    Loved the Hilton. The brightness of the welcome and the good morning smiles and the gentleness of the cleaning managers....... :). Will be happy to stay here again and recommend to others.

    Check in was efficient. Location is perfect, the staff are professional and helpful always. Beautiful views. Exceptionally clean. Mini laundromat located on site on first floor, buy laundry tokens at front desk. On site mini shop. Outside seating and swimming pool. Free parking. Uninterrupted free WiFi. Fully equipped working gym. My experiences didn't meet my expectations, some good, some poor. My first dining experience; no menu for the first 30mins, no drink offered, ordered fillet steak, served rump in a pasta dish, after aImost an hour I approached the bar for a drink, although it was an ala carte service. Disappointing. My following dining experiences were much better, improved and in fact excellent dining service, complementary wine glass 🍷 and overall I was really impressed. Housekeeping was a disaster, first morning, I asked for coffee sachets in my room, second morning I asked for coffee again, third evening after an exhausting day I headed for the shower and found no towels in the bathroom. I do hope my next stay would be better because I do love the Hilton.

    Clean and spacious room. Spacious shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast is amazing, and I specifically liked the cappuccino machine. Above all, excellent customer service πŸ‘ πŸ‘Œ

    I was not pleased when the first time it looked like I was being ignored to an extend that 2 employees were attending to one white customer ignoring me, until I complained than was attend. After that I was pleased with the service. May be it might be good if you have one or two employees at the entrance so as to guide the customers inside the shop, though at times some customers seem not to like it. But when done professionally its a good boast for the business.

    Wonderful stay! Check-in was quick and the staff where friendly and helpful. Rooms are well appointed, clean and modern. Basement parking is available and easy to access. Dinner was average (I ordered a ribeye steak) but the burgers where delicious. The waitron, Benny, was proficient, helpful and really friendly. Room service is available until 10:00 pm and there is a snack shop in the lobby. Breakfast was great, with loads of options. Overall a much better experience than Hilton Munich.

    Nice simple and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Well located. Only issue was the heat wasn’t very strong for the cold nights. Secure location and very quiet. Pretty solid overall.

    Really great place to stay in Gaborone. The rooms are crisp clean, the food is unmatched, Airport transfers on time and extremely comfortable- complete with Wifi, the staff is very attentive… Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had to date (and I’m well travelled).

    Had a lovely stay at the Hilton Gardens. The refurbished from is beautiful. Didi in the restuarant and Tumi at front desk gave exceptional service and made my stay memorable. Shuttle to airport was really pleasant. Will recommend the hotel to others.

    My stay was Hilltop at the Hilton Garden Inn Gaborone, I would recommend it to anyone, any time, The General Manager Boss Lady Thabani Ndlovu is good and knows her JOB, I got a random call from her just checking if everything was OK something that has not happened in all my travels inside and outside Africa.

    Expensive for what you get. WiFi was not great and I often dropped the connection. Restaurant has limited options but service is good and the food is good value for money. I would recommend not ordering steak as both time I ordered steak it was tough even though it is advertised as matured steak.

    Very nice place to stay. Super friendly staff when you get to reception. However, I find that the restaurant lets them down in the evening. Service is too slow. I had to wait over 90 minutes to get food on a couple of occasions. Also, not everything is on the menu, and sometimes, you order before finding out what you want is not available. Would be good to know when ordering what is available and what isn't

    Super friendly reception and cleaning staff. Good Service from the restaurant staff. Food was excellent. Held a business conference at the venue, the service in this department was slack and lacking. Coffee was only set up 10 minutes before the meeting started so early guests had nothing to drink. Room was not cleaned properly carpets dirty. Called someone 3 times regarding the Aircon which was only fixed when the meeting was done and over 30 people sweating inside for several hours. Conference staff were never available had to look for them and nothing was explained about where lunch would be served etc. Wouldnt use this hotel again for a business Conference.

    Had a very good stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Gaborone, great service from the staff (where did you get this guy Bumble Bee?! different accents and very confident in speech) maintain the standard and security! Keep it up!

    Centrally located, attentive staff that give an authentic and warm Botswana welcome, the in-house food (traditional Seskwa, Oxtail, pap apart from the usual) is good, the pool is clean, fast wifi, amenities excellent and it is located nearby key places. It is quiet as opposed to the nearby Marriot Protea (though you can walk to the Ayoba CafΓ© Shisanyama for some of Gaborone's best clubbing, with locals!). All that at an amazing price. What is there not to like?

