My fave place to stay in Gabs. Centrally located. Apartments are well appointed and comfy. Staff are great. Close to night spots and restaurants. Gym also nearby.

The hotel provides self catering holiday accommodation mostly for long stays, more than 10 days. The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette including a microwave and a separate living room with beautiful views. The bedroom is separate from the living room, it's not open plan, great for privacy if you have visitors. The views are amazing, the way the rooms are set up is just marvellous. The location is perfect, you're spoilt with so many choices of restaurants and some cultural sites ie the Three Dikgosi monument. The hotel towers over the city Gaborone and as far as the eye can see, unspoilt views all day long. If you're staying for 10 days or less, service is poor, from the front of house manager being dismissive to not providing you with cutlery although you have a kitchenette with a microwave. When I queried this policy, the front of house manager grudgingly agreed that one could bring/buy own kitchen utensils/cutlery...... , how applicable .... I don't know. Otherwise a beautifully located hotel and they thought of everything, just ensure you stay for more than 10 days, to fully enjoy this gorgeous hotel.

Secure Parking, friendly people their was one stage where aircons were not working for more than two months the Printers don't always connect to your PC and the landlines will work then once you try and call that number again the call won't go through. In terms of the Staff they will bend over backward for you to try and resolve issues for you

It's not easy to get to some of the top floors. I struggled to locate floor 10 in one of the elevators. Had to go to floor 11 and went down 1 flight of stairs.
