First Cash Pawn

Pawn shop

👍👍 I took my laptop to 3 different Pawn shops and Mister Money gave me the most money by FAR. They were very friendly and the entire transaction only took ten minutes. Others May have had a different experience with them, but all I can say is mine was great. Thank you!!! PS - Google says they’re op... People often mention shop, pawn, times,

I went there to find a newer iPad and finally found here.. they had it priced lower than eBay and even gave me $5 off. Both of the associates were extremely kind and helpful to me and everybody else in the store.. thanks again

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! FIND ANOTHER PLACE!!! I'm an IT professional. I bought a cordless ratchet wrench to remove a UPS from a server rack. The bolts were already loose so I didn't even need it, and used it for less than 5 minutes. I then forgot about it, and missed the return window. So, I decided to sell it at a pawn shop in order to recoup some money, and purchase a fiber optic tool for a new project. You would think that a pawn shop would appreciate an item that is in almost new condition right? WRONG!!!! They said that they can't take it, because it's "too nice looking". 🤣 I've never heard of such a thing in my life lol, have you? They said that even though it wasn't in it's original box, didn't have any of the protective wrapping on it anymore, and clearly had minor scratches where I had placed a socket, they refused to buy it because, and I'm not kidding, to them it looked too "new"🤣 I think these guys are still wet behind the ears, or maybe they need to be retrained. One of the workers even started rambling about something to do with racketeering, or some nonsense which doesn't even make any sense probably due to the fact that he looked a little sketchy, and was probably on something...which would help explain why he was acting so paranoid. Seriously, think about it... By their logic, if I would have just taken a screwdriver and scuffed it up, maybe drop it a few times, make something loose...in other words lower it's value and damage it...THEN! these guys would have wanted it.🤣 I bet if I brought in some brand new looking gold jewelry, or guns the suspicious characters who work there wouldn't have cared how "new" it looks 😉 Anyways, posted it on Marketplace, and Craigslist. Sold it the next day, and very likely received much more than a gross pawn shop would have given me. I recommend selling whatever you have yourself so nobody takes advantage of you, and if you just need a loan please look at reviews, and do not go here.

Word of advice. DO NOT attempt to do business with this establishment. Every employee including the managers all have very grimey business practices. They will offer you the most insulting lowest number imaginable when attempting to sell/pawn your items, they literally offer roughly 10% to 15% of your items used value. Not only that but they will flat out lie to your face claiming your item has sold listings on eBay for a ridiculous low amount when if you look there will not be a single listing for the amount they claimed they’re going off of. I’ve had this happen to me 2 separate times now. Almost the exact same scamming techniques both times. I get a business has to make a profit. But what they do here isn’t making a profit. It’s just plain unethical robbery attempting to take advantage of people who have fallen on hard times. Trust me don’t waste your time with this place. I will GUARANTEE that you will not be treated fairly or receive a fair offer for your items. Not only that but the staff here is by far the least knowledgeable group of people I’ve ever encountered at a pawn shop. Literally clueless on 90% of the things people bring in. Horrible pawn shop

First Cash Pawn is usually very helpful and quick to help you with an item. But, today, I came by to pick something up off layaway precisely 6 minutes before the store closed, and as I approached, a staff member was locking the door. I stood at the door, peering in, and made eye contact with an employee. Rather than unlock the door, she just looked at me and continued about her closing duties. All in all, this trip was a waste of time. I'd recommend getting to the shop 10-15 minutes before closing if you'd like service.

While they didn't have what I was looking for, they answered the phone on the third ring, looked for a pneumatic tool that I was in need of, and got back to me in under a minute or two. While this is probably based on the number of customers in the store, they were fast, polite, and quick.

Terrible service, very poor customer service and definitely don’t treat customers like they are important! 90 per cent of property brought in they seem not to know about! I don’t recommend this store

I have been pawning here for a long time ( ups and downs if life right) and they are very straight forward and honest l a couple of times, have forgot to get stuff out and so long as it's still there, tou pay off the the interest, it's back to yours. Completely fair if it's of value and will work with you to help you out. Good management and staff, won't go to any other pawn shop, and very good instrument and tools selection!!!

Lowballers!!!! Everytime i come in they have no clue on pricing for anything. A few times ive gone and had a set price then the clerk says let me double check with my manager and then dude comes over doesnt even look at what your selling just shouts out a lowball offer! Recently took in an ipad that the eco atm was offering $80 for well the kiosk was broke so i drove down the street to these guys and same manager was like “Ill give you $10, I only sell them for $25!” Like i was born yesterday!!!!

Guy who helped us get our items back out of the shop was really helpful and kind. However, his boss kept making rude, snarky comments insinuating that we weren't intelligent enough to understand the process. He had a generally poor attitude as well. Very rude. When we come in to a place like this, it's because my family was having a hard time, and the last thing we needed when we finally picked up our items, was judgment and ignorance.

I bought a gold necklace. I really like it. And they gave me a better deal on it.
