I got the spicy veggie and it was incredible. it was $11 after tax. there were so many great vegetarian choices and everyone was super happy with their sandwiches. grilled and cold! also, it was mostly all local! also also, the caramelized onions were so good and jammy! 10/10

I placed a catering order for a lunch meeting and cannot recommend Organic Sandwich Company enough! Multiple order confirmations and status updates gave me confidence the order would arrive on time, and the food was a huge hit with the meeting attendees. I will definitely order from them again and often.

This is a best place for organic sandwiches. They source the produce locally which makes this place amazing. The vegan/vegetarian options is really nice. The staffs are friendly and you can customize your sandwiches according to your taste buds. One can visit this place multiple times because of the supreme quality which they maintain. Their Vegan beet/spicy veg /vegan chickpea and avocado sandwiches are so yummy and does not affect one's digestive system. They have a board which mentions about the ingredients and from where they are sourced which makes it a great organic place. They are environment friendly as well! Do not miss this place when you are at Boulder.

Tasty sandwiches. Pretzel bun is the best. I always get the Turkey and Bacon Jam. Friendly staff. Great location on Pearl Street. Soup is good too! Offering local products. Very eco-friendly. They have grilled sandwiches as well as other cold options. Slightly expensive but worth it. They have specials as well as the classic menu.

This is the best sandwich shop in Colorado! It has amazing sandwiches for vegetarians and meat eaters and the staff is always super friendly. My kids love the sandwiches as well. I recommend ordering your sandwich on the pretzel bread. I could not be more pleased with the experience and the food here. Props to locally and woman owned!! Thank you!

Got lunch here while visiting downtown Boulder, Colorado; Pearl street area. After looking at TripAdvisor top 17 restaurants this one looked tasty and healthy too. To my knowledge, it was not on TripAdvisor list, but it was still good. Loved the fresh ingredients, being able to substitute the bread for my personal preference and the tasty vegan mushroom soup too. Friendly to tourists staff. The only thing if I’m being honest is not having a hair on my sandwich. Everything else was good. I would recommend this place for tasty sandwiches.

My favorite lunch spot when I’m in Boulder. Friendly staff and great sandwiches! Interesting combinations of fresh ingredients, flavors and textures. Oh, and they source locally made bread and locally grown veggies!

I ordered a roast beef sandwich on a pretzel roll And a cup of vegetable soup. The soup was bland no flavor. The sandwich was outstanding!

This is by far my favorite place to go in Boulder when I am hungry! The sandwiches are all made with top quality, organic ingredients, and the menu is full of so many different surprises. Everything that you can buy here is sourced from Colorado, which obviously shows you how much this business cares about keeping things local. They make soups daily that are insanely good, I especially love the tomato basil. The service is quick and the servers are very friendly. I have been served by Amaya and Drew many times, and they are both sweet hearts. If you are concerned about the cost, don't worry, this place is very reasonably priced! I have nothing but good things to say about this store!

Amazing sandwiches and the owner Marcy is fantastic. Very attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to help when I’ve needed it. She also works in the store regularly and is the true sign of a great leader! I will continue to come back here for future orders.

We liked the menu; it drew us in, but the sandwiches were SKIMPY with ingredients for what they charge. All I tasted was bread. The soup was just OK. Face mask mandate isn't their doing I realize; but it does make eating out at an establishment like this way less exciting when nobody can hear or barely understand the communication exchanged when ordering. I felt like I was bothering them to get my order right. Must be frustrating too being an employee.

Staff not especially friendly, location has no bathroom and nowhere to wash your hands. You have to use the bathroom outside in the parking garage… Spicy grilled cheese was ok. Had a weird sweet taste to it I found odd.

I have live in Boulder 30 years, and love this place! The shop is in a great area of Boulder on Pearl street right downtown. Also, the help was friendly and knowledgable~ and quick service! The sandwiches are a good size portion, so delicious and so much to choose from including vegetarian options. I HIGHLY recommend the locally owned Organic Sandwich Shop!

Absolutely amazing sandwiches & breakfast! They offer a ton of really unique options, amazing vegan and vegetarian selection, their service is excellent and the ambience is wonderful! Highly recommend!!

