Is this a gym for pilgrims? Lest we faint if we see a woman's stomach or a man's ribcage? Please

Clean facilities, sufficient equipment, great staff, plenty of parking. It could do with some industrial fans but other than that it's perfect for what we're doing now.

Very nice gym. People can be judgy sometimes but can work with it. Very clean, very comfortable and very mind settling.

Nice size gym. Just enough equipment for the amount of users. Good aircons. Always clean. Friendly staff. The equipment is new. Pilates, spinning etc classes is given - it is included in your monthly fee. Easy to use finger print when entering. Unfortunately no swimming pool. There is also a coffee shop and a kids playground. Body assessments is also given every month. It's also a nice looking gym (for the prize you pay) - cannot compare to Virgin Active - but the monthly fee is also more affordable.

Cancelling my gym membership at this gym was not easy. They kept on making deductions even though i had asked them multiple times to cancel my contract.

There are about 3 gyms in a 3 km radius from where I live, but I prefer to drive 30km to train at Global fitness and 30km back home again. It's worth it every time.

Nice gym and friendly staff

Most of the machines are quite outdated, especially the treadmills. There isn't adequate ventilation. I dislike the fact that each time we are there they are cleaning and using strong chemicals. I had to stop my session so as to get some air. I personally wouldn't recommend this gym.

This is my new favorite temple or iron. With a variety of tradition, functional, aquatic, and therapeutic options it is well worth a subscription if you're in the area
