It simply doesn't get any better than this. A must visit!

Great wildlife experience destination. Saw the big 5. Have range of hotels and lodges and even can sites depending on the need and budget. Boat cruise and also Victoria fall day trip facilities also available. If planned well ahead it’s truly a worth experience.

The park has quick access to a wonderful viewing area of flood plains which are rich in wildlife. You MUST have a true 4WD vehicle to do the park. An AWD will not get you through the many places of deep, soft sand. From the entrance near Kasane, there is only one option to travel in the park, and is one way. The long loop travels along the river flood plain edge, then returns through more the middle of the park. Again, do not attempt in anything other than a 4WD vehicle. We had an AWD and figured it would work, but it won't. The abundance and quick access to the wildlife is fantastic, though.

Great reserve: it's much less crowded than other reserves, and you'll easily spot many animals up close. A must-visit if you're in Botswana!

An amazing experience..beautiful Sedudu Island. Everything was wow!!

Amazing trip starting with a morning boat safari where we witnessed at least a hundred hippos and over a thousand elephants. The afternoon game drive culminated in the sighting of a lioness and her mate, a big lion.

Choberific. Chobtastic. Awesome place. Your life is incomplete if you have not yet been here.

Poor condition of the park is a disgrace. No effort is made to present this national heritage with any pride all the while skyrocketing parks fees. Get the roads and signage sorted.

I got to see different prides of lions in one game drive. As a photographer, it is the best place to visit. My stay at Chobe Game Lodge was also phenomenal, they have set the bar beautifully high.

This is where people come into the animals area. We feel all humble to see how animals are living peacefully in this very well preserved sanctuary. You can see lions 🦬, elephants 🐘, giraffes 🦒, zebras 🦓, buffaloes 🐃, hippopotamuses 🦛 impalas, birds, etc. Wonders of the mother nature!

What an experience! Better to come around August/September. During the drought (dry season), more animals are coming closer to the river and you can watch them and take pictures. Around February, the place is very green and the animals spread more and it's slightly harder to see them. Impalas, elephants, Hipos and crocodiles are to be seen the whole time. Get up early to catch all the animals before they get their siesta when the sun comes up...

Chobe river game drive was awesome. We spotted crocodiles & hippos. It was amazing being close with the hippos.

We enjoyed. Make sure arrive by 6am as lions usually leave early.

Wonderful natural park home to one of the largest populations of wild African Elephants and many other wild species. Super well preserved and managed. A true gem that speaks much about Botswana's dedication to preservation efforts

Plenty of wildlife..excellent game viewing.

We took 2 Safari drives and a boat cruise. Saw many elephants, lions, zebra, impala, and more. The wildlife was amazing! I'm glad we had guides, and 4 wheel drive is a must. We were able to get very close to the animals, but I felt like maybe we were invading their space too much at times. Overall, it was the experience of a lifetime!

Most elephants anywhere on earth. Also much more than pachyderms to see and enjoy.

Amazing experience. Chobe has the largest number of elephants and animals here don’t seem to care about people. I was right next to elephants but didn’t get charged. I did a day tour in Chobe including boat ride and game drive. I think a Day is fairly good enough at Chobe. Highly recommend it especially for those staying in Zimbabwe or Zambia for Victoria Falls

A truly unspoilt nature reserve with abundance flora and natural wildlife situated in northern Botswana. Its also the home of the big 5.. Flood waters from Angola come to form the lush flood plains of the Chobe area and Chobe river. A real photographer' paradise with lots of hotels and campsites to suit every pocket.

Breathtaking and such an amazing experience. Four Ambassadors Travel Agency really hit the ball out of the park with this one! This is a natural resource! Don’t expect close encounters with all animal, however, we did had a huge close encounter with the elephants. It was breathtaking! I recommend this place!

Amazing! We did 5 safaris in the park with a guide. It was spectacular! The guides were really great at tracking down the animals. We saw lots of elephants and hippos and impala. We also saw lions. zebra, giraffe, jaguars, hyenas, wild dogs and more! We even got to watch lions hunt.

Chobe National Park covers a very large land mass and we only spent time one area near Kasane. We did 6 game tours, one on the water. Every time we were out we had at least one exceptional experience and many incredible animal viewing. I love the fact our guide would sit and let us observe the animal interactions. I would return to Chobe in a heart beat!

Chobe is one of the best national parks in Southern Africa. Particularly the Northern stretch, by Chobe River, has an incredible density of animals. If you want to be sure to see elephants, this is the place to be. The North-Eastern part close to Kasane can get very busy with Safari vehicles, but the rest of the park can be enjoyed in almost complete solace.