    Small and cosy hotel that has great service. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, nothing too extravagant. Great place to stay for business and great location too near most of the financial institutions. The only complain is that the main dinning room is small so at breakfast you will probably miss a seat between 7-8 am if its busy.

    The ambience is great but I wish people at the kitchen would put on gloves, i saw a kitchen assistant build up a burger with her bare hands. Covid has really made us more aware and cautions of our environment.

    This was supposed to have been a lovely stay after a stressful trip. Unfortunately there was a general power outage that meant that we couldn't get to our room on 6th floor. Management were very apologetic and helpful and finally helped us to go up the stairs to our room. It was a number of hours before power was eventually restored and we were informed by management. However the room had not been well maintained and we had no TV, the air con didn't work properly, set it for 12 hours but it still went off during the night, the shower was pathetic with only a dribble of hot water and the bedside light unit on one side of the bed hanging loose. At the end we had a meeting with the maintenance manager to discuss the problems so hopefully no-one will ever have an experience like this again. What was really bad was that there was absolutely no discount applied due to the poor experience and they want us to come back! Not all the hotel's fault because of the power outage but very definitely their fault for the poor condition of the room.

    A pleasant stay in a neat and well laid out establishment. The reception staff are well informed and most helpful. The room was comfortable with all the conveniences needed to get a decent nights sleep or a little work done. The breakfast had a decent variety with the menu changing just enough daily to keep one interested. The only disappointment was the bar and room service with the staff seemingly inexperienced at drink preparation and not having a good grasp of what items they have in store.

    I stayed there only a night unfortunately so didn't get to experience the gym as I'd intended, but from my arrival to my departure I experienced such a warm welcome, I felt very appreciated and catered to when you are traveling alone you want that kind of reception. the rooms a quite spacious, everything with an excellent finish and modern decor which I love! they are the only hotel so far I've experienced with an iron already available in my room for me to use whenever. that was such a delightful idea. the staff were so friendly each 1 came to assist me with such good energy at every request. and ofcourse the location is fantastic in CBD, ease of access to many restaurants and nightlife. thank you and I will surely come again

    Very happy to be back in Gabs and Staying at The Hilton. Personally the Hilton that provide the best service, out of all that I stayed in before. Felt very comfortable with the Hygiene standards on the back of Covid. Well done to the TEAM and THANK YOU.

    Never stayed there. but went for coffee with a friend in the downstairs dinning area. The service was terrible as everyone ignored us despite seeing us until we had to yell to get their attention. Even after yelling, we were given menus then left alone for long until we had to ask someone else to tend to us because we were ignored again. The server who came to us was very helpful and efficient. He made our mocha lattes too which tasted great. Ask for Khutso and give him a good tip 😊

    Nice hotel, with clean and spacious rooms and good wifi connectivity. Service at reception is excellent. Small gym but adequate. Only downfall is the level of service and quality of food at the restaurant. I will not recommend eating at the hotel. There are only limited options (2 dishes on the menu) for vegetarians. Breakfast is average.

    Located in the CBD and easily accessible by either vehicle or a short walk from the bus rank. It has clean rooms with quality service by the staff who are always ready to serve you with a big smile on their faces. The rooms are spacious with either a shower, bathtub or a combination of both the shower and bathtub. The prices are also customer friendly.

    My stay was 20 nights. The room given to me (215 on 11/09/2022) had an issue with tempurature controller. Room temp was 18 centigrade and I had to stay in that room for 2 nigts and had to fight with the front desk person as she told me to stay for two more days untill they fix it. (On thrid day morning I againg made a complain and the person at front desk promissed me to give a new room, but on my return from office at the night around 8pm the person at front desk said it will take 2 more days to fix it and I have to bear the situation.) Imaging hiw you feel after a long working day. She also lied to me when I said I want speak with her Manager. She said no managers are available while the front office managress is at her office. On checkout same front office person refuced to send someone to manage my 3 luggages. Two are heavy. Her point is that it is on their independance day and no staff avaialble. Even no managers. I had to managed it finally as no point of taking with them. The Front office person in this matter was very rude in her words and body language. I will never recomend any body to select this hotel as they are no taking any actions to correct that issue. What was happend in 13 sept was repeated on 30 sept while the Front office managress promiised me that she will make sure not to repeat the same experience to it customers anymore.
