Lovely private lodges and the safari was amazing. Didn’t see any lions but saw giraffe, impalas, crocodiles and elephants. Loved the welcome drink and we were always accompanied back to our private lodge at night. The dinners were delicious. The room did not have much lighting so struggled to apply makeup. Met some interesting international people over dinner and on the organised safari and boat trips.

Everything about the lodge was amazing! The rooms, the staff, and the safari itself. Special thanks to Sam for being an amazing guide. Truly an amazing place to visit.

We ended up at Ngoma by (a happy) accident. What an amazing lodge this is, couldn’t have wished for anything more. Stunning views from your room and the restaurant, beautifully decorated rooms with a lot of eye for detail, good food (and tasty lunch pack) and the staff is so incredibly kind. We got stuck in the evening by accident and we got such a warm welcome and the concierge even helped us with a broken tire and brackets that came off the car roof. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks a million for a wonderful stay en getting us recharged! (forgot her name, but thanks for the hug when we had just endured a horrible day - girl with the glasses, the stay was fantastic:)

The Ngoma Lodge deserves more than 5 stars. Not only the location with the incredible view over the Chobe River is perfect, also the service, the extremely friendly staff and the luxurious rooms are outstanding. If you want to enjoy a perfectly organized safari in Botswana, this lodge is highly recommendable

Lovely location overlooking Chobe river, wonderful staff and 5 Star food with exquisite presentation. Guides are knowledgeable. Boating was fun, only.issue with game drives is in Chobe National park so some restrictions and given Forest nature of area Big game sightings difficult. Plenty of elephant, giraffes buffalo hippo and Crocs thou. A different experience to delta.

Had an amazing time during our stay in March 2023. We came during the end of west season, so it was pretty warm but every room has great AC units. Our guides were amazing, Jo was so knowledgeable and fun to go on game drives with. The food was great for lodges, the staff was excellent: friendly, pleasant and so helpful. I would recommend this lodge to anyone wanting to visit Chobe. It is on the outskirts of chobe, but we never felt like game drives were overly crowded, instead everyone worked together to help locate desirable game, ie lions, leopards.

What a lovely place/venue, with an incredibly amazing view. Also the hospitality is of a high level. Feels home, but much better! The managers Wesley and Roxanne are doing all the best to bring us and our kids an amazing experience. Also the ranger Jo is top! I cannot give one negative feedback, sorry! Only be aware you will not spot the big five over here but the herds of elephants, zebra's and buffels are incredibly. This results in a mind-blowing scenery at the river bank and looking over to Namibia. Do not hesitate to go, just book and please say hi to all the staff and managers. We hope to be back there someday.
