It was a good place to stay. Very conveniently located between my customer and the airport. Also all the shops and restaurants nearby

Very well located near airport Same feeling of Road lodge and Town Lodge experience. Service is very good and staff of very courteous. Breakfast is excellent with the Live eggs station.

Guys your banding machine took mi P6.00 never returned and didn't accept notes. Fix that machine ASAP, I came around July it was still faulty why, STOP stealing our monies it wrong

The service is amazing, everyone is just nice. The water is always hot, clean towels everyday and the swimming pool looks amazing at night. Located right in a mall junction so favorable shops are close by. Had a lot of problems with wifi connectivity on the 2nd floor but on the ground floor it was good, especially at night. I do recommend the Hotel.

Good rooms and service. It is right next to a large shopping centre. You only need to take a walk to buy clothes, eat out and go to the gym.

Conveniently situated across the road from a mall. Typical town lodge. Rooms were clean and neat. Did not like that the room has a wall mounted aircon which is very noisy. So you can't sleep with it on.

Great location, comfortable rooms, quiet, good service, good price. If only there would be accessible electric sockets next to the bed...

The staff is great, location is excellent-in front of a shopping centre and a few minutes drive from the airport. But the building doesn’t have an elevator.

Loved the service, rooms are clean the stuff is always welcoming and the food always appraising, definitely will recommend to friend and family 👪 loved it.

We visited town lodge just for swimming, the staff was very polite and helpful...we enjoyed our swimming time with some good pizza and beer... As we arrived near the pool it was a bit dirty with all the leaves, but the staff reacted quickly and cleaned the pool so that we can enjoy.....very good service and will visit again

Affordable accommodation nicely located at the Airport Junction Mall

Staff not too helpful, could be a training issue but basic asks were treated like tooth extraction requests. Bizarre. Facilities were fine.

Staff was attentive to detail & their servuce was efficient. The hotel pool area is not too fancy but can satisfy those that enjoy outdoor sitting areas

The lodge is squicky clean, everything looks like is being put to order like a butler with an extreme case of OCD. The garden outside is simple in its orientation but has depth when looking at types of trees and plants in it. I will only fault it on the fact that there is no kettle, tea and coffee in the rooms. Also the TV screen are too small and outdated if you love entertainment when relaxing in the hotel. The staff was friendly and very professional. They execute on requests immediately and are always willing to please the guest. How can I forget, the mall is a 100m waking distance away. I had a beautiful relaxing stay at Town Lodge Gaborone. I will recommended staying here when in Gaborone
