Brunch on a Saturday was simply amazing! We had a nice size group and had wonderful service and mouth watering dishes. We started out with brunch cocktails-Stellar Nebula, Espresso Old Fashioned and Bottomless Mimosas. Breakfast Charcuterie Board did not disappoint especially those Croquettes. This is a new weekend brunch spots you must try!!

Friendly wait staff. Great food. Tons of selection and variety of eats and drinks. Outdoor seating and nice interior decor. Parking can be a little tough.

Excellent menu with amazing options all over it. We tried several and will be back many more times to try it all. So good I neglected pics of the food but we will be heading back asap. If you are even considering just go you won't regret.

Stopped by for an impromptu drink with a friend. I’ve wanted to try out this little hot spot for awhile, and glad we came in for a drink. I tried a selection from the wine list, a nice Pinot Grigio which paired very well with the Baked Brie and Meat & Cheese Board we ordered. Service was friendly and not over-bearing. We were seated in one of their little greenhouses which protected us from the cold and wind. Edit 2023: Por is still quite the hip joint in the center of Downtown Louisville - a place for friends, family, and dates. This past visit, we had the joy of visiting at the start of happy hour - tasting Pinot with homemade (!) chips and guacamole. The coconut shrimp with lime is also fantastic. All tapas are 7$ during happy hour which is a score (drinks are also discounted).

Cute spot on Main Street Louisville with a huge patio and lovely ambiance with unique lighting, winery style decor. We arrived an hour and a half before closing and were seated at the smallest table by the entrance while two lovely booths sat empty. I ordered the margarita and calamari both were good not great and was super excited to see the menu includes a reference point for dairy, gluten, nut, vegan and vegetarian. Huge bonus points from me.

Outdoors was pretty full. We were seated at a 2 top against the back wall in an empty restaurant. We waited 15 mins before I asked to get served. A server arrived quickly but clearly unhappy. We asked for my birthday bubbles, told that comes at the end of the meal. We then waited a total of 35 mins until our drinks arrived. We cashed out immediately apparently to the server's relief. We planned to spend the better part of the evening here and as a local resident have striven to support this restaurant throughout the pandemic. I've never felt more unwelcome in a restaurant ever.

I love taking visitors here or going here when you want a fun night out. Food is great, except the potatoes are a bit lackluster. Sometimes they are out of items that are popular, but they are ready with suggestions and accommodations! Last time we where here, we had a table of 6 and they said they were out of the charcuterie board BUT they ended up making something unique for us!! Thanks, Mark! They have non alcoholic beers too. Service is great. Will absolutely keep coming back.

We had a really fun evening at this fantastic little place. Want you to choose from another menu very fun just to order a bunch and share around the table. Their cocktails were outstanding and their wine selection was well done. Our service was slightly slow but very friendly and working hard so we did not mind. Their outdoor space is incredible tons of couches and fire pit/tables. Very fun environment very welcoming and enjoyable. Also great if you can make it for happy hour it's a pretty extensive offering.

Celebrated my birthday here with my daughters tonight as I was craving to go back after a great experience a few weeks ago. There was no mention of my birthday even though I put that in the 'occasion' section on the reservation. Last time I was served by a server looking professional, all in black. This time a staff member or maybe a manager in street clothes, the black looks so much better, but he was not attentive at all. My first experience there was perfect from the server, the service and the food. So disappointed as I loved it so much before. The food was great, but the experience just wasn't up to what it was before. I will probably give it another try based on my first experience. Great little place though, but just a little disappointed tonight.

I was very disappointed on my second visit. The server didn't come for over 30 minutes and I ended up having to call another server to order. The food was still delicious, but it was very unpleasant.

The Tirokafteri is my FAVORITE! I love eating here when I’m in town! The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is great, and the service is usually excellent.

Have tried many of their tapas & bigger plate offerings over the years, but food is just so-so. Love their speciality drinks & location, obviously. Always prompt and friendly service- although we’ve only sat bar-top.

I was in the area visiting for work and decided to stop by for a glass of wine and a snack. Por absolutely exceeded my expectations. Very cute, cozy location with creative accents. The atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for. The wine list was perfect. Lots of variation, new-obscure varietals, familiar favorites, and tasting options if you wanted to be more adventurous. I found the quality of every wine I tasted to be excellent examples of each region and type. (I am a Sommelier from WA) The food was delicious as well. I was pleasantly surprised by how large my order turned out to be. The charcuterie board was not only stunning in presentation, but everything tasted fabulous individually and together. Very balanced and well thought out. Perfect pairings for the wines. My server was also great. She was friendly, efficient, and checked in on me at all the right times. I look forward to coming back here next time I visit the area.

