I recently attended a yoga class at Refresh Studios and had a GREAT experience. Lania was a gentle and skilled teacher and the studio was calm and relaxing. The low lighting, beautiful art, and flickering candles in the studio made it feel like I was treating myself. It was such a nice departure from yoga at the gym. The owner, Alison, was very friendly and welcoming to all. I'll be back for sure!

Refresh Studios is a GREAT addition to the neighborhood. I took Gentle Yoga with Lania on Monday and it was wonderful - peaceful and relaxing. The studio offers a range of classes just about every day of the week and on weekends. Everyone at Refresh Studios is helpful and friendly. The studio is well-kept and they have local on display/sale and there is plenty of parking.

Alison has created a beautiful space that provides safe and rejuvenating services and products!

LIa's belly dancing class is AWESOME! She is so fun and is a great teacher!!! Her husband plays live music along with the recorded music. It makes a huge difference and really gets the class going. . We love Lia!!!! It's a great work out (not easy either) and a really fun time!

I have loved my membership at Refresh Studio, the teachers are all very talented and kind and the choices are extensive. I joined before COVID and was able to continue because of the virtual experience Alison put together. Highly recommend and have referred a couple of people there!

I've been a member at Refresh Studios for nearly a year and I've loved every class I've taken! The instructors are skilled and knowledgable and great about offering modifications to make the exercises both easier and more difficult, depending on students' preferences. The studio is a welcoming and warm space, and newcomers are embraced and included from their very first class. I highly recommend Refresh Studios to everyone interested in establishing a consistent yoga practice or other physical and spiritual activities.

Refresh Studio is one stop shopping for your health and enjoyment. My annual membership allows me unlimited classes - I take 6 per week! Love it!
