10 July 2022 UPDATE: Waited 20 minutes for a server to give us menus and water. We left with empty stomachs. Great pizza! Way better than the previous owners. Drink selection is good too. Our server was so kind and very helpful. Definitely coming back.

Stopped in to Bostons for Thursday Night Football and it was a fun spot to watch the game. They probably needed more staff since they only had one server for the whole bar (she was great though) the drinks were solid but you want to upgrade the alcohol on mixed drinks cause the well that gets put in those isn't very good. I like the pizza crust they used to have better but that's a personal preference type of thing. The wings definitely left something to be desired. Overall it's a good spot to watch a game and grab a drink

We enjoyed a nice lunch here with Boston's awesome take on the traditional nachos, lasagna and chicken Cobb salad, so good! My daughter had a cheese pizza and loved it, the sauce was a special surprise. Their menu and flavors are well thought out for a chain restaurant. Bravo! 👍

Surprisingly decent food and pizza. Drinks were good although they were put of my beer choice. The service was great and accurately got my order request complete. The bar sounded like they were running a trivia session so I'll be back to check that out.

It was my first time at a Bostons. Our server Austin was great and friendly. My sons ordered chicken nuggets and mac and cheese. When their food came out my one son that ordered the mac and cheese tasted and he didnt like it. I told him to try it again. He didnt like it. I tasted it and it was quite blan. I asked Austin if we can exchange and he was happy to get an exchange. As soon as my son got the chicken nuggets he added salt. I never really saw him do that before. My wife tried one of the chicken nuggets and it didnt have any seasoning. It tasted like it was just covered in flour with zero seasoning. My wife and I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and sausage. The meat was standard but the crust and bottom of the pizza was not so good. It had no taste and flavor at all. It was flat with no crunch or anything to it. What made it worse was the cost of the pizza. $26! At least the kids meals were a special and they were free with any purchase of an adult meal but was quite disappointed in the adult meal. The cheese curds were at least pretty good.

Drinks are good but pizza and wings are not that great. Service is not quick and they are not knowledgeable about there dishes or items in the menu. Overall I can say food and service is ok !!!

When they open. Mediocre at best. Cool idea. But. You can’t cook food. The. Put it on display with fruit flys. Only to re cook it again. Where is you the New York pizza pride you claim?

UPDATE May 2023: Pizza here is AMAZING. Had such a phenomenal waitress and service in the bar area for a Friday night. Got the pretzel bites appetizer with their cheese and it hit the spot! Craved pasta so I tried the grilled chicken and shrimp pasta with Alfredo sauce and I wish the sauce had a little more flavor (in my opinion) but the chicken and shrimp were excellent.

Had great service for late lunch and the cheese curds were great. Ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta and it was soooooo oily. The sauce tasted like generic Alfredo out of a bottle. However, the shrimp in the dish was DELICIOUS and I'd definitely get another dish with that Cajun shrimp.

Love it! We come here every Friday and always have great service and food. The Team platter is legit and gives you a taste of everything. Don't miss out on the fish bowels also! Staff is always so friendly and remembers our order. Stop in and check them out!

Nice place with good food, don't have many options for local beer though

We went there on a Friday, at dinner time and surprisingly, it was pretty empty, but we soon realized why. We ordered two servings of chicken wings, a chicken burger with sweet potato fries, and a kids chicken strips with fries. The chicken wings were a huge disappointment! They were fried too crispy and were super dry, with sauce just somewhat trickled on top instead of dipped. They barely had any sauce or flavor and were unappetizingly overcooked and chewy. Some of the chicken had no sauce on it and upon requesting sauce, we were given Tabasco! It was the worst wings we've ever had. Needless to say, we couldn't get ourselves to finish it. The chicken strips and burger were decent but not enough for us to go back. Service was OK.

I ordered the Sicilian pizza for a takeout. The pizza was amazing. Whenever I'm in there the service Is always so good, the place is always clean, great drinks, music, employees, etc.

Pizza is pretty pricey so I wouldn't order it every time I go but their Brownie sundae is it a must. You get 2 large pieces and it's so warm and chewy. Highly recommend.

My husband and I went there on a rainy Sunday. It was busy, bar was packed. We ordered our food. My husband ordered his burger and I ordered some wings I wanted to try. We had a couple of drinks, my husband got a beer and I had the 5$ Sunday Bloody Mary. The food was good, my bloody mary seemed watered down and tasted like it had no liquor in it. I was hoping to get some veggies in it.. It was plain and boring.. The waiter seemed so distracted that he got my order wrong and tried to charge me for it, but quickly fixed it and I still enjoyed my food. We had other waiters come to us and made sure that we were enjoying ourselves. I only wish that they had wet wipes for your hands after touching sticky wings, so I dont have to use my water glass to dip my hands and napkins in and make a huge disgusting mess. We enjoyed ourselves though. Won't be going back for the boring drinks, but maybe just the food. If the drinks were better, this place could have been a regular eat out. First timers there..

The pizza here is always good! Drinks are also good. But the service is usually awful-so slow & rude. Tonight though was a pleasant surprise! My girlfriend and I came in and had the most wonderful waitress, Kaya, she was so sweet, attentive and ensured everything was to our liking, never let our water cups become empty, offered alternative sauces/condiments that we might enjoy more with our appetizer, and you could tell she actually enjoyed her job and being there/helping people. As someone who also works in customer service it was very refreshing to feel taken care of, instead of feeling like we were a burden/bothering our waitress for doing their job. Places like this need to give employees like that the recognition they deserve before she finds something better to do! Give that girl a raise!

The wings are so good! I always the creamy Buffalo. The drinks are amazing i usually order the long island. I think it’s cool that do trivia on Tuesdays night at 8pm it’s actually pretty fun with a group of friends

I think one of the waiters here went above and beyond. I ordered a drink and told my friends that I loved it but the only thing I didn't like about it was that it was a bit bitter. I ordered a second one and the waiter brought it back and it wasn't bitter at all. I think he may have overheard me and told the bartender to make it less bitter. Aside from that, excellent pizza!

This was my 1st time going there and I would definitely go again. The atmosphere was nice, the service was great, and the food was soo good. I ended up deciding on getting the SHRIMP ON FIRE pizza with the cauliflower crust...so so so good. My friends enjoyed their food as well. They were not disappointed. I recommend this place.

I have been to many Boston's restaurants in the US and Canada. I find that they have a similar template to their menu. The attraction is locations. This Boston's restaurant is good at Mill Creek center. If you are able to sit outside it is a good place to be. But be aware that plenty of people bring their dogs along and you will be sharing space with them. The food is typical with pizzas, pasta dishes and salads. The service is good depending on who serves you. And usually my tip reflects the type of service received. During my visit the service was not as good but I figured there was plenty of people out there that required service so I took that into account. I ordered a pizza and had it with peace and quiet until the server came to give me the check. I kept thinking that my server was cautious of dogs hence the reason I was left alone after my food arrived. Overall Boston's Restaurant is a good place to visit for a meal.

Nachos, wings and cajun pasta was tasty! Pizzas and alfredo pasta were bland. Good service!
