The staff are friendly and experienced. Dr. Zhang is professional and she take care my teeth very well. She also gave me detailed information with my dental condition. I have great experience and highly recommend them.

Service has always been professional and great. I have been their customer before, and recently stopped going because of change of insurance plan. We had a urgent need (a broken and fallen dental crown) and the front desk was able to fill us in the same afternoon. Dr Zhang gave us a few treatment options and talked us details about pros and cons of each approach, including a no cost option which actually works better for my mother-in-law because she is travelling in 3 weeks and her schedule doesn't allow new crowns to be fitted.

Dr. Zhang is very nice and professional. I had deep teeth cleaning there since I have not done that for over 10 years. She was very careful and thoughtful during her service and provided me very detailed plans for treatment. The overall experience is super great and I highly recommend anyone to visit there if you need a treatment.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. I was in great discomfort. Maggie did what she could to provide the best medicine to feel better as soon as possible. And schedule follow-up procedures..

The doctor who helped us today was very good, she gave me good advice to take care of my teeth. Always asked me how I felt and if I was okay during treatment. The assistant did okay but I felt she went through my teeth and my husband’s much faster than other assistants in the past. I have a wire between my teeth, she didn’t use the floss to clean that area at all. I think she should have been more thorough.

Redmond Smiles is the best dentistry I have ever visited. The doctors are very responsible and take care of your teeth well. And the staffs are super nice and helpful as well. I had pains and infections on my wisdom teeth and the doctor and staffs arranged my emergency visits within one day and connected with the nearby surgery clinic to treat my teeth on the same day! I did not even expect my pain can be relieved so fast. Definitely worth the 5-star service.

i have a good experience with Dr. Chen, i’m very scared of needle and she’s very gentle while giving the anesthetic it didn’t hurt as much as i thought definitely recommend to people who might be scared to needles like me
