Quite fresh, definitely gives farm to table vibes. My only complaint is that the dining patrons are.. let's just say, quite homogeneous. Service was immaculate, the cuisine was tasty and had some exquisite elements to it, including well curated options. Also, the quail was petite and slightly overcooked, but it's not a huge deal.

Exceptional farm to table dining experience. The food and wine pairings were really good, and the limited menu had some of the best combinations of foods and seasonings that I have ever had. Please make sure you save room for dessert! We all are about half of our entrees, and the meals were great reheated!

Amazing farm-to-table 👏 Tucked into a nook right next to Pearl st, it kinda has a secret vibe. They offer incredible food, wine and cocktails! You could not order wrong here at all.

Great food great atmosphere! Jacob was a phenomenal server. 💯 Worth the experience and didn't leave feeling hungry. The bartender did a great job making craft cocktails on the fly, I asked for a smokey bourbon during my main course and a coffee cocktail with dessert and he didn't disappoint!

We got a gift card here and loved the unique dining experience. We were given bread and butter first and let me tell you - it was the best salted butter I’ve ever had! They offer a couple of options for the 3 course meal and each of the ones we had were very tasty and delicious. We loved the overall ambiance, from the decor to the pillows, art work and sheep fur. It truly is a farm to table experience and we will definitely be back !

We had a dinner with another couple last night and had an absolutely wonderful time. Our server was Sam, and she absolutely crushed it. Her service was professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The food was up to our expectations in quality, and wasn't overpriced for what you get. I was very impressed with the staff, and the food here!

Unbelievable! You will not leave hungry! The waitstaff is remarkable and attentive to start with. The chef prepared a 3 course meal... Salmon Tartare is incredible and delicious as a first course... I had the Salmon as an entre main course...it was perfectly prepared and mouthwatering. Lastly the Raspberry Tart is heavenly. I can't wait to come back!

We visited for a “Dirt Dinner” celebrating two cultivars of spring onions and while we weren’t sure what to expect, we were blown away. From the service to the drinks to the ambiance to the food itself, everything was truly top notch, rivaling some much more expensive meals we’ve had previously. We especially enjoyed the unusual drinks and the amuse bouche (spring onions coated in the most delicate and crispy batter and then flash fried), but really, everything was interesting, unique, and delicious. We will visit again very soon to try the “normal” 3-course menu, which we expect will also be top notch. This will be a place we bring visitors and out of town guests, as it represents the truest farm-to-table experience you can get anywhere.

I stumbled upon this restaurant while visiting Boulder from Texas. By chance there was a parking spot open in front. What a pleasant surprise! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I witnessed only one patron in two hours looking at a cell phone. The three-course plate for $38 was perfect. And the service was superb. This dining experience was one of the top 5 of my life. There was not way to improve it.

Great service from start to finish, very friendly, prompt & professional. The gnocci with lamb ragout was a tasty appetizer. The lamb with merguez sausage was a delicious main course. The chocolate mousse was a delightful desert. The vintage decor, low lighting, and quiet dinning room created a great ambiance for good conversation. The wine and cocktail list is very good.

The staff was welcoming, they placed me as a party of one in a fabulous semi private booth facing outward to give me a lovely vista. The three course was so hard to decide as all options looked great. The pan crusted salmon had the skin prepared as I have never seen done, it was truly crusted into a crisp, an absolutely perfect technique! The wait service was attentive yet subtle in a comforting manner. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and so enjoyable for dining alone on a work trip. This receives my highest possible recommendation..

We had a really lovely experience dining here. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. The employees were friendly and laid back while remaining also very attentive. The food however, was incredibly delicious. We ordered the Charcuterie and a few other dishes (the radishes were probably my favorite) and it was everything and more than I expected. We are excited to return!

Really beautiful space with lovely service. There was a large group with kids who were a bit out of control running across bar stools and spinning in the curtains, but the staff handled them well and politely and they left soon enough. Space was upscale yet casual. Food was delicious. Menus listed on Google are from 2018 and prices much much outdated, three course meals ~$65 now.

Visited this cozy restauraunt yesterday for dinner and drinks. Dinner was fantastic, the Salmon dish was the best I have had this year. The use of fresh corn, tomatoes and other fresh veggies made this dish come alive! I highly recommend !! The bar is small but oh so cozy! Melody heads up the bar, and has some of the most enticing original savory cocktails out there!! Don't miss the opportunity to try some, you won't regret it as they are a great starter to enjoy and relax, and have during dinner !!! This place turns out to be a local gem that should not be missed !!!

Fantastic dining experience. Delicious three-course meal. Despite a limited number of menu choices, it was a tough decision. Everything sounded great. The space us incredible. Intimate seating arrangements, comfortable cozy love seats and effective use of drapery make every table feel like a private dining experience. The service staff was attentive but did not seem to have a system of knowing who ordered which dish. As each course was delivered, the familiar guessing game- who had squash blossoms, tomato tart,…… Desserts were delicious. I had a taste of most on the menu and preferred the orange cake.

Phenomenal. From the service to the food to the sommelier to the wine pairing, we had the most fantastic evening. Summer squash soup Beet salad Spring rolls Caramel panna cotta

Didn’t realize this place had re-opened until recently, but was super excited to come back because their cocktails are best in Boulder, bar none. Love the ambiance, love the servers, love that everything is locally sourced. Really love that you can add lobster for $10. Sat at a table where I got to watch the magic happen & just had a lovely evening. Cauliflower couscous was weirdly delicious. Bread pudding was to die for. Met the manager Izze and the sommelier Lacy; both were lovely. I couldn’t have had a better night off. Thanks all.
