We had breakfast here. The ambience is good. The server was friendly and helpful. The place nice and clean. The food was tasty. I had the corn beef hash with toasted sourdough bread. They’re generous with the food for the price. It filled me up all day. Definitely a restaurant to try when in Boulder.

I always stop in for brunch here when I get the chance to make it out to Boulder. LOVE the savory and sweet flavors of all the options. They have fresh fruit juices, a great patio (that is dog friendly) and the staff is nice. My only “ah man” point to bring up is that I was planning for a brunch day, but when our server didn’t offer me another mimosa and instead assumed I was ready for the check, I was kind of bummed. It made me feel like he’d rather get me out of the place instead. I think the patio is a great spot to brunch, people watch and admire cute pups! I went with the shrimp and grits and I loved how creamy the grits were. My husband is a benny guy and was really impressed with the amount of different Benedict options. Oh, and also, this place is a busy brunch spot, so be sure to “join the waitlist” if you aren’t a patient person. ;)

Snooze, an AM Eatery in Boulder, really delivered on breakfast. The food was top-notch. My friend and I enjoyed it so much, we ended up going back several times while we were in town. The staff made a big difference too. They were on the ball, making sure everything was just right. The environment is fun, making it a cool spot to start the day. Bottom line: if you're in Boulder and you're looking for a solid breakfast spot, Snooze, an AM Eatery should be on your list. The flavors they're serving up for breakfast are worth waking up for.

We were in boulder exploring the mall street and for breakfast we decided to have breakfast at Snooze, an A.M. Eatery. Being a 4th July it was busy and we had to wait for 30-40 mins to get a table. We were greeted by our server with water and menus. For drinks we ordered Strawberry Mimosa and Lemonade. The drinks were amazing and we loved the strawberry mimosa. For the food we ordered Buddha Bowl, Bravocado Toast and Funky Monkey French Toast. We had to wait a lot to get our breakfast. Finally after 15-20 mins we got our breakfast. The buddha bowl was amazing and delicious rich with healthy ingredients. The bravocado toast was delicious and we loved the toast. The funky monkey french toast was also good and it was too sweet. Overall amazing breakfast restaurant with lot of breakfast options.

Snooze seems to have a well working system across all their chains. Their quality of brunch options are delectable and the range of menu is quite large. Never disappointed with a Sunday brunch in a Snooze eatery. Enjoy pancakes, eggs, omelet, benedicts, and more. In addition, this is well located to take in the wonderful Pearl Street.

Snooze was a high-service place to eat breakfast. All of the staff were really nice. Snooze was also very clean and was a comfortable restaurant. I took my kids and wife there and we all found something to eat. My kids say the chocolate chip pancakes and french toast were amazing.

I ordered the OMG! French toast! Yes, OMG fits it perfectly well!!! Definitely sweet, so if you have a sweet tooth, I say go for it! You won't be disappointed! My latte was also delicious. Great service and ambiance.

This place is pretty good. The music is a little too loud. It gets pretty busy. I got Juan’s breakfast tacos and they were bomb! Our waiter Simon was nice.

I don’t wait in line for anything, but the wait here is worth it. Lots of places claim to have something for everyone, well Snooze does. Not just the best breakfast in town, I’d say it’s one of the best I’ve been to in a long time in the USA. Great food, friendly staff and prices that are reasonable. Add in good coffee and a well stocked bar and what more do you want??

Worth the wait. This place is fabulous. They don’t just do breakfast, they make breakfast in crack. First I am beyond impressed with the menu and diversity of breakfast foods. Second, staff was beyond helpful for recommendations and great service. Third, presentation and the taste of the food was AMAZING. Please do yourself a favor and get the banana bread French toast. Portions are huge for the price. Beats Waffle House out of the park!

WOW! I mean WOW the best breakfast I’ve ever had in my life! Pancakes we’re big and fluffy eggs were perfect and the toast had a small amount of butter…I really do recommend this place

The only reason I’m giving this place four stars is because it took the staff more than 20 minutes to clean the table that was next to me. There was about a 30 minute wait to get seated, so this seemed odd that they would keep a dirty table. However, the service was great and the food was delicious. I feel that a lot of their menu items were unique and creative.

Wait lines are typically long. Food variety is really considerate of vegetarians, gluten free, etc. Cage free eggs, and environmentally conscious. We had different plates and the portions vary, except for the burrito which was massive.

Stopped by here on our way to Rocky Mountains NP from Denver. It was almost on the way and had great reviews! I can see why they’ve such good reviews! Yummy food, great staff and lovely interiors! I ordered the French toast neat and loved it! Fresh berries, soft butter, sweet maple syrup and a not-so-eggy French Toast that was perfection!! 😋😋 They’ve some interesting holiday menu too, but I was more in the mood for a French Toast and this place delivered on taste! 😊

Tasty shrimp n grits in Boulder?! Snooze absolutely nails it. Creamy grits, perfectly cooked shrimp, and the egg on top twist works beautifully. Watch out Charleston and Savannah. Lively atmosphere, friendly efficient service, smooth coffee.

Everyone working here was super nice and accommodating, coffee was okay (go to boxcar a block away for something better). Our breakfast was super unique and delicious! We went with the sweet potato bacon smash up and it was so tasty!

Order anything! You can’t go wrong. The OMG! French Toast was every bit of perfect alongside the snooze bacon. Flawless balance of sweet and savory. Thank you for your kindness dahlings!

First time in Boulder, and I came in for breakfast with my family, I am so glad I did. First, the barista made the best Chai Latte I have ever had in a dining establishment. Second, the menu is awesome. Fresh and innovative. Every dish was perfect. Visting from sc, we were worried about the grits, but the shrimp and grits were delicious grits cooked to perfection. The Benny's perfect as well, and the short rib Loco moco I would eat for dinner. I asked a random stranger for a pic of her avocado toast cause it's on my bucket list for my next visit. Wonderful staff, menu and location.

I have been in Boulder for a few days now and have had breakfast here twice. BOTH times food great and service excellent. Highly recommend. Also, they use great liquors in their drinks. This is Pama made in my state of Kentucky. Get a drink with that and start your day as happy as this server!!! They were so nice they gave me free French toast after seeing my reaction to seeing a plate of it! GREAT!!

Another excellent experience at Snooze .. my first visit was six years ago and the same impression I have now. Meals were served hot and excellent taste. Server was very friendly and helpful. Will come back every time I'm in Boulder.

I am such a fan of Snooze! I can always count on a great experience from customer service to excellent meals. I am such a fan of their vegan options and how they are able to accommodate special requests. Always a reliable breakfast option!
