Wi-Fi:
The
Wi-Fi
connection
was
disappointingly
slow,
individuals
may
need
to
work
after
completing
their
courses.
2.Inconsistent
Hot
Water:
Hot
water
for
bathing
is
not
readily
available
at
all
times;
it
only
becomes
available
for
those
who
turned
on
the
shower
first.
3.Meal
availability:
it
is
advisable
to
arrive
early
at
the
restaurant's
opening
to
ensure
that
all
food
options
are
still
available.
When
complaints
were
made,
the
staff's
response
was
simply
to
arrive
earlier.
4.Noise
and
Window
Issues:
The
windows
in
the
rooms
do
not
close
completely,
allowing
outside
noise
to
disturb
guests.
This
significantly
affects
the
comfort
of
the
stay.
5.
insects
Issues:
During
my
stay,
I
encountered
insects,
such
as
lizards,
in
some
of
our
rooms.
This
is
not
in
line
with
the
expected
standards
of
a
four-star
hotel.
6.Restrictions
on
Food
and
Room
Visits:
Guests
are
unable
to
bring
food
to
their
rooms,
also
gests
are
not
allowed
to
visit
each
other
or
their
friends
in
their
rooms.
7.Security
Measures:
Whenever
a
guest
leaves
their
room,
a
staff
member
inspects
everything
in
the
room,
creating
an
atmosphere
that
feels
distrustful.
These
are
just
a
few
examples
of
several
other
issues
that
should
not
be
present
in
a
four-star
hotel.
