One the one hand, I’m extremely happy that there’s now a Vietnamese restaurant that serves bánh mì. On the other hand, the food was average. The flavor of the sandwich was great, but it was about as dry as you can imagine. I hear that a traditional bánh mì uses day-old French baguettes, but these are especially dry and chewy. I’ll be trying other dishes here in the future, as I am excited that there’s a Vietnamese restaurant so close to home.

Been to many Vietnamese restaurants in Denver and this place is fantastic. It's very clean and the food were delicious. They have a large menu to choose and the prices were very reasonable. I had the large combo pho and it was delicious and the portions were great. I would definitely recommend this place and return again.

This was the best Vietnamese food I’ve had, and great service. They just opened up so try it out and leave them a good review. We had the chicken noodle bowls. Veggie egg roll appetizers were very light and refreshing, wrap in the lettuce and top with the sauce. Coconut or a fresh fruit boba smoothies. Amazing.

The pho here is so flavorful! Kinda felt bad adding my usual spice and flavors because the broth was great on its own. Soup had so much meet and ingredients they do not skimp. Be careful on first bite because it comes out HOT. I really liked the honeydew boba as well. I’d go back for sure.

I really like this food, so i thought to try out this place. The bowl was large just like all the others. My order was the combination bowl very good stuff. Once it came the broth was room temp, and the combination meats were lacking. The atmosphere is nice with an outside eating area that you can enjoy on a nice day or night. The can coke or whatever doda will run you $2.50, yes they tax that big time. I think I will give then another try this time I will let them know about the broth and the combo meats.

Hands down one of the best pho restaurants I have ever been to. Everything about this restaurant is top tier from the food to the service. Never had a bad experience here besides one time where it was busy and waiter wasn’t too attentive and didn’t fill our cups with water but like I said it was busy. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and always enjoy my meal.

If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars I definitely would. This was the worst pho experience of my life. The water did not taste appealing so my daughter and I ordered a coke and some tea. We also ordered some cheese wontons which were also very unappetizing, the sauce did not look familiar and almost tasted like straight oil. The cherry that tops the cake is that our bahn mi were the worst ones we’ve had yet. There was a sauce mixture of mayo and chunks of butter that was very repulsive. We’ve never had a bahn mi with that addition so it was very unsettling. We sent our sandwiches back to be made without the sauce, and received them back with little to no meat. We asked for jalapeños on the side to put on top of our sandwiches and they served us green bell peppers instead. We went out of our way to go there and left completely disappointed, unsatisfied, and with a completely loss of appetite. I’m writing this review 3 hours later and I’m still repulsed at what we were served. They still wanted us to pay the ticket for one sandwich which was upsetting because we had very bad experience and communicated that with our waiter the whole time.

It was fine. Just fine. Wasn't feeling well, and pho definitely hits the spot when you have a stuffy nose and sore throat. Was house-sitting nearby so hit them up for some take out. Staff was polite and my order wasn't quite ready, but came out within a few minutes. Nice folks. Got home. Broth was piping hot, meat was packed separate, as well as veggies. Not much meat, nor veggies, bummer. Put it all together and ate the entire thing. It was...fine. Broth was fine, meat was fine, veggies and noodles were fine. Nothing to write home about, and nothing to go out of my way for. I'll stick to South Federal.
