The store was clean and organized. Immediately upon entry, Maggie asked me if I needed any help. She very successfully helped me with everything, including a resizing. She found me exactly what I needed, and helped me through several sister sizes and bra styles. She was very patient, personable, and efficient. Based on other reviews for this store location, she is exactly what this store needs more of; great customer care. Five stars for Maggie and her immaculate customer service.

Terrible customer service here. I went there to grab some items before our dinner at Texas De Brazil. I waited in line for over 10 minutes when there was only two people in front of me which was fine but we had dinner reservations so I asked if she could hold for me for after dinner which would be less then a hour. She literally told me no! I don’t know if this is a character issue or a bad management and training issue . Either way I use to work in retail and would never handled or treated a customer this way. I won’t be back!

The lady who checked me out refused 3 times to adjust the price on a bra that rang up wrong. After the THIRD time explaining to her it needed to be fixed I told her to look at the bra where it was CLEARLY marked. She didn’t even apologize for her mistake. She actually seemed annoyed that I was right. Also every time I told her it needed to be fixed I got a very different answer that made no sense. This is why people prefer to shop online…

Came in for the sale on panties. Apparently I missed it. 🤣😂 I still got the 5 for $32. There was not a huge selection. Help was good. Almost too good. I don't know how many times I was asked if I needed help. Again, it's not a bad thing just not what I expected.

Very nice employees and great fragrance selection. Wish they'd bring back the classic "Pink" fragrance along with Halo and other fragrance originals.

Went in to do a return and exchange and received top shelf service. Was helped to find a nice scent and taken care of at the registers with zero wait time. I love this store and the hard working staff. Give them ALL a raise immediately.

Not worth the trip. The inventory at this location was lacking at best. Very disappointing 👎🏻

Got my grand daughter fitted today, they were extra nice. Didn't go in to buy just get fitted, but got her a couple bras being as though they were nice.

Leslie however you spell her name a manager is very rude. Why do places keep people like this running their stores?

Great team they helped me pick out some great gifts for my wife. Store manager exceeded my expectations and has great customer service.