The ingredients are healthy, but the way they prepare the sandwiches doesn’t make it fun to eat. It’s just like one ingredient on top of another and that’s it. No seasoning, no charm. I ordered turkey & Brie and it was good, but I couldn’t feel the Brie, only a strong mustard. The employees doesn’t look passionate and motivated, kind of down. There is no restroom inside. I strongly believe that you can easily find a better option in town

The sandwiches and soups at this lovely corner restaurant are super fresh. The owner clearly sources the cleanest local ingredients. My daughter and her friends frequent this restaurants for lunch during high school. They absolutely love it for a quick and healthy lunch. Every sandwich has a wonderful combination of ingredients- they are all delicious!

Love this shop so much! I am vegetarian and gluten sensitive, this shop not only is am to accommodate me but is more than happy to do so! Every time I visit this place when coming up to Boulder, the taste is consistent, if not better. Beetnik sandwich is scrumptious! My husband as well, loves their pesto! Only down side is not a crazy amount of space inside the shop, so you’ll sometimes have to wait for a table/space to open up, BUT it’s definitely worth it! Thank you to everyone who works at this shop for making it a fun and delicious eating experience!

I love the Organic Sandwich Company. They locally source their organic food and you can order tasty sandwiches with great ingredients right on the Pearl Street Mall. I ordered a veggie sandwich but I could have ordered a vegan or carnivore sandwich. They have great drinks and tea as well. The price is great for this quality of sandwiches.

We order, as a company, from this sandwich shop every few months. The last two times we have been met with extremely hostile employees. They are not friendly and seem burdened by having a larger order - to the point of getting mad at our pick up person when the bag rips, mad because our pick up person has a hurt hand, or mad because we get there before they are finished with the order. The sandwiches are excellent and the product is amazing, but when people refuse to go pick up the order because of the personalities in the sandwich shop - it makes it not worth it.

This fast casual sandwich shop is one of the best in Boulder. Their organic and locally sourced ingredients show through in the delicious flavors of their many sandwiches. I am gluten free and the gluten free bread they served my sandwich on was some of the best. Good vibes inside and out. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been coming here since the year they opened. I go every time I visit Boulder from Denver! ALWAYS amazing food, friendly service, and always fast. The spicy vegan has me wrapped around its finger, and cannot leave town without getting one. Veg Reuben is a close second, and the almond feta on any sandwich is out of this world. Cannot recommend this place enough, my absolute favorite gem in Boulder.

Just paid 7$ for a 4” pretzel loaf and lettuce , I ordered half of the soppresata and cheese. they gave me 1 and 1/2 super thin slices of salami. Literally just a lettuce and pretzel sandwich. Reading the reviews after, looks like it’s a common occurrence for the Pearl street location.

I ordered the veggie Rueben and it was delicious!!!! I wish I had a picture, alas I ate it too fast. The service was amazing, quick and friendly. I can’t wait to try the other offerings.

Sandwiches are amazing however the customer service is awful. The other location in louisville is way better and actually consistent. The boulder location skimps add ons. Whenever i order from boulder location i am throughly disappointed. The employees do not care and it is frustrating paying nearly 15 dollars for a sandwich that doesnt fill you up because they dont make it right. Do better boulder location! If you decide to go to this place go to the one in louisville. The sandwiches are delicious but the customer service and inconsistency ruins the experience. At the end of the day management needs to be on top of stocking there ingredients and paying there employees a living wage. A sandwich shop should not run out of bread

I had the turkey, smoked gouda sandwich. Absolutely no flavor, definitely not smoked cheese and the aioli without ANY flavor. That said, my husbands grilled roast beef and peppers was outstanding. Should have taken mine back in to add something with flavor to it.

This was my favorite sandwich shop in Boulder until today. I bought my normal full size vegan gluten free sandwich and when I saw mine being made is asked why it was so much smaller then normal. They stated they switched bread, but to sum it up my sandwich was way smaller then my daughters 1/2 sandwich. My husband and daughter had regular bread that was hard and dry and I ended up paying $40 plus tip for 2 & 1/2 bland, stale sandwiches....... Not to mention the girl at the front of the sandwich making line had the worst attitude ever and made it very clear she didn't want to make a sandwich for anybody. I won't be back. 🙁

I ordered the cheese & peppers, grilled sandwich and it was amazing!! I would say it's definitely the best sandwich I've ever had. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to keep coming back and try new sandwiches from their wide variety of vegetarian options.
