Called to schedule an appointment. Only available appointment was over a month out, so scheduled it. A few weeks later they called me and told me THEY made a scheduling error and need to reschedule me. Low and behold im unable to get any of their other appointments off of work. I called again today and was immediately put on hold for about 5 minutes and the RUDEST woman ever answered and treated me like I was stupid for asking to schedule an appointment, said UH THIS IS THE SWITCHBOARD and hung up on me. Anywhere associated with st petes js a JOKE.

I have had such horrible service at this clinic. Over charged for services NOT rendered! Scheduled for appointments without contacting me three times and then charging me $50 no show fee each time! Physicians are rude and talked down to me, as if I didn’t know what I was talking about.... I came to this clinic from an out of state clinic with medical diagnosis and medical evidence of my diagnosis and had a physician tell me that they don’t believe in my condition and refused to treat me. One doctor rescheduled my appointment I waited two months for because they scheduled someone “more important” than me! I have actually seen three primary care physicians and hopefully have found one that will act like a professional!!! Customer service is seriously lacking. Standard of care is far below the average national standard of care.

Loudly made fun of my medical condition outside of my room. Continued to call me by the incorrect name. Gave me another patient’s medical information on accident, fully violating HIPAA. This place needs a full investigation or needs to be shut down entirely. Every single person I have talked to about this says that St Peters is horrible and should be avoided at all costs. I have yet to find a reason to disagree. Benefis will likely run them out of business when they open their new hospital. This has been reported to their patient relations office, and I have yet to receive the letter they supposedly sent to me. Beyond disappointed.

I wen feeling miserably with fever and sore throat and was worried about waiting a long time. Ultimately only waited in a short line and was seen IMMEDIATELY after being checked in. Both nurses I saw were fantastic and Dr.Book ran all the labs he could think of, asked a lot of questions and validated my experience. I felt genuinely cared for though you could tell it was rather busy. Dr. Book is an exceptional, caring and straight-talling doctor. Our family wishes he did primary care!

This five star review is JUST for you, DR. KIRKSEY!! You are amazing, kind, informative and nonjudgmental. You put me at ease, you listen, you aren't rushed when we meet and you make me feel seen and heard and cared about. You are the epidemy of a caring medical provider. Thank you 1000 times!!

I had an appointment with Jenna Reitz FNP on March 14, 2023. This is the first time I had an in person appointment with Jenna at the clinic in Helena, Mt to say I was impressed would be an understatement. Jenna explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. It’s rare to find a Nurse Practitioner that combines such personal touches and compassion for a patient as a person with an outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming one of her patients! I had a wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Jenna Reitz FNP gets it, from her excellent treatment, curiosity, investigative mind, and ability to connect with you, you know where you stand immediately and what the next steps in your treatment look like. Over all I had a terrific experience, I immediately felt at ease and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Staff was great too, I walked away very impressed HIGHLY recommend

My father was recently discharged from the hospital, on his paperwork he had a follow up appointment at 11:30. We show up and are told his appointment was at 11:00 so we were made to feel like it was totally on us that we missed it. We had no reason to believe the information on his discharge paperwork was inaccurate.

Clinic staff were welcoming and friendly. The medical staff took their time and really listened. Great experience!

Right before my birthday I had pulled a muscle out of my chest however I didn't know what happened it felt like my shoulder was going to be severed from my ribcage and I couldn't breathe for fear of puncturing my lung and my mom had called an ambulance and I rode it to the hospital they had me there from 11 to 4 not telling me anything jabbing their fingers into the painful part until I thrashed then asked if that hurts and said that I was fine it was just gas and I am being billed for the ambulance ride which is $1006 because it wasn't an emergency if I had known it would be that much I would have just sat in agony at home and I am being required to lose 90 lbs to be treated for pcos (according to them) and say I don't need a gynecologist even though I have had my period for 10 years and have been having issues for the past 3 years and I have a family history of cervical cancer. Highly unimpressed by several doctors. Tho I'm very impressed with the treatment of my mom when she had an infection gone septic she was treated with the highest respect.

Dr. Wessel is seriously the most amazing doctor. She is caring, never tries to rush and listens. I’m so proud to be one of her patients. Her nurse was also amazing and caring. Thank you for a so many years of great experiences. :)
