The facilities are very old and far below average but the staff is very friendly always with a smile and everything is very fast. 5 star for service 1 star for the facilities. But service is far more important

This was amazing, not like any immigration office where you feel like they do not want you there. The staff were so friendly, they helped me immediately and also all my paperwork went so quickly. Two weeks and all were processed. Remarkable and I would like to thank the good people of this office for your outstanding work and friendlyness

The service has been bad since the first day i came here the lady wasn't welcoming at all instead she was so tense and aggressive. I am glad i got my passport and don't have to deal with her anymore