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of uncovering the charming town of Louisville during my birthday celebration yesterday. Although we've lived a mere five minutes away for two years, this delightful locale had never crossed our radar. Seizing the opportunity presented by one of the season's first pleasant weather days, we ventured out for breakfast and let our GPS guide us to downtown Louisville. We were instantly captivated by the quaint streets, bustling with inviting restaurants and unique shops. As ardent aficionados of all things Italian, our internal radar for wine and cheese spots led us straight to Por Wine House. Our original birthday plan to venture into the mountains for a wine tasting was thwarted by car troubles, but fate had other ideas. We soon found ourselves at the doorstep of a stunning restaurant boasting impressive outdoor stone fireplaces. Although it was too chilly to relish the outdoor setting, we happily settled indoors to fully immerse ourselves in the restaurant's warm ambiance. We were ushered to a cozy, dimly-lit corner adorned with dark linen-clad booths and an elegant wooden door beside a charming wall fireplace. Upon learning of my birthday, the attentive host/bartender promptly returned with "birthday bubbles," a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that instantly won our hearts. Our server Liam proved to be equally outstanding, offering stellar recommendations and guiding us toward the medium cheese plate. Breaking from our usual preference for red wines, we opted for the intriguingly-named Butternut Chardonnay. Our selection arrived in a beautifully labeled flight, much to our delight. Each sip of the bubbles and Chardonnay was a symphony of flavor, with a perfect balance of sweetness and smoothness. The star of the evening was undoubtedly the cheese board, a veritable feast for the senses. Laden with an array of artisanal cheeses, garlic-herb seasoned bread, and accompaniments like jam, mustard, glazed nuts, peppers, and divine pickled roasted onions, each morsel was a taste sensation. Our culinary journey concluded with a delectable crème brûlée, featuring a perfectly torched, deeply-hued sugar crust and a garnish of sugared strawberries. Throughout the evening, the front-of-house manager made a point of checking on each table, ensuring every guest enjoyed an exceptional dining experience. The attentive service and unforgettable fare have cemented Por Wine House as one of our favorite Colorado gems, and we eagerly anticipate our next visit Tiktok:Longstrangetrips

Por, right and the heart of downtown Louisville, is always a delight. The parking can be a little bit difficult when downtown is busy, but once you've found a place to park you can enjoy the nearby shops, bakeries, ice cream stores and other amenities that downtown Louisville has to offer. When you're ready for a cocktail or a bite to eat, step into Por and prepare to relax. Whether you choose to sit at the bar and enjoy watching the mixologists, create beautiful cocktails, or you sit outdoors and watch the crowd stroll by, or the live music; or you sit indoors in the intimate, if not a little bit dark indoor seating area, you will find the food delicious and the variety of beverages to be enticing. We particularly like the small plates here, including croquettes, bacon-wrapped dates, bruschetta, and many more. I have also always enjoyed the friendly service at this local eatery.

What a cute wine house! Happy hour deals are fantastic and the drinks were very yummy. The Mango Sangria was truly the best I’ve ever had. It has hints of mango and passion fruit, and it’s just the right amount of sweet and fruity. The spritz was also great!

I love Por! It's in the middle of old town Louisville and such a cute location. They have indoor and outdoor seating plus a bar that's inside and outside. Lots of shareable plates and great wine flights!

Shout out to the awesome bartenders, servers, cooks and hosts at Por. We have been there several times in the past few weeks. The atmosphere is beautiful, the drinks are awesome, and their food keeps delighting us more and more each visit. We went with friends and shared a variety of small plates, ahi tuna nachos, fresh mushroom pizza, and bacon wrapped dates, topped it off with this amazing chocolate cake! They also have heaters and lovely fire pits to keep cozy as the weather chills. See you guys again soon. Thank you!

I came here by myself for happy hour and a few drinks. I tried the white sangria, blistered shishitos, and calamari. The sangria was definitely more juice than anything else but the second glass of wine I had that the waitress suggested was good. The shishito peppers are awesome and the calamari was fair. I thought it had a little too much sauce on top, but still tasted good. The outdoor area is great on a nice day and the happy hour deals are worth it. Stop by if you end up in Louisville!

Had a fantastic time last night with our wonderful waitress Casey (apparently not of the sunshine band). They have a ton of gluten free options which is always nice! Everything was flavorful and the drinks selection was vast! I really enjoyed a new twist on my favorite Negroni drink. The white Negroni was incredibly herbaceous. The real winner is the ambiance of sitting outside with heat lamps. We are looking forward to our next meal and drink here!

This place is amazing. Only in town for one ninth my friend and I stopped for apps and something that was not beer (after drinking beer as we traveled from Seattle to Denver). What a great experience, the bar manager is and all staff are knowledgeable, personable, and fun! I’m sad this place is not closer to home. Thanks guys for making two out of town dudes feel welcome.
