Great gem in an unusual location. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very helpful. The building is dated but adds to the ambience. The menu was extensive and includes offerings for everyone. We ordered two Mexican dishes that were excellent. The entire experience was very good and would definitely recommend.

I have been to The Parkway Cafe from time to time. Mostly for branch but this time it was a quick lunch. It is a hidden gem and the regulars are mostly local. It is normally very busy over the weekend but you can always park your car along the road. Foods are always fresh and tasty with decent amount. Price is very reasonable. I never had any bad experiences there.

Very good! The parkway potatoes are delicious and so are the omlettes. They also offer horchata, which I adore. The staff are great, although they can seem quite rushed. The prices are fair and the food comes quick. If you arrive early enough, they have a nice early bird special.

I've been coming here for years. I love so many things about this place. First off, the food is classic cafe food with many items having a Mexican/Colorado twist. When you look around, absolutely every dish looks perfect. Second, the service. Truly, you won't find better service in Boulder. The waitstaff here is top notch, friendly, efficient, helpful, and kind. Third, the Vibe! Remember when you grandparents would take you to their favorite cafe, the same one they visit once per week without fail. This is THAT place, the place where all the old folks in Boulder frequent. And mixed in among them, you find the young people too who have come to appreciate the old fashioned version of hospitality in a town which grew up and got seriously urban real quick. Also, so grateful for the affordability! This is one of the few places in Boulder where you won't have a $60 breakfast bill! Do yourself a favor and go to the Parkway. Mexican Hash Browns is my go to.

Absolute gem, this little breakfast spot is a home run. I ordered the chilaquiles and it really hit the spot. Hearty, crunchy, fresh, and generous portion sizes. Could not recommend more. The service is also excellent, with constant coffee refills and hospitality. I can't wait to go back and try the other menu items.

We visited twice on our latest visit to the area, once for breakfast and another for lunch. I am a lover of the Hatch Green Chile and found this place while searching online. I had the huevos rancheros for breakfast and on the second visit the chile relleno's, both smothered in green chile. The green chile had a good flavor but they could afford to spice it up some, it was kind of flat. Overall, the experience was good, and we would visit this restaurant again.

What a hidden gem! Well not so hidden because it was packed on a Friday lunch. I saw it when I was running nearby and glad I was curious to check it out. Got a hearty breakfast burrito and 2 blueberry pancakes on the side. Delicious.

This is the bar to go to before a Nuggets game! That you have to call ahead and make reservations, or you’ll never get a table it was packed every table packed! Beers were like nine bucks but they were selling them right at the door so you could grab one and sit down. It was pretty cool good atmosphere lots of happy people great place to go before the Nuggets game.

I was starving after a long drive to get from one end of town to the other end. and lucky for me this was the closest food place that was non fast food or gas station rubish so I was pleased to find this on Google maps as I searched for burritos near me. I never would have known this place was here until I actually used the Google map app to find it. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. I enjoyed the burrito that I grabbed on the way out the door to scurry back to the project I was working on. I definitely know I will go back here because I have several jobs in the same area.

Everything was amazing! The Chicharrones were still crackling when they arrived at the table. My alambre was so good I came back 2 days later to have it again. Both times we went everyone loved their order. Beyond the tasty food, everyone was nice and helpful, while the food came out in a timely manner. Next time I'm in Boulder I will go here again.

I had Boulder Omelette with fruit cup and grits sides for breakfast. Delicious with fresh ingredients & big portion for $12. I wasn't able to finish it.

The food I shared in the photo was like $10. They don’t skimp you on portions at all, hash browns are incredible, great service, great food. It doesn’t get better in boulder.

I am writing this as I am finishing eating, this is my first time here and I am so blown away with how good the food is. With how fast and courteous the the service was, the food came out super quickly and was fresh and delicious. They left a good amount of room for the obscene amount of creamer I use in my coffee and the Mexican hot chocolate was like going back to Southern California especially with the fresh churros and the nachos. Healthy portions and just over all good food, if I lived closer to boulder id be here all the time. Especially if you want very good Mexican food!

Nice spot! An unconventional location, but the inside feels homey, and the food was both plentiful and delicious! I was really happy with my croissant sandwich. I plan to come back.

Four of us stopped in here for a late breakfast/early lunch. We got the philly (7/10), the Parkway omelette (7/10), the Boulder omelette (6/10), and the corned beef hash (7/10). The main entrees were all slightly above average, but the potatoes on the side (both country potatoes and fries) were some of the best any of us have had. The prices are super cheap for Boulder and the atmosphere is just like you'd expect for a casual, local diner. Our main complaint was that we had to listen to other patrons blaring their phones for the entire meal. We will try it again soon, but hope we won't have to deal with the loud phones.

It's a nice reakfast lunch Cafe in a business zone. My meal was a bit spicy for me but good none-the-less. Clean bathrooms.

Stopped in on our way through to Denver. Great portions and reasonable prices. If you are remotely close, this Cafe is worth checking out.

Always delicious, friendly, and quick! I highly recommend a breakfast to-go burrito, bacon, sausage, and hash browns rather than plain potatoes.... Trust me you won't regret it!

Fine establishment. Good not great but reasonable prices and a good menu with lots of variety. I'd stick to basics like pancakes, omelettes and grilled cheese but didn't try many dishes as it was just two of us.

Very busy when I was there, I got 2 sides and a half biscuits and gravy. The hash browns and eggs were great, the biscuits and gravy were probably the worst I've ever had. The biscuits were concrete and stale, the gravy tasted mostly of milk/cream and sausage chunks were few and far between. Wouldn't recommend the biscuits and gravy.

All around a great little spot for lunch or breakfast! Service is always friendly and the food comes out quickly. So far everything I've tried from eggs benedict to their green chili has been good!

Top NOTCH food and service. Everyone inside is a real pro and I cannot stress how delicious and hearty the portions are. I come from British Columbia and this place is a must whenever I’m down. A truly hidden gem, cozy to boot.

Parkway is one of the most authentic and delicious breakfast/brunch/lunch spots in Boulder. Definitely recommend if you’re craving a blend of Hispanic flavor and yummy breakfast. The plate sizes are great portions with affordable prices. Feels like a local place!
