldn't have had a better first time experience. The entire staff is courteous, knowledgeable and provided optimal advice. No over selling or undue promises. They committed the delivery within 15 working days and delivered the glasses within 10. That's a WOW customer experience. 100% recommended.

Though I am a regular user of Titan eyeplus services,I was taken aback by the unprofessional attitude of this particular branch . I visited today, a Sunday,inthe noon,and greeted by an empty showroom,no gatekeeper or staff was there,after a few minutes a staff member came and told to excuse them as it was luch time,and will come back shortly for eye checkup and we waited for around half hour and they were busy chitchatting and doing timepass..finally I left the showroom with out getting my daughter's eye checkup done.and as soon as we reached parking spot we saw all staff member coming out of nowhere. Very bad experience.
