The store is always clean and well packed. And it's very easy to find what u are looking for

Customer's are very important and workers are working hard indeed. No matter month end lines move fast. That's what I like about service in this shop!!!! Keep that standard and tell other shops how to work with customers.

Probably one of the worst pick n pay’s I’ve ever been too. Staff isn’t friendly at all and you’re expected to pack your own groceries .. is that a thing in botshabelo? Also why is it that none of the staff can accommodate non sotho speaking people ?? For a retail company, this is very disappointing and it’s not only pick n pay .. it seems to be the whole Botshabelo Mall. Learn to accommodate other people!

I'm not sure if management consider long queues as a sign of profitability or what. But it really socks to wait on a queue huge trollies whilst you are in the shop to buy lunch. Why are there no express tills here?

I love there services, the shop is open enough. But what I dislike about it is that the place that they keep their fresh meat at is not smelling nice.

The biggest and cleanest by far in the region. Patrons s are treated as royalty. Your modern day one-stop shop. Caters for all your across the gender and age differences. Health protocols are at the premium.
