👍👍 My son loves this place! It’s very clean and they are taking the appropriate precautions through this pandemic. The staff is super helpful and it’s super fun for the children. I just wish they had laser tag and the carts open. People often mention kids, trampolines, time, great,

Fun -5 stars My kids had a blast and it wore them out. Hands down the most fun they have compared to the park and home. Staff-4 stars (they try) we came in during the 5pm shift. They smile and know how to find answers to my questions. Cleanliness -1 star The place is slowly falling apart. Tape seems to be the go to. The corners are filled with crumbs and what not. The bathrooms you can tell no one cleans. The trampolines have grime streaks. The small kid area has seen better days. The balls are dirty and falling apart. You can tell they are missing an arrow and just have a dirt outline of an arrow. The tables are sticky and the Arcade games need a solid degreaser or honestly a wipe down. Just sit and look up in the Jurassic arcade game. Look behind the seat of the driving game (old candy and empty soda bottle)The closed down bumper cars have this black tarp/plastic that looks like it has some dark vibes going down. They need a serious deep clean. The Cafe has mustard yellow walls? Or poor lighting? A cola sign that works? Or the employees are to lazy to plug in? Maybe hire a deep cleaning crew once a week?

If you want your child to be harassed by a Hispanic Girl who is employed at this establishment, this is your place! Buyer beware, our children are the most precious and valuable thing in this world. They should be treated with respect and not bullied by there skin color! Management should fire both her and the Hispanic Boy working the front desk !

My family and I had the best time here. They have so many different activities and the staff were incredibly friendly. Thanks for the great time!

So every time me and my son come to this place which he really enjoys an employee named Dakota which I’m assuming is a manager makes sure to helicopter over everyone’s children while they are trying to play. I think the micromanaging on paying customers is wildly inappropriate. These are not his children to be shouting at if there was a posted sign or if you let the parents know, I think that would be an appropriate way to handle things because I don’t want some random man shouting at my two-year-old because he’s doing something I signed a waiver for. We ended up leaving the trampoline place today because my son is taking off his socks he has sensory issues and that is discrimination that he’s not able to participate at this place because he’s not wearing his socks. That is unfair that he is excluded from having fun and enjoying things because of something that simple. I’m going to be looking for a new trampoline place and we come here multiple times a week, but I don’t need to be micromanage at a Place I paid money for.

We rented the place out for our Church youth group. The employees were more than accommodating and very pleasant. The kids had a great time. There are so many things here and the closest thing I can compare it to from childhood is a DZ discovery zone but this is way better and can appeal to older kids. Dodgeball, Lazertag, Lazer course, Warrior type course, arcade, rock climbing, little kids bounce houses, and ample trampolines. Concessions and an eating area as well. They’ve squared it away well to be fun for many ages.

If you're looking for a fun and exciting way to spend an afternoon, look no further than Activate Trampoline Park! From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by a vibrant and energetic atmosphere that is sure to get your heart pumping. The trampolines themselves are top-notch, with plenty of space to bounce, flip, and fly through the air. Whether you're an experienced gymnast or just looking to burn off some energy, you're sure to find something to love here. But what really sets Activate Trampoline Park apart is the staff. From the moment you arrive, they are friendly, welcoming, and eager to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. They go out of their way to ensure that everyone is having a great time, and are always on hand to offer tips and advice. And with a range of other activities on offer, including dodgeball, laser tag, and awesome trampolines, there's never a dull moment at Activate Trampoline Park. Whether you're looking for a fun family outing or a great way to stay active with friends, this place has it all. Overall, I can't recommend Activate Trampoline Park highly enough. With its great facilities, friendly staff, and endless opportunities for fun, it's the perfect destination for anyone looking to jump into a good time!

Great place for kids, and adults, to have fun! This is the second year we have had my sons birthday party here and it continues to be great. There are trampolines, laser tag, ninja warrior course and much much more. I don't have a lot of pictures of the location because I was having too much fun myself. I would recommend for sure.

We started to come here last week as they announced their new toddler town. It is very well done, and clean. The floor is coming up a bit but that’s just a technical issue. Our toddlers enjoy playing in that room and also like the access to the whole place without big kids running them over. The staff was kind. They offered coffee, snacks and candy. At one point in time, we were the only ones in the whole place which was fun. The toddlers enjoyed the nerf slides and running across the dodge ball trampolines. I think it’s a great place to tire out a toddler on a weekday morning. We will definitely be back. We would appreciate another push car, we always bring three kids and they fight over the cars non stop. I decided to edit this review, we arrived at 11:30 to come play today and was told the cost for our toddlers has now changed to 30 dollars even though we are not jumping. This is absolutely unacceptable and I told her I would not have come here after 11 had I known. I think all toddlers should stay at the base price, no we aren’t jumping!

I remember going here haven't been in colorado for a while so I decided to check it out. I couldn't find the sign jump city but then soon realized that they changed the name to activate. I was a little bit a little disappointed too the brand change due to the old logo giving me nostalgia. I walked I. Booked a ticket and couldn't find anything thing the macanical cow the Olds kids area or anything the only areas that stayed the same was the basic trampolines and the outdated party area. I felt like crying seeing the old place I would always wanna go was not the same I may only be 13 years old but Damm It felt like my whole life was destroyed I don't ever wanna go back it hurts too much.
