Loved their outdoor seating area in the summer! They had gluten free fried chicken with plenty of gf sides to choose from. Our server was very knowledgeable about their menu and food allergies present in the dishes. Great experience and I’m looking forward to coming back!

Great chicken and waffles, and from the other stuff I tasted it is much the same. Good variety of beer and everyone is bound to find something they like. Standard bar tchotchke things but pleasant.

We ducked into The Post Chicken and Beer when thunderstorms threatened. Even though 2 out of 4 of us were vegan (and it’s a chicken place) they had delicious vegan options available. Our kids ordered the deviled eggs which they said were excellent. My son ordered the original cheeseburger which he said was delicious. I ordered the “tracksuit veggie bowl” (love the name lol) which was fantastic and my husband and daughter ordered the yoga pants salad. It didn’t come with the quinoa since they had just cooked a fresh batch and it needed time to cook down, so they just gave them more kale instead and my daughter and husband were happy. They said it was good. My daughter also got a side of mashed potatoes and gravy and she liked it. The service was a bit slow, but everyone was nice. We would definitely eat here again

Good food, great atmosphere, nice weather. Perfect spot for a bite after a nice drive through Boulder, Co. We sat outside and enjoyed the afternoon there foe a bit.

Uniquely and truly spectacular. The Nashville Hot half chicken was the the perfect level of spicy that built as I ate. The added bonus is the fried chicken is GF!!!! Lots of gluten-free sides, as well! As this is also a brewery, my husband did assure me that the beer was delicious, and he had a blast trying them all. Service is friendly and lots of good vibes inside the restaurant, as well. Worth the visit no matter if you're from out of town or a local.

Absurdly delicious and the chicken tenders were the size of our hands! Try the curry ketchup and ask for Cameron R, the service was amazing! The only thing I wouldn't recommend would be trying all the sauces - the curry ketchup and ranch are the best ones they have.

We’ve been avoiding Post Brewing in Boulder for quite a while now. We visited the Longmont location a few years ago - we didn’t like the beer at all and thought the chicken we good but overpriced. We live near the Boulder location and finally went because it was the only place we could get in without a reservation - and glad we did. We tried *different* beer this time (the Townie IPA and El Corn Mexican amber are so much better than their popular Howdy Pilsner). We also ordered the chicken sandwich and a burger - both were delicious. The two sandwiches were plenty enough to feed 3 people. They have a great outdoor space as well as indoor (unless you’re seated near the kitchen, as we were, or in the awkward back room). We’re glad we gave it another shot and happy to have another downtown Boulder restaurant to share with visiting friends and family!

We've mostly had takeout/delivery but it has always been good. You can get the chicken prepared "Nashville hot" (our preference) or half and half, if there are people in your party who can't handle the heat. Highly recommended!

Good Food, Decent Service with Upscale Prices I was very pleased that they took reservations. When we arrived at 4 PM on Saturday they were already on a half hour wait We started with the homemade biscuits and deviled eggs both were excellent. Each of us got different fried chicken dishes all of which was cooked to perfection and served hot. I highly recommend the house cut fries Overall I found it to be on the more expensive side. For a half chicken with 2 sides, drink and tip it averages $30 per person not including appetizers or bread

The food was really good. Chicken is super tender and juicy. Also a good variety of beer and other drinks. Service today was very friendly!

$18 for a ****ton of ice! I'm not impressed with the food either: super dry fish and chicken. First visit tonight & will absolutely never come here again, especially with so many superior choices nearby. Management did not deescalate and really just made it worse. 😕

I Really enjoyed my meal at The Post Chicken and Beer. The fact that it was on diners, dives and drives on the food network is what brought my interest to this establishment. I loved the deviled eggs. Perfect balance of soft to crispy with the added chicken skin! The gold medal winning beer is so good as well. I really loved the dry rub put on the chicken sandwich! It had such nice texture and flavor! The mashed potatoes were also really good! I can’t wait to come back and try more variations of the chicken hahaha. This place is truly great. The service was really good and the atmosphere is fun and welcoming. I look forward to coming back!

Often stop in here especially for lunch and the deviled eggs are a must have at every visit. Our server was prompt, funny and delightful during our visit. We got to meet some tourists out on Pearl Street and gave them a recommendation for the post and they were thrilled to try it out and get the suggestion. The roasted chicken with arugula and cucumber was super tasty.

Headed to the Buffs Prime Time Coaches Show at The Post Chicken and Beer. Had the Yoga Pants Salad with quinoa, kale, arugula, roasted sweet potatoes, pickled red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, toasted sesame & sunflower crunch, white balsamic vinaigrette. Paid parking is available across the street.

This is a cool little place. Not amazing but service was good and the food was good. The outdoor seating was really nice. Maybe a little tight for a group of 6 but the location is pretty great.

Very disappointed with the quality. Fried chicken was dark brown which means they used old oil to fry it in. Not coming here again. High ratings must have come from drunk college students.

The fact that these chicken tenders are $1 more than the chicken sandwich yet alone $17.99 is absolutely ridiculous. Three small tenders and a coleslaw for $17.99 when the chicken sandwich has literally three times the food on the plate and is a dollar less. Why am I leaving hungry after spending $18 on a plate of chicken? The reasonable expectation would be at least three normal sized tenders for that much money. Ridiculous.

Wow! What a great evening with my family at The Post. We started with the Garlic Mojo Baked Crackerjax Oysters and everyone at the table would recommend them to their best friend! Many had the tenders with a wide range of dipping sauces. I personally had the chicken and waffles with syrup, cherry chutney, and gravy and I was in heaven. The service was attentive, we left with recommendations for us out of towners to hike, and Garrett walked us out, happy and full! I highly recommend The Post for the best fried chicken that time has ever known!!!
