    I have never had such a terrible experience at a food service establishment, much less at Jimmy John's. The owner should not have a franchise location if she doesn't want to honor their corporate rewards program. They purposely had their staff not fill my online order, waiting for me to come pick up so she could come out and scold me for 10 min straight. Complaint has been sent to corporate (not that they'll do anything) and you 'lady' have lost our business forever.

    There was an online coupon giving a free side when ordering a sandwich. I ordered two sandwiches with separate orders to get free sides for each sandwich. It was for me and my friend. When I arrived at the shop, a woman, who seemed to be an owner, treated me like a criminal robbing the shop cause I made two separate orders to get two free sides. She argued that they are individual business and I’m taking advantage by deceiving the JJ system. I didn’t know it was individual business and also am not sure I took any advantage out of the coupon, which is publicly advertised on the website. I remained polite and apologized to her, but also mentioned that they lost a customer. I’d never feel comfortable to visit a shop treating me like a bad person although I just used coupons that the company publicly provided. Btw, the side is only $2! She said that she’s glad that I’m not going to patronize the shop any more cause I’m a bad personal. Wow... if she doesn’t like the promotion, why is this woman so mad at me, not the company advertising the coupons? To future customers to this shop. Please don’t use a coupon. Based on my experience, they will treat you differently, although they may not explicitly say.

    We frequent this location at least every other week, if not more, so I get really excited when I buy so much Jimmy John’s that I get a reward! Yay…but not quite the experience I had today. Today, I used a bday reward and $3.99 off an original on 2 separate orders on the same day. I couldn’t stack both, no problem- I did separate orders. No where on the mobile app does it say you can only use one reward per day. I completed my orders to pick up later. Great, super excited about lunch! I got out of my meeting early so I called to see if I could come now as opposed to later. Sure, no problem. The person I spoke to on the phone was great. He politely said, for next time please only use one reward a day. I said no problem, I will do that going forward. I honestly didn’t think it was a problem- otherwise wouldn’t they build that function into the app? Or have a disclaimer? Here’s where the story takes a turn and sadly my opinion of this location drops. Upon picking up my subs a different person loudly exclaims that I am not allowed to use more than one reward a day. Got it I said, someone already spoke to me. I won’t going forward. This same person then continues to talk about it and very loudly and publicly shames me. I just awkwardly stood there. My extra $4 off really must have upset this person. Now in all honestly, I will continue to come to this location because it’s in my neighborhood but can someone share with the staff -please remember to be kind, it costs nothing.

    Parked over here on a Sunday (when it's supposed to be okay). Kinda of uncool to squat a valid parking spot when the sign clearly permits. Will never come back.

    Sandwich was OK, but took nearly an hour from a mile away and was missing the mustard and peppers I asked to be added. I'm not one to normally spend $13+ after tax & tip on a sandwich, but I have in the past here because sandwiches used to be real good and delivered real fast. Neither seems to be the case anymore. Really disappointing... not sure if it's the company going downhill or just this location. :(

    Freaky fast is right. I barely got done paying and someone was already handing me my sandwich. Service is pretty friendly and the quality of the sandwich seems higher than subway. I at least enjoy the bread more. This location is a good one, they really operate efficiently so even with a line of 5 people, their service times seem to be under 5 minutes from order to hand off.

    I've never been disappointed with any sandwich I've gotten from here. This last sandwich I just got was the best yet, good enough for me to write this review. Never too much sauce, portions for condiments and toppings were above expectation. Nothing excessive, just made sure I got an amazing sandwich for $10.
